金属-氨基多羧酸类配合物分子和晶体结构 Ⅰ.Na_2[Fe~Ⅲ(ida)_2]_2·3H_2O配合物的合成及结构测定

氨基多羧酸类配合物的配位数和结构不但与金属离子的半径、电荷和电子结构有关，而且还与氨基多羧酸类配体的形状和大小有关。本文报道了Ｎａ２［ＦｅⅢ（ｉｄａ）２］２·３Ｈ２Ｏ（ｉｄａ＝亚氨基二乙酸根）配合物的合成并测定了它的分子结构和晶体结构。具体结果如下：单斜晶系，Ｐ２１／ｃ空间群，ａ＝１５．６４８０（１０），ｂ＝１６．７８７０（１０），ｃ＝１０．３４７（２），β＝９０．７９０（１０）°，Ｖ＝２７１７．７（６）３，单位晶胞中的分子数为３，对于４７８９个独立的衍射点，它的Ｒ值为０．０３３３。其中两个配合物离子［ＦｅⅢ（ｉｄａ）２］－都是Ｎ和Ｎ顺位的变形八面体结构。由此可知具有对称电子结构（ｈｉｇｈ－ｓｐｉｎｄ５）的ＦｅⅢ与被看成是ｅｄｔａ（＝乙二胺四乙酸根）去掉了ＣＨ２－ＣＨ２的双ｉｄａ配体形成的配合物只能选择六配位八面体结构。

Investigation on molecular and crystal structures of metal complexes with aminopolycarboxylic acids .1. Synthesis and structure of Na-2[Fe-III(ida)(2)](2)center dot 3H(2)O

The crystal structure of the title complex salt has been determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. The crystal data areas follows; Monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a=15.6480(10)Angstrom, b=16.7870(10)Angstrom, c=10.347(2)Angstrom, beta=90.790(10), V=2717.7(6)Angstrom(3), Z=3, and R=0.0333 for 4789 unique reflections. The complex anion has a pseudo-octahedral structure distorted more than the Cr-III and Co-III analogs, in which each, iminodiacetato ligand (ida(2-)) is coordinated in a facial fashion with the two N atoms in a cis configuration, resulting in an unsym-fac structure.

Intelligent design assistant (IDA): a case base reasoning system for material and design

This paper describes the approach to the modelling of experiential knowledge in an industrial application of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR). The CBR involves retrieval techniques in conjunction with a relational database. The database is especially designed as a repository of experiential knowledge, and includes qualitative search indices. The system is intended to help design engineers and material engineers in the submarine cable industry. It consists of three parts: a materials database; a database of experiential knowledge; and a CBR system used to retrieve similar past designs based upon component and material qualitative descriptions. The system is currently undergoing user testing at the Alcatel Submarine Networks site in Greenwich.

Treatment of relapse after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation with reduced intensity conditioning (FLAG +/- Ida) and second allogeneic stem cell transplant

Acute leukaemias in relapse after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (SCT) respond poorly to donor leucocyte infusions (DLI) compared with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML), at least in part because of faster disease kinetics. Fludarabine-containing 'non-myeloablative' chemotherapy followed by further allo SCT may offer more rapid and effective disease control. We report 14 patients with relapse after allo SCT for acute leukaemia [seven acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), five acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL)] or refractory anaemia with excess blasts in transformation (RAEB-t, n = 2) treated with fludarabine, high-dose cytosine arabinoside (ara-C) and granulocyte colony-simulating factor (G-CSF) with (n = 10) or without (n = 2) idarubicin (FLAG +/- Ida) or DaunoXome (FLAG-X) (n = 2) and second allo SCT from the original donor. Donors were fully human leucocyte antigen (HLA) -matched in 13 cases with a single class A mismatch in one. Actuarial overall survival was 60% and disease-free survival was 26% at 58 months. Remissions after the second SCT were longer than those after the first bone marrow transplantation (BMT) in eight of the 13 assessable patients to date. Haematopoietic recovery was rapid. Transplants were well tolerated with no treatment-related deaths. The major complication was graft-versus-host disease (GvHD, acute >/= grade II-2 cases, chronic - eight cases, two limited, six extensive) although there have been no deaths attributable to this. FLAG +/- Ida and second allo SCT is a safe and useful approach and may be more effective than DLI in the treatment of acute leukaemias relapsing after conventional allo SCT.

Hace falta establecer la mejor manera de percibirla o el mejor momento para hacerlo, no existiendo una edad para iniciar el acercamiento a este fascinante y maravilloso mundo, si bien cuanto antes se empiece este proceso, m??s enriquecedor resultar??.

Se pone de manifiesto la desorientación de las familias en cuento a su responsabilidad educativa. Dicha desorientación viene motivada o por la falta de recursos, o por la falta de apoyos sociales. A su vez, se pone de manifiesto la idea de que los cambios producidos en el mundo laboral y en la movilidad social, motivan que las familias no sepan o no puedan desenvolverse en un marco social distinto al de antaño. Todo ello conduce a una reflexión sobre los cambios producidos en el binomio escuela-familia.
