Centralidade de Presidente Prudente - SP: Uma análise de movimentos pendulares e sua contribuição para estudos sobre cidades médias

The paper presented is aimed at analyzing the core functions of Presidente Prudente by demand and scope determined by the supply and distribution of goods and services (jobs and educational institutions). For this purpose, we tried to explore the daily flows of people from cities in agglomeration process with Presidente Prudente, as well as other more distant locations, forming what is recognized as Commuting movements. The core functions of medium-sized cities have increased significantly in the Brazilian urban network, spatial interactions occurring in these spaces with more intensity in metropolises. At the core of this research was undertaken literature review on the subject and preliminary surveys data, especially the data in the study called Region of Influence of Cities - Regic-IBGE, revealing joints between the various urban spaces analyzed. This research is developed in level undergraduates and was funded by CNPq and currently FAPESP

In this work, we address the informational Density Index (IDI) a methodological Option How To be used on the Research Procedures Analysis of Commerce Geography. The IDI and an indicator of Technological Complexity level of economic activities and a review and made a database from CNEFE / NCEA, where the first signifies the National Register of Establishments for statistical purposes and the second means a National Classification Economic Activities. Elaborated with emphasis on discussion of between center and centrality relations, wish to present a constitution of a data base on level sampling with an analysis elaboration do IDI from the criteria: home-page and e - commerce. This methodology helps us understand how polycentric structures, locational enterprise well as a reflection on the middle cities using a through the analysis on city of São Carlos/SP. Where we see the establishments with greater and lesser content as well as its geographical distribution, noting of according to the criteria listed number of establishments with IDI 0 very relevant. Reestruturação e centralidade em cidades médias. Considerações a partir de Londrina, Marília, Mossoró e São José do Rio Preto

Este trabalho trata das cidades médias, em particular das cidades de Marília, São José do Rio Preto, Londrina e Mossoró. Dentro desse estudo, o enfoque se dá para a compreensão e análise sobre o modo como estão combinados os espaços não edificados e os vazios urbanos, os espaços construídos e as vias de circulação e suas transformações ao longo do tempo. A proposta é analisar o processo de expansão do tecido urbano dessas cidades para compreender sua morfologia, bem como procurar fazer uma reconstituição, tomandose a dimensão espacial e temporal, com o intuito de que esta contribua na conferência das identidades próprias de cada cidade, viabilizando a identificação das semelhanças entre elas, como também de suas especificidades. Durante o desenvolvimento do trabalho procuramos identificar elementos promotores da reestruturação urbana pela qual as cidades têm passado nas ultimas décadas, tentando relaciona-los com as novas formas de produção e organização espaciais... O clima urbano em Alfredo Marcondes/SP: uma análise dos indicadores geoambientais

There are obvious changes that occur within the cities, experienced in synthesis for the degradation of the environment and especially the worsening quality of life. Even small cities, began to exhibit characteristics typical of an atmospheric climate. Thus, it becomes natural to analyze the characteristics of these spaces, unlike the medium and large cities, provide a detailed analysis of the peculiarities of intra-urban space in order to highlight what factors enhance or soften the formations of a typical urban climate distinct patterns of land use. The aim of this research from a geoenvironmental mapping of attributes (uses and land cover, vegetation and tree characteristics of buildings) while representing the dynamic City entertainment. Thus, we seek to inter-relate these indicators to analysis climate urban-rural and intra-urban applied to the city of Alfredo Marcondes / SP, a small town in order to identify a potential compromise climate conditions point to generate a specific climate. From this detailed analysis, we intend to give suggestions with the government to improve the comfort of that environment. For the data collection was organized a specific methodology for its collection, organization and representation and for the record of climatic data (temperature, wind speed and direction and cloud cover) were used mini-shelters weather with temperature sensors in fixed locations, and a temperature sensor attached on the side of a vehicle, 1.5 meters in height from the floor for 42 points perpassando selected in different intra-urban spaces... A produção do espaço em cidades pequenas: o caso de Emilianópolis

In this paper we analyze some factors of urban life in small towns, among which we can highlight the political, economic and social, more specifically in the city of Emilianópolis, and its great dependence on other cities. The number of small towns has grown in recent years and this study shows is of great importance for understanding the differences that exist between them and the larger cities. Where Emilianópolis, having its location next to a city average (Presidente Prudente), we realize that its existence depends largely on the proximity of that with a bigger city. The study looked at the origin of the city, its spatial structure, its insertion into the urban network and the degree of dependence with other cities, notably Presidente Prudente, which generates a steady stream of people moving from Emilianópolis to study, work, leisure, between others, besides the permanent migration, which often makes life easier for those residents. With this study, we intend to demonstrate how Emilianópolis is inserted into the urban network, how is its interaction with other cities and how they live their inhabitants
