 采用碱变性法,提取来自云南省不同地区4个保种山羊的13个个体的线粒体DNA(mtDNA),并用ApaⅠ,AvaⅠ,BamHⅠ,BclⅠ,BcIⅠ,BglⅡ,ClaⅠ,DraⅠ, EcoRⅠ,EcoRⅤ,HaeⅠ,HindⅢ,KpnⅠ,PstⅠ,PvuⅡ,SacⅠ,SalⅠ,SmaⅠ,StuⅠ和XhoⅠ等20种限制性内切酶进行酶切分析。结果发现它们的线粒体DNA的分子量大 小约为15.8Kb;不同限制性内切酶的酶切位点分别为:DraⅠ有7个酶切位点,AvaⅢ有6个酶切位点,EcoRⅤ和StuⅠ共有5个酶切位点,HindⅡ和HaeⅡ有4个酶 切位点,BamHⅠ,BglⅡ,PstⅠ和PvuⅡ有3个酶切位点,ApaⅠ,ClaⅠ有两个酶切位点,其余有1个酶切位点。各保种山羊间未发现变异,说明云南的4个保种山 羊极可能来自于共同的母性祖先。

根据投喂时间不同,将奥尼罗非鱼分为4个实验组(每组9尾),每组每天饱食投喂2次,投喂时间分别为8:00+14:00、14:00+20:00、20:00+2:00和2:00+8:00(依次用S1、S2S3和S4表示),并使用Videomex-V影像运动监视系统全天监测奥尼罗非鱼的活动。结果显示,S1和S2组单位体重的摄食量显著低S3和S4组,S1和S2组无显著差异,S3和S4组也无显著差异;投喂时间对全天游泳距离和游泳时间无显著影响,但对活动节律有明显的影响,S1和S2组的活动节律聚为一类,S3和S4组

We solve the problem of steering a three-level quantum system from one eigen-state to another in minimum time and study its possible extension to the time-optimal control problem for a general n-level quantum system. For the three-level system we find all optimal controls by finding two types of symmetry in the problem: ℤ2 × S3 discrete symmetry and S1 continuous symmetry, and exploiting them to solve the problem through discrete reduction and symplectic reduction. We then study the geometry, in the same framework, which occurs in the time-optimal control of a general n-level quantum system. © 2007 IEEE.

In natural languages multiple word sequences can represent the same underlying meaning. Only modelling the observed surface word sequence can result in poor context coverage, for example, when using n-gram language models (LM). To handle this issue, this paper presents a novel form of language model, the paraphrastic LM. A phrase level transduction model that is statistically learned from standard text data is used to generate paraphrase variants. LM probabilities are then estimated by maximizing their marginal probability. Significant error rate reductions of 0.5%-0.6% absolute were obtained on a state-ofthe-art conversational telephone speech recognition task using a paraphrastic multi-level LM modelling both word and phrase sequences.

In study of gene expression profile in cloned embryos which derived from D. rerio embryonic nuclei and G. rarus enucleated eggs, cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COXI) of G. rarus, exhibiting difference at expression level between cloned embryos and zebrafish embryo, was cloned. Its full cDNA length is 1654 bp and contains a 1551 bp open reading frame, encoding a 5.64 kDa protein of 516 amino acids. The alignment result shows that mitochondrion tRNA(ser) is co-transcripted with COXI, which just was the 3'-UTR of COXI. Molecular phylogenic analysis based on COXI indicates G. rarus should belong to Gobioninae, which was not in agreement with previous study according to morphological taxonomy. Comparison of DNA with cDNA shows that RNA editing phenomenon does not occur in the COXI of G. rarus.

对最近提出的用于GSM通信网络加密的流密码S1、S2S3及其组件进行了全面深入的随机性检测分析。实际的随机性检测表明:只s3能够满足所有被测项目的随机性要求,S1和工作在模式1下的S2则存在严重的随机性缺陷;此外,工作在模式2下的S2的随机性要优于工作在模式1下的S2的随机性。对这3个流密码的组件的随机性检测表明:LFSR-3的随机性最好,LFSR-1和LFSR-2都存在随机性缺陷。

采用高温熔制工艺制备了掺Er3+硅酸盐玻璃,应用Judd-Ofelt 理论计算了Er3+光谱参数, 发现玻璃中含有0.15 mol%Er2O3 时各参数取得最大值;分析了玻璃的吸收光谱随Er3+离子浓度的变 化关系;上转换光谱分析表明在522 nm、544 nm、658 nm 处有较强的绿光和红光,分别对应于 2H11/2→4I15/2、4 S3/2→4I15/2、4 F9/2→4I15/2 的跃迁,且522 nm 绿光强度和658nm 红光强度要远大于544 nm 绿光强度. 分析了上转换发光强度随泵浦功率和Er3+离子浓度的变化关系,揭示了上转换发光机制 主要是激发态吸收和能量转换,且均为双光子吸收过程.

目的:研究植物生长调节剂对梭梭幼苗移栽成活率及肉苁蓉寄生率的影响。方法:以不同浓度的二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)与生根粉组合对梭梭幼苗进行浸根处理,用SAS软件对梭梭接种成活率以及肉苁蓉寄生情况等方面进行显著性检验及主成分分析。结果:PDJ处理对于梭梭接种成活率以及肉苁蓉寄生率、寄生数目、肉苁蓉大小等各方面都有促进作用,但对提高梭梭幼苗移栽成活率无显著影响。其中高浓度PDJ(1×10-5mol/L)处理及生根粉处理可提高梭梭接种成活率,低浓度PDJ(1×10-6mol/L)处理可明显提高肉苁蓉寄生率;而加入生根粉的处理对于肉苁蓉寄生有抑制作用。主成分分析表明移栽成活率、接种成活率、寄生率、肉苁蓉平均数目可用于反映植物生长调节剂的作用效果,且PDJ处理的综合效果最好。结论:可采用PDJ浸根的方法提高梭梭幼苗成活率及肉苁蓉寄生率。
