Jose Ignacio Duran, en virtud de la comision que le confirió el Sr. Director general del mismo Cuerpo, sobre la Memoria que en el tomo 8 perteneciente á Abril de 1832, del diario redactado por una Socieda de médicos de Paría, se titula: "Examen histórico de la epidemia de Chólera morbus, que se ha declarado en Paría, con los métodos curativos que se han empleado segun las diferentes formas y periodos de la enfermedad y apreciacion de sus resultados"
