Este artigo analisa duas faces do poder perverso nas organizaes modernas: o assdio moral e o sexual. No momento em que as empresas buscam uma orientao mais tica e a melhoria do ambiente de trabalho, a discusso desses temas se faz prioridade. O texto apresenta, ainda, resultados de pesquisas realizadas na Frana e no Brasil.

Esta comunicao trata da relao da Instituio Psicanaltica com a Instituio de Sade Mental. A primeira parte uma pequena histria sobre a Orientao Lacaniana, focando pontos importantes: uma formao que apela responsabilidade de cada psicanalista em relao sua prpria prtica (psicanálise pessoal, o passe, etc.), que apela a um trabalho criativo, baseado nos escritos de Freud e Lacan (Carteis, seminrios, congressos, etc.). Segue-se uma descrio geral da Instituio de Sade Mental, da posio do paciente, do terapeuta e dos seus objectivos. depois realada a posio do psicanalista na Instituio de Sade Mental, isto , fora do seu gabinete privado.

El presente trabajo hace un recorrido terico por el territorio del abuso sexual infantil en nias y las repercusiones que se producen en la construccin del lesbianismo, tomando como eje central el incesto. La violencia sexual de por s es conflictiva, porque descoloca los sentidos propios del cuerpo, la identidad, deconstruye la sexualidad eminentemente infantil, ahora perdida. El acto incestuoso complica el escenario, porque echa por la borda las significaciones de las relaciones parentales que sostienen y organizan la cultura y que permite relacionarse a pap-mama-hijos/as desde las ternuras. Analiza el abuso sexual infantil incestuoso como acto perverso que cosifica al otro abyectndolo a lo in-mundo (objeto-cosa)1 de lo cual se puede gozar. El cuerpo ilegitimado desde las prcticas perversas, no tendr otra alternativa sino buscar formas codificar el acto, y asumir el cuerpo vejado. Aborda al lesbianismo, no como nica alternativa del abuso sexual incestuoso, sino como alternativa inconsciente que rechaza al agresor. Adems indaga sobre los sentidos del lesbianismo y la homofobia.

This paper aims to discuss the concept of symptom in psychopedagogy and psychoanalysis, drawing the consequences for the direction of treatment for each of these fields. Learning Problems has been the name given by various fields of knowledge to what does not happen as expected in the learning process. To address these problems several professionals are called upon. Faced with this demand a new field of knowledge is created: the psycho-pedagogy. In Brazil, it is established as a field of work and research from the contributions of Alicia Fernndez. This author, supported by the work of French philosopher and educator Sara Pan, takes the concept of Freudian-Lacanian symptom as a fundamental concept to read the so-called "learning problems". Given this one must question whether the concept of symptom Fernandez is really the same as psychoanalysis. Are they the same? If yes, how to sustain as different fields? If not, what are consequences for the direction of treatment for each of these fields? For this study, the theoretical works of Alicia Fernndez and Sara Pain were read aiming to clarify the concept of symptom in psychopedagogy. To discuss the psychoanalytic concept of symptom we turned to the texts of Freud, Lacan and commentators in which this issue is discussed. The results show that Pain and Fernandez seek psychoanalysis as a theory to be coupled with others to solve the learning problems. The concept of symptom as a return of the repressed and as an indicator of a sense to be found in the history of the subject is similar to the psychoanalytical one, however, in psychopedagogy other fields of knowledge and techniques are used as reference and these are sometimes incompatible with the concept of symptom presented. The use of psychological tests for the diagnosis, the idea of transference without the notion of subject supposed to know and the proposed treatment are indications of a different treatment approach from what the ethics of psychoanalysis proposes

A feminizao do HIV/aids uma realidade no Brasil, de acordo com os dados epidemiolgicos do Ministrio da Sade. Este trabalho fundamenta-se no referencial da psicanálise e apresenta o estudo de caso de Larissa, paciente do ambulatrio do Servio de Assistncia Especializada em HIV/aids do Hospital Universitrio Joo de Barros Barreto. Partiu-se da hiptese que as mulheres que vivem com o vrus HIV/aids, podem apresentar consequncias subjetivas, diante de um diagnstico traumtico associado a tabus como morte e sexualidade. Para Larissa ter aids significava rejeio, discriminao e abandono pelo companheiro e pais. Nos atendimentos trouxe sua preocupao em como contar ao companheiro sobre o vrus, temendo sua reao agressiva, alm de relatos sobre sua infncia e adolescncia de conflitos com os pais, das agresses por parte do pai, e queixas em torno de sua me, principalmente voltadas a nada ter-lhe dito sobre sexualidade. Em seus relacionamentos amorosos com homens com problemas com a lei, pode-se pensar, segundo anuncia a teoria psicanaltica, em seu desamparo, conduzindo-a ao masoquismo. O ideal de amor de Larissa junto a esses parceiros aponta para aspectos de um amor romntico, em que esperava encontrar no parceiro proteo e confiana. Ressalto que esta pesquisa aponta ainda, um mal estar em falar da sexualidade, corpo e desejo feminino entre mes e filhas, ou seja, ausncia de educao sexual que, no caso de Larissa, deixou-a merc dos parceiros, sem recursos para se proteger de doenas como a aids e, da gravidez na adolescncia. O relato de Larissa est em consonncia com os de outras pacientes mulheres vivendo com HIV, investigadas nesta pesquisa, e pode servir de alerta sobre a problemtica apresentada nos dados do Boletim Epidemiolgico do Brasil 2012, onde crescente a incidncia de casos de infeco pelo HIV em jovens de 13 a 19 anos, sendo as mulheres em maior nmero. A escuta clinica, para Larissa, ao poder falar de sua sexualidade, permitiu encontrar os significados dos aspectos traumticos vivenciados em sua infncia e adolescncia, encontrar-se com seus conflitos internos e seu sentimento de desamparo, pensar sua relao com a me e suas filhas e, finalmente, afirmar que estava aprendendo a ser mulher, o que significava, para ela, estar mais preparada para a vida.

This paper will discuss some aspects of the problem of child sexual abuse, specifically incest, drawing on psychoanalysis and in particular the psychoanalytic proposed by Franoise Dolto allowing their concepts of castration simbolignica, symbolic function, image and body language unconsciously take incest as the object of study to propose a psychoanalytic clinic devoted to listening to the subject, going beyond the legal concerns of policies on reporting and complaints, but not meddle in them, reflecting on the role of the psychologist and psychoanalyst in the clinic for children of sexual abuse.

This experiment report refers to the project named Sarauzinho, which is linked to the extension Workshops of Psychoanalysis and Artistics Gatherings project. Sarauzinho was a partnership between UNESP and CREAS, created with the aim to assist children victims of sexual violence though a playful and artistic method and to implement a psychoanalytic listening of demands that appeared during the working group implementation. At the same time, the parents/responsible person who took the children to the meetings also received psychotherapeutic service at the waiting room, in an operative group format with psychoanalytic listening. The project has happened in 11 sessions (once a week, two hours each), with 4 kids and 4 caregivers participating. The service for the kids was organized in workshop models (open and free) and in little gatherings, with preprogrammed contents (playful and artistic). The initiative was inspired by the Green houses, a creation of the French psychoanalyst Franoise Dolto, and by the Museum Imagens do Inconsciente do Centro Psiquitrico Pedro II, in Nise da Silveira, Rio de Janeiro city. This university extension activity has enabled the students to access some of the childrens traumas, as well as to obtain a better understanding of an infantile group psychotherapeutic service, with psychoanalytic listening. Besides, it has provided a playful and artistic environment to listen to the children and enable them to create new meanings of their traumas. For the adult participants, the meetings were moments to talk about their anxieties and to receive new guidance and instructions about their childrens education, especially about sexuality. The results, either related to the childrens meeting, as to the adults meeting, were favorable to the continuity of the project.
