Upconversion emission of a Er3+-doped glass microsphere under 633 nm excitation

In this work, The TBS glass microspheres doped with Er3+ for morphology-dependent resonances of upconversion emission were designed. The glass sample components are 25TiO(2)-27BaCO(3)-8Ba(NO3)(2)-6ZnO(2)-9CaCO(3)-5H(3)BO(3)-10SiO(2)-7water glass-3Er(2)O(3) (wt%), and the emission spectra of TBS glass and a TBS glass microsphere (about 48 mum in diameter) were measured under 633 nm excitation and discussed. The strong morphology-dependent resonances of upconversion luminescences in the microsphere were observed. The observed resonances could be assigned by using the well-known Lorenz-Mie Formalism. 类氢U~(91+)离子的辐射复合及其辐射退激发过程的理论研究

基于多组态Dirac-Fock理论方法,利用GRASP92和RATIP以及在此基础上最新发展的RERR06程序,对类氢U91+(1s)离子的辐射复合截面以及辐射退激发过程进行了详细的理论研究.系统地计算了具有确定能量的连续电子被处于基态的类氢U91+(1s)离子俘获到nl(1≤n≤8,0≤l≤6)轨道形成类氦U90+(1snl)离子的辐射复合截面,并研究了这些辐射复合末态退激发谱的相对强度.研究发现,类氢U91+(1s)离子辐射复合到不同轨道的截面随其主量子数的增大而显著减小;同时,辐射复合末态的退激发对Kα谱线的相对强度有重要影响.

施肥与品种及其种子大小对冬小麦光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响

以土垫旱耕人为土为供试土样,采用4个冬小麦品种、3种播种方式和4种施肥方式进行盆栽试验,研究施肥、品种和种子大小对小麦叶片光合和叶绿素荧光特性的影响.结果表明:(1)在开花期和灌浆期,旗叶叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)均为NP配施最高,其平均值分别比对照显著增加17.83%和13.01%;NP配施条件下,在开花期和灌浆期SPAD均为大粒单播较高并显著高于小粒单播;开花期和灌浆期SPAD分别以远丰998和咸农39最高并显著高于其它品种,平均比最低的白芒麦分别高17.68%和18.75%.(2)对旗叶净光合速率来说,开花期的NP配施处理比对照略有下降,而单施N和P分别比对照显著降低13.03%和23.17%,灌浆期的平均值以NP配施最高且比对照显著提高6.95%;小偃6号在开花期显著高于其余品种4.01%~6.19%(P<0.05),而白芒麦和咸农39则在灌浆期具有较明显优势,均分别显著高于其余品种约16.60%~26.91%;在开花期和灌浆期,2种单播方式平均值相近且显著高于混播方式.(3)就叶片Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值而言,NP配施明显高于其它施肥处理,且NP均衡供应时远丰998和混播方式具有明显优势.可见,氮...

富镉Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe是一种新型的光电转换材料,已用于固体结太阳能光伏电池:ITO/CdS/Hg_(1-)Cd_xTe/Au。我们曾对Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe的电沉积机理作过研究。最近我们用电沉积制备的Hg_(0.09)Cd_(0.91)Te多晶薄膜做成了液体结太阳能光电化学电池并观察到明显光电响应。

多晶富镉Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe的电沉积及Hg_(0.09)Cd_(0.91)Te薄膜的光电化学行为

本文研究了在酸性CdSO_4+HTeO_2~+6HgCl_2 电解液中多晶富镉Hg_(1-x),Cd_(?),Te(x>0.5)的电沉积过程,实现了三种离子在同一电位下共沉积的技术。对在钛基底上沉积出的薄膜进行XRD,SEM和EDAX分析,结果表明薄膜为闪锌矿型的多晶结构,分布均匀连续。考察了(1—x)=0.09时多晶薄膜在多硫氧化还原电对液中的光电化学行为,光强为100mW/cm~2时,短路光电流I_(sc)=1.88mA/cm~2,开路光电压V_(oc)=0.25V,填充因子F·F=0.22。由光电化学光谱所确定出的禁带宽度E_g=1.26eV,Mott-schottky曲线给出了电极的平带电位φfb为—1.26V(vs.SCE),从而得到开路光电压V_(oc)可能达到的最大值为0.49V。因此,多晶富镉Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe薄膜是一种很有潜力的光活性电极材料。

Botany origin and protein content of homemade honeys from Galicia hives (NW Spain)

The botanic origin and the protein content of 15 honeys from small bee farms exploitations of Galicia, for family consume, were studied; the aim is to check if the protein wealth and the pollen wealth are dependent parameters. Seven honeys resulted to be Rhamnus frangula unifloral (pollen patterns with low diversity), two Castanea sativa Miller unifloral, other one heather unifloral, and five was multifloral honeys of various pollen patterns (four Castanea predominant and one Rhamnus frangula predominant). Their pollen wealth was low; eight honeys classified in the Maurizio Class I, 3 in Class II, 2 in Class III, and one in Maurizio Class IV. There has been a wide variability in its protein content (0.09- 4.83 mg prot./g honey). The relative amount of pollen from different taxa has a direct or inverse proportionality to wealth protein.

New Ways of Looking at the State Apparatus and the State Archive in Nineteenth Century Ireland: Curiosities from that Phonetic Museum - Royal Irish Constabulary Reports and their Political Uses, 1879-91

This essay seeks to contextualise the intelligence work of the Royal Irish Constabulary, particularly in the 1880s, in terms of the wider British and imperial practice and, as a corollary, to reflect upon aspects of the structure of the state apparatus and the state archive in Ireland since the Union. The author contrasts Irish and British police and bureaucratic work and suggests parallels between Ireland and other imperial locations, especially India. This paper also defines the narrowly political, indeed partisan, uses to which this intelligence was put, particularly during the Special Commission of 1888 on 'Parnellism and crime', when governmentheld police records were made available to counsel for The Times. By reflecting on the structure of the state apparatus and its use in this instance, the author aims to further the debate on the governance of nineteenth-century Ireland and to explore issues of colonial identity and practice.
