Establecer un marco teórico adecuado para insertar las diferentes causas-medios y fines del hecho educativo, de los temas que se tratan. Proporcionar un modelo metodológico válido de reflexión pedagógica, mediante la combinación de elementos literarios y educativos. Ofrecer a través de guías bibiográficas concretas una serie de referncas para una mayor selección de los temas seleccionados. . Obra literaria de José Mauro de Vasconcelos. . Obra literaria del autor brasileño, 18 de las 20 , más un pequeño cuento de viñetas que componen su producción novelística, realizando un estudio más minucioso de tres novelas que forman una trilogía educativa: ' Mi planta de naranja-lima', ' Vamos a calentar el sol' y ' Doidao'.. Ha sido una primera lectura de la trilogía educativa de Vasconcelos, el marco inicial para precisar el perímetro en torno a la ordenación, sistematización de los diferentes aspectos educativos, implícitos en la trilogía de las novelas estudiadas. Su labor pedagógica se centra en síntesis y equilibrio, para ello es necesario el establecer en el proceso educativo una división sistematizada. Problemas relativos a la educación que se plantea el pedagogo ante la realidad del quehacer educativo: 1. Básicos: son los que condicionana y aseguran la existencia de las cuestiones centrales y de las derivadas, estos son: el concepto de educación, la posibilidad de la educación, necesidad de la educación, legitimidad de la educación, los límites de la educación. 2. Centrales: son aquellos que surgen y plantean, en la dinámica misma del proceso educativo sistemático y que aseguran, cuando se resuelve la realización de este proceso; estos son: El problema de los fines o teleología educativa, el de los medios o problema mesológico, el sujeto de la educación o educando, el de los agentes de la educación: individualmente el educador, colectivamente las sociedades educadoras. 3. Brasil mulher : Joana Lopes e a imprensa alternativa feminista

Esta dissertação enfoca o jornal Brasil Mulher resgatando a trajetória do tablóide a partir da ótica de sua fundadora, Joana Lopes, e da análise descritiva das vinte edições publicadas entre 1975 e 1980. Analisa como o Brasil Mulher contribuiu para a constituição da imprensa alternativa feminista e a luta das mulheres pelas causas feministas e contra a ditadura militar. A pesquisa insere-se nos estudos feministas e no método histórico, especificamente, na perspectiva da história das mulheres e da história oral. Mostra como o jornal é primordialmente feminista antes de alternativo, sua representatividade como registro de um período marcante do país, as ingerências políticas que levaram a rupturas internas e a recorrência hoje de temas abordados pelo jornal. Enfatiza ainda o papel da mídia na contemporaneidade para manter a estrutura do sistema patriarcal.

Entitled Joana s several mask: the melancholy in Perto do coração selvagem, the work is divided in six parts: the first one consists of the elaboration of a theoretical sketch about the melancholy that it offers the presuppositions that orientate the work, it is a short introduction about the study of the melancholy, a report until our time, the against-depressive ones and the arrival of the melancholy in Brazil and their particularities; the second part raises the theme of the melancholy, deepening its conception until what is called creative melancholy spread by Walter Benjamin, it serves as anchor for Clarice s writing and as a potential force for the processes lived by the characters of this writer; the third part examines Clarice Lispector s method emphasizing important points of production related to the theme of the melancholy, her style is the psychological analysis; the last one parts (fourth, fifth and sixth parts) are divided in topics that illustrate the conflicts, in most of the time contradictory, of the protagonist Joana, as well as, her difficult interaction with the things and the people that surround her. To build an Portuguese America, after discovering at the beginning of XVI century, the Europeans used the physic, politic colonization and also a space ideological domain using write texts, chronicles, and started making a conceive America that was more European than American. One of those chronicles was the Society of Jesus Chronicle written by father Simão de Vasconcelos, a Jesuit. So our object is recognizing in this chronicle the ways that this father had imagined the America. We are looking to answer how the Jesuit use some references to Classic Antiquity (meanly Aristotle and Samuel) because how this action until happen in the Renascence (XVII century) the intellectual production certainly involve renascent topoi. To get this we used some authors that study Intellectual/ Cultural History like Burckhardt e Ginzburg and some authors from Speech Analyses like Certeau and Foucault, to, in the end, can understand how Simão de Vasconcelos created his Brazil

Three exopolysaccharides of the beta-(1 -> 6)-D-glucan type and a beta-(1 -> 3;1 -> 6)-D-glucan produced by strains of Botryosphaeria rhodina isolated from rotting tropical fruit

Associação de cetamina S(+) e midazolam pelo método convencional de cálculo e pela extrapolação alométrica em bugios-ruivo (Alouatta guariba clamitans): resposta clínica e cardiorrespiratória

O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o protocolo de contenção química com cetamina S(+) e midazolam em bugios-ruivos, comparando o cálculo de doses pelo método convencional e o método de extrapolação alométrica. Foram utilizados 12 macacos bugios (Alouatta guariba clamitans) hígidos, com peso médio de 4,84±0,97kg, de ambos os sexos. Após jejum alimentar de 12 horas e hídrico de seis horas, realizou-se contenção física manual e aferiram-se os seguintes parâmetros: frequência cardíaca (FC), frequência respiratória (f), tempo de preenchimento capilar (TPC), temperatura retal (TR), pressão arterial sistólica não invasiva (PANI) e valores de hemogasometria arterial. Posteriormente, os animais foram alocados em dois grupos: GC (Grupo Convencional, n=06), os quais receberam cetamina S(+) (5mg kg-1) e midazolam (0,5mg kg-1), pela via intramuscular, com doses calculadas pelo método convencional; e GA (Grupo Alometria, n=06), os quais receberam o mesmo protocolo, pela mesma via, utilizando-se as doses calculadas pelo método de extrapolação alométrica. Os parâmetros descritos foram mensurados novamente nos seguintes momentos: M5, M10, M20 e M30 (cinco, 10, 20 e 30 minutos após a administração dos fármacos, respectivamente). Também foram avaliados: qualidade de miorrelaxamento, reflexo podal e caudal, pinçamento interdigital, tempo para indução de decúbito, tempo hábil de sedação, qualidade de sedação, e tempo e qualidade de recuperação. O GA apresentou menor tempo para indução ao decúbito, maior grau e tempo de sedação, bem como redução significativa da FC e PANI de M5 até M30, quando comparado ao GC. Conclui-se que o grupo no qual o cálculo de dose foi realizado por meio da alometria (GA) apresentou melhor grau de relaxamento muscular e sedação, sem produzir depressão cardiorrespiratória significativa.

Structural characterization of the cell wall D-glucans isolated from the mycelium of Botryosphaeria rhodina MAMB-05

Three D-glucans were isolated from the mycelium of the fungus Botryosphaeria rhodina MAMB-05 by sequential extraction with hot-water and hot aqueous KOH (2% w/v) followed by ethanol precipitation. Following their purification by gel permeation chrornatography on Sepharose CL-4B, the structural characteristics of the D-glucans were determined by FT-IR and C-13 NMR spectroscopy and, after methylation, by GC-MS. The hot-water extract produced a fraction designated Q(1A) that was a beta-(1 -> 6)-D-glucan with the following structure:[GRAPHICS]The alkaline extract, when subjected to repeated freeze-thawing, yielded two fractions: KIP (insoluble) that comprised a beta-(1 -> 3)-D-glucan with beta-D-glucose branches at C-6 with the structure:[GRAPHICS]and K1SA (soluble) consisting of a backbone chain of alpha-(1 -> 4)-linked D-glucopyranosyl residues substituted at O-6 with alpha-D-glucopyranosyl residues:[GRAPHICS](c) 2008 Elsevier Ltd. Sulfonation and anticoagulant activity of fungal exocellular β-(1→6)-d-glucan (lasiodiplodan)

An exocellular β-(1→6)-d-glucan (lasiodiplodan) produced by a strain of Lasiodiplodia theobromae (MMLR) grown on sucrose was derivatized by sulfonation to promote anticoagulant activity. The structural features of the sulfonated β-(1→6)-d-glucan were investigated by UV-vis, FT-IR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and the anticoagulant activity was investigated by the classical coagulation assays APTT, PT and TT using heparin as standard. The content of sulfur and degree of substitution of the sulfonated glucan was 11.73% and 0.95, respectively. UV spectroscopy showed a band at 261 nm due to the unsaturated bond formed in the sulfonation reaction. Results of FT-IR and 13C NMR indicated that sulfonyl groups were inserted on the polysaccharide. The sulfonated β-(1→6)-d-glucan presented anticoagulant activity as demonstrated by the increase in dose dependence of APTT and TT, and these actions most likely occurred because of the inserted sulfonate groups on the polysaccharide. Glucogalactan: A polysaccharide isolated from the cell-wall of Verticillium Lecanii

A water-soluble polysaccharide was extracted with alkali from the cell wall of Verticillium lecanii (also called Lecanicillium lecanii). After freezing and thawing, the water-soluble fraction was purified by gel filtration chromatography on Sepharose CL-6B and eluted as one peak by HPSEC/RID. Monosaccharide analysis showed galactose and glucose (1.1:1), with traces of mannose (<1%). The structural characteristics were determined by spectroscopic analysis, FT-IR and 1D and 2D 1H and 13C NMR, and methylation results. On the basis of the data obtained, the following structure of the polysaccharide (E3SIV fraction) was established: where n ≈ 22 and m ≈ 22. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
