The phosphate mineral arrojadite-(KFe) and its spectroscopic characterization

The arrojadite-(KFe) mineral has been analyzed using a combination of scanning electron microscopy and a combination of Raman and infrared spectroscopy. The origin of the mineral is Rapid Creek sedimentary phosphatic iron formation, northern Yukon. The formula of the mineral was determined as K2.06Na2Ca0.89Na3.23(Fe7.82Mg4.40Mn0.78)Σ13.00Al1.44(PO4)10.85(PO3OH0.23)(OH)2. The complexity of the mineral formula is reflected in the spectroscopy. Raman bands at 975, 991 and 1005 cm−1 with shoulder bands at 951 and 1024 cm−1 are assigned to the View the MathML source ν1 symmetric stretching modes. The Raman bands at 1024, 1066, 1092, 1123, 1148 and 1187 cm−1 are assigned to the View the MathML source ν3 antisymmetric stretching modes. A series of Raman bands observed at 540, 548, 557, 583, 604, 615 and 638 cm−1 are attributed to the ν4 out of plane bending modes of the PO4 and H2PO4 units. The ν2 PO4 and H2PO4 bending modes are observed at 403, 424, 449, 463, 479 and 513 cm−1. Hydroxyl and water stretching bands are readily observed. Vibrational spectroscopy enables new information about the complex phosphate mineral arrojadite-(KFe) to be obtained.

Abstract: Although he is the most prolific writer of the Greek Anthology, Palladas’ life is almost unknown. But, in spite of the limited biographical data, his work has fortunately been preserved in the GA. Because of his literary creation, the old times rewarded him with the nickname Μετέωρος, high, since the literary merits of a hundred poems of his authorship was recognized (others are discussed by critics). A dozen of them contains invaluable information about the political, religious and social situation in Alexandria immediately after the victory of the bishop Theophilus, Cyril’s predecessor and uncle, during the conflict between Christians and Gentiles, each sector backed up by an Alexandrian population segment (cfr. 9.528, 10.82, 10.85) . Resigned at times, constantly demanding, Palladas complains about the decline of the belief professed by him due to the increasing penetration of the new faith. Therefore, four epigrams record the conversion of the temple of Tyche into a tavern (9.180-183) and 10.90 seems to attack the doctrine of the Resurrection. The work begins with the selection, personal translation and comprehensive analysis of twenty two epigrams. Through such philological aid, we attempt to verify the frictions and the main perceptible factors in his poetic creation to justify his worldview, according to the pagan sentiment widespread in that time before the twilight already overwhelming of its ailing traditions

Efecto de diferentes niveles de concentrado en la producción de vacas lecheras alimentadas con pasto guinea (Panicum maximum Jacq)

Se alimentaron 4 grupos de 8 vacas Pardo Suizo con una pureza arriba de los 3/4, cada una. El primer grupo se alimento a base de solo pasto y a los restante se les daba, ademas, 0.45 kg de concentrado con un 16.6 por ciento de proteína por cada 2,3 y 4 kg de leche de producción diaria. Las vacas tenían acceso constante a pastos bien manejados de hierba Guinea (Panicum maximum, Jaco) abonadas con 2cc. de la formula 10-30-10 y 8 cq. de Urea por manzana al año en cuatro aplicaciones. Los datos se analizaron según el diseño completamente al azar. Los rendimientos de leche real fueron mayores en el tratamiento en que se daba 0.45 kg de concentrado por cada 2kg de leche, o una producción de 11.82 kg por día. Al efectuar un análisis de covarianza y luego una prueba de DMS, se encontró que estas producciones fueron sistemáticamente iguales a las de los tratamientos en que se dio 0.45 kg de concentrado por cada 3 y 4 kg de leche o 10.85 y 11.07 kg por dia respectivamente. Respecto al tratamiento a base de solo pasto, los rendimientos de leche real fueron menores (9.78 kg por día). Estas producciones fueron sistemáticamente diferentes a las de los tratamientos en que se daba 0.45 kg de concentrado por cada 2, 3 y 4 kg de leche (11.82, 10.85 y 11.07 kg de leche). EN base a lo anterior se concluyo que la suplementacion debería de hacerse a partir de los 10 kg de leche diario a base de solo pasto y que económicamente es factible cuando se hace a un nivel de 0.45 kg de concentrado por cada 4 kg de leche producida.

铬镱铒共掺磷酸盐玻璃的激光性质

研究了氙灯抽运脉宽、输出耦合镜的反射率、铒玻璃工作温度以及工作重复频率对铬镱铒共掺磷酸盐玻璃激光输出能量的影响。结果表明, 对于输出能量, 抽运脉宽为2.3 ms(10%最大幅度间)时较好; 综合考虑激光阈值和斜率效率, 输出耦合镜的反射率为85%时较好。此外, 如同大多数激光介质那样, 铬镱铒共掺磷酸盐玻璃的激光输出能量随铒玻璃工作温度的升高和工作重复频率的增加而降低。

形式化验证对保证软件的正确性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义.定理机械证明是形式化验证的一个重要研究领域,Isabelle系统是一个被广泛运用的定理证明辅助工具.本文在分析Dijkstra最弱前置谓词理论的基础上,根据PAR方法开发的算法程序循环不变式,提出了一种使用Isabelle定理证明器对算法程序进行机械验证的方法.该方法既克服了传统手工验证过程的繁琐性和易错性等缺点,又达到"提高验证效率和保证算法程序高可信"的目标,具有很好的实用价值.

Tipos de lógica utilizadas en la toma de decisiones estratégicas de marketing

Para el administrador el proceso de la toma de decisiones es uno de sus mayores retos y responsabilidades, ya que en su desarrollo se debe definir el camino más acertado en un sin número de alternativas, teniendo en cuenta los obstáculos sociales, políticos y económicos del entorno empresarial. Para llegar a la decisión adecuada no hay que perder de vista los objetivos y metas propuestas, además de tener presente el proceso lógico, detectando, analizando y demostrando el porqué de esa elección. Consecuentemente el análisis que propone esta investigación aportara conocimientos sobre los tipos de lógica utilizados en la toma de decisiones estratégicas al administrador para satisfacer las demandas asociadas con el mercadeo para que de esta manera se pueda generar y ampliar eficientemente las competencia idóneas del administrador en la inserción internacional de un mercado laboral cada vez mayor (Valero, 2011). A lo largo de la investigación se pretende desarrollar un estudio teórico para explicar la relación entre la lógica y la toma de decisiones estratégicas de marketing y como estos conceptos se combinan para llegar a un resultado final. Esto se llevara a cabo por medio de un análisis de planes de marketing, iniciando por conceptos básicos como marketing, lógica, decisiones estratégicas, dirección de marketing seguido de los principios lógicos y contradicciones que se pueden llegar a generar entre la fundamentación teórica

Efectos de la crisis económica europea en el panorama migratorio colombiano. Estudio de caso: migración laboral española en Colombia (2008-2013)

Actualmente, Colombia se encuentra inserta en dinámicas migratorias internacionales, no sólo como país expulsor de estos flujos, sino como destino y país de tránsito; la transformación que ha tenido el panorama migratorio colombiano es reciente y obedece a múltiples factores de carácter interno y externo. El fortalecimiento de la economía colombiana y la coyuntura de la crisis económica española han creado un ambiente propicio para la llegada de una migración laboral altamente calificada proveniente de España. Esta situación no sólo ha configurado al país por primera vez como un destino migratorio, sino ha puesto en evidencia la necesidad de una política migratoria eficaz y capaz de enfrentar los desafíos que impone la nueva realidad migratoria.

Cooled infrared filters and dichroics for the sea and land surface temperature radiometer (SLSTR)

The Sea and Land Surface Temperature Radiometer (SLSTR) is a nine channel visible and infrared high precision radiometer designed to provide climate data of global sea and land surface temperatures. The SLSTR payload is destined to fly on the Ocean and Medium-Resolution Land Mission for the ESA/EU Global Monitoring for Environment and Security (GMES) Programme Sentinel-3 mission to measure the sea and land temperature and topography for near real-time environmental and atmospheric climate monitoring of the Earth. In this paper we describe the optical layout of infrared optics in the instrument, spectral thin-film multilayer design, and system channel throughput analysis for the combined interference filter and dichroic beamsplitter coatings to discriminate wavelengths at 3.74, 10.85 & 12.0 μm. The rationale for selection of thin-film materials, deposition technique, and environmental testing, inclusive of humidity, thermal cycling and ionizing radiation testing are also described.

Caracterização dos sistemas de produção de leite bovino na microrregião Seridó do estado do Rio Grande do Norte

The objective was to contribute to a reading of the characteristics and diversity of production systems from bovine milk in the microregion Seridó of Rio Grande do Norte, discuss the social, economic, environmental and husbandry-related primary activity of milk production. We randomly selected 28 agricultural establishments that performed the activity of dairy bovine culture with subsequent applicat ion of a structured questionnaire during September and October 2011. Data were analyzed with application of measures of descriptive analysis and determination of the index rural development (IRD). The results showed that 53.57% of the interviewees were owners of the land, the median area of the properties amounted to 135 hectares, the median number of animals in the herd was 51 head, with minimum 11 and maximum of 350 heads establishments in the sample, 85.72% of establishments had maximum 23 cows in lactation, 100% performed manual milking with suckling calves, average productivity of 3.91 liters / cow / day, 92.86% of the interviewees did not produce silage and / or hay, 64.29% had no access to technical assistance, the average age of interviewees was 51 ± 10.85 years, 78.57% had only elementary education. The average of the IRD computed in the test sample amounted to 0.43 ± 0.11 on a scale 0-1. The sites were grouped into 04 classes, based on your IRD. The average IRD in each dimension was 0.43, 0.55 and 0.34, respectively for economic / husbandry, social and environmental. The determination of the rate of rural development - IDR found for the sample could add establishments hierarchically. It is necessary that the inclusion of best practices in herd management, bookkeeping zootechnical, technical assistance and reorganization practices in land and environmental preservation
