Resolución de problemas de estructura aditiva y multiplicativa

El aprendizaje de las matemáticas no es lineal ni homogéneo. Está claro que durante todo el proceso de aprendizaje de las matemáticas pasamos por una serie de niveles que indican la evolución, el proceso y el conocimiento que tenemos de las mismas. Esta heterogeneidad existente puede deberse a diferentes motivos: por un lado, los trastornos y/o las discapacidades suponen que, en la mayoría de las ocasiones, no se alcance el nivel esperado en cada una de las etapas escolares; por otro lado, en un mismo ciclo, incluso en un mismo grupo de alumnado, existen distintos niveles cognitivos y de desarrollo que dificultan el avance progresivo de los niveles de conocimiento o se consigue este de una forma más pausada a lo largo de toda la etapa escolar; además de tener en cuenta los aspectos de tipo social. Todas estas diferencias entre el alumnado de un mismo nivel se comienzan a percibir a partir del primer ciclo de Educación Primaria con los problemas de estructura aditiva y multiplicativa. Esto se consigue gracias a que estos problemas poseen una amplia variedad de estrategias de resolución, las cuales ofrecen una información muy valiosa sobre el nivel cognitivo y de desarrollo del alumno/a que permite identificar los errores y las dificultades que se tienen a la hora de resolver estos problemas. Es toda esta diversidad de conocimientos, dificultades y estrategias lo que me promueve mi interés y motivación por el tema a tratar y lo que me lleva a adentrarme en un grupo de alumnado para investigar toda esta heterogeneidad existente y poder observar de primera mano si la teoría sobre el tema se confirma o se desmiente en la realidad escolar. Asimismo, analizar si existen otras estrategias de resolución de problemas todavía sin descubrir para los problemas de estructura aditiva y multiplicativa.

Percepcions entorn de la llengua en un centre educatiu amb PPEC a Pego

En aquest TFG és pretén conèixer les percepcions dels xiquets de primària sobre la llengua d'un poble valencianoparlant, però a una escola on sols hi ha una línia amb un Programa Plurilingüe d'Ensenyament en Castellà. Tractarem d'esmentar com conviuen les dos llengües en aquest context específic, per això ens farem servir de l'etnografia educativa.

Internal branding to influence employees' brand promise delivery:a case study in Thailand

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to understand the internal branding process from the perspective of service providers in Thailand. It will reveal the key internal branding mechanisms and empirically assess the relationship between internal branding and employees' brand attitudes and performance. Design/methodology/approach – A case study representing the Thai hotel industry is adopted with mixed methodologies. In-depth interviews are first carried out with 30 customer-interface employees in six major hotels in Thailand. On a census basis, a quantitative survey with 699 respondents from five major hotels in Thailand follows. Findings – Internal branding coordinating marketing with human resource management has a statistically significant impact on attitudinal and behavioural aspects of employees in their delivery of the brand promise. As employees' brand commitment do not have a statistically significant relationship with employees' brand performance, it is not regarded as a mediator in the link between internal branding and employees' brand performance. Practical implications – A number of significant managerial implications are drawn from this study, for example using both internal communication and training to influence employees' brand-supporting attitudes and behaviours. Still, it should be noted that the effect of internal branding on employee behaviours could be dependent on the extent to which it influences their brand attitudes. Originality/value – The paper provides valuable insights, from the key internal audience's perspectives, into an internal branding process. It has empirically shown the relationship between internal branding and the behavioural outcome as well as the partial meditating effects of employees' brand identification, commitment and loyalty.

Moral Masculinities: Ethical Self-fashionings of Professional Chinese Men in London

Through qualitative interviews and examination of textual sources, this essay investigates the gendered, class and cultural subjectivities of transnational, highly-educated Chinese men living and working in London. Narrative analysis of the interviews of two participants suggests that they exhibit hybrid “bricolage masculinities,” which incorporate elements from Western educational and corporate cultures, and also appropriate concepts and practices from the Confucian tradition of moral self-cultivation. A discussion of contemporary texts that support the revival of Confucian masculinities illuminates the discursive context in which the participants’ ethical self-fashionings take place. The study argues that the cosmopolitan yet culturally embedded masculinities of the participants are suggestive of how professional Chinese men, as they step onto the world stage, seek to insert themselves more advantageously into local and global power relations of gender, class and nation.

Synchrony on embryonic development of marine turtles: individual variability and environmental effects

[EN] For sea turtles, to hatch and emerge from the nest communally is essential to decrease hatchling mortality. Thus, it is very important within a nest the simultaneous fertilization and the synchronized embryonic development of all eggs. On loggerhead nesting beaches of Cape Verde we have studied the individual variability on developmental synchrony of embryos and the influence on this process of some biological, environmental and management factors. We have compared this trait within and between 34 nests naturally incubated on the beach and 34 nests relocated to a beach hatchery during the 2009 and 2010 nesting seasons.

Hematological parameters of three freshwater stingray species (Chondrichthyes: Potamotrygonidae) in the middle Rio Negro, Amazonas state.

This paper aimed to study and compare the hematology of newborns, young, subadults, adult males, adult females and pregnant females of Potamotrygon wallacei (cururu stingray), Potamotrygon motoro and Paratrygon aiereba. Newborn cururu stingrays had lower red blood parameters than those of other development stages. Thrombograms and leukograms showed a conservative pattern between development stage, sexual dimorphism and pregnancy. In P. motoro and P. aiereba, variables relating to red blood parameters, biochemistry and leukograms showed little variation between the species' biological characteristics, thus showing that these variables are not good criteria for differentiating them within the same species. In conclusion, the development stage is an important factor for differentiating hematological properties in the cururu stingray, while this has not been observed in P. motoro and P. aiereba stingrays.
