One Application of the Informatics in the Descriptive Geometry

This work acquaints with a program for interactive computer training to students on the subject "Mutual intersecting of pyramids in axonometry ”. Our software is a set of three modules, which we call "student", "teacher" and "autopilot". It gives the final solution of the problem, the traceability of various significant moments in its solution and 3D-image of the finished composition of the two intersecting polyhedra, stripped of the working lines and subjected to rotation and translation.

Efeitos da recuperação paralela e de interperíodos de expressão gráfica, nos alunos da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro e da Fundação Técnico Educacional Souza Marques

Foram analisados dois tipos de recuperação - paralela e interper(odos - para as disciplinas Desenho Técnico da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro e Geometria Descritiva da Fundação Técnico Educacional Souza Marques. Em cada tipo de recuperação foram levados em conta os resultados obtidos pelos alunos em provas gráficas e trabalhos práticos, bem como os recursos h\.lmanos e materiais empregados. Foi possível concluir, considerando estes aspectos, que os doi~ tipos de recuperação são aconselháveis. Os dados obt,idos confirmaram a importância ped~Ó$lica e econômica da recuperação de alunos nas disciplinas estudadas, apontanqo a oportunid~e de noY'Qs estudos em outras disciplinas do campo da Expresslo Gráfica pará Éngenheiros.

A perspectiva linear e orgãnica na conceção do desenho de paisagem

This dissertation was primarily engaged in the study of linear and organic perspective applied to the drawing of landscape, considering the perspective as a fundamental tool in order to graphically materialize sensory experiences offered by the landscape / place to be drawn. The methodology consisted initially in the investigation of perspective theories and perspective representation methods applied to landscape drawing, followed by practical application to a specific case. Thus, within the linear perspective were analyzed and explained: the visual framing, the methods of representation based on the descriptive geometry and also the design of shadows and reflections within the shadows. In the context of organic perspective were analyzed and described techniques utilizing depth of field, the color, or fading and overlapping and light-dark so as to add depth to the drawing. It was also explained a set of materials, printing techniques and resources, which by means of practical examples executed by different artists over time, show the perspectives’ drawings and application of theory. Finally, a set of original drawings was prepared in order to represent a place of a specific case, using for this purpose the theories and methods of linear and organic perspective, using different materials and printing techniques. The drawings were framed under the "project design", starting with the horizontal and vertical projections of a landscape architecture design to provide different views of the proposed space. It can be concluded that the techniques and methods described and exemplified, were suitable, with some adjustments, to the purpose it was intended, in particular in the landscape design conception, bringing to reality the pictorial sense world perceived by the human eye

Uma introdução à geometria projetiva para o ensino fundamental

A Geometria Projetiva é o ramo da matemática que estuda as propriedades geométricas invariantes de uma projeção. Ela surge no século XVII da tentativa de compreender matematicamente as técnicas de desenho em perspectiva empregadas pelos artistas da Renascença. Por outro lado, a Geometria Descritiva também se utiliza de projeções para representar objetos tridimensional em um plano bidimensional. Desta forma, a Geometria Projetiva dialoga com o desenho artístico através das regras de perspectiva, e com o desenho técnico através da Geometria Descritiva. A partir das relações entre estes três campos do conhecimento, elaboramos uma proposta didática para o ensino da Geometria Projetiva a alunos do 9 ∘ ano do ensino fundamental. Este trabalho apresenta esta proposta e busca embasá-la matematicamente, relacionando-a aos principais fundamentos da Geometria Projetiva.
