Novas estrat��gias sindicais: a experi��ncia das redes internacionais

O atual c ontexto internacional �� reflexo de uma transforma����osignificativa na ordem mundial baseada cada vez mais nas intera����es comerciaise financeiras condicionantes dos interesses e estrat��gias de a����o dos pa��ses,fen��meno este identificado com o conceito de globaliza����o. Esta nova realidadeimplicou adequa����es e mudan��as nos comportamentos de alguns grupos e atoressociais brasileiros ��� como o movimento sindical ��� �� medida que o Estado-na����operde capacidade de controlar a atua����o empresarial neste novo contexto e,consequentemente, teve alterado o seu papel, ganhando um perfil supervisor emdetrimento de sua fun����o de regulamentador. Neste artigo, discutimos como algumasorganiza����es sindicais brasileiras est��o reagindo perante esta nova realidade e quetipo de iniciativas est��o sendo tomadas a fim de fortalecer sua posi����o neste mundoglobalizado.

Forma����o da literatura e constitui����o do Estado nacional

O objetivo deste trabalho �� discutir quest��es liter��rias e hist��ricas postas em pauta pelo livro Forma����o da literatura brasileira de Antonio Candido, cuja primeira edi����o �� de 1959. Essa obra ��� ao reelaborar e procurar superar antigas refer��ncias vinculadas ��s data����es e explica����es das origens da literatura nacional ��� apresenta car��ter inovador, o que, de um lado, a levou a ser um paradigma fundamental para a hist��ria e a cr��tica liter��ria no pa��s e, de outro lado, provocou muitas pol��micas e obje����es. Partindo, portanto, da heran��a hist��rico-cr��tica precedente e incorporando muitos de seus elementos, o cr��tico repensa os marcos hist��ricos, liter��rios e culturais do surgimento da literatura no Brasil, ou seus momentos decisivos, tendo em vista a no����o de sistema liter��rio. Cinquenta anos ap��s a publica����o desse estudo, �� oportuno e necess��rio, cremos, rediscutir e redefinir as demarca����es hist��rico-liter��rias da cria����o ou da forma����o da literatura brasileira, por meio de uma leitura diversa do processo de organiza����o do Estado e da na����o no Brasil.

Globaliza����o, migra����es e internacionais e novos desafios �� cidadania

O artigo busca atualizar o debate sobre a cidadania com base nos desafios recentes impostos, ao conceito, pelos processos de globaliza����o e desterritorializa����o do Estado-na����o. O debate sobre o conceito de cidadania envolve uma s��rie de ambig��idades e coincid��ncias em sua defini����o, que v��o desde o reconhecimento da exist��ncia de uma cidadania nominal e substancial, passam pelo exame daqueles que est��o inclu��dos e exclu��dos da demos, at�� chegar �� fus��o da cidadania e da nacionalidade, com os conflitos recorrentes devidos �� exclus��o de indiv��duos do exerc��cio da cidadania, com base no pertencimento ou n��o a uma comunidade nacional.

Estudos sobre o subdesenvolvimento capitalista: as teorias de Paul A. Baran, Andre G. Frank e Ruy M. Marini

The underdevelopment is a high relevance subject in researches and studies for the general social sciences. In this monographic paper, the marxist analysis perspective of the phenomenon approached is considerate of great importance to make a deep overlook, historical and structural, about the origins and solutions possibilities for the issues caused by it over several countries. Has been done here a theoretical analysis of three studious marxist authors of the subject: Paul A. Baran, Andre G. Frank and Ruy M. Marini. How they thought underdevelopment? Which were their scientific contributions to this theme? The main goal of this paper is to do a comparative analysis of these authors, synthesize their considerations about the underdevelopment issues and organized a theoretical and conceptual framework for a better understanding of the matters in capitalist development/underdevelopment relationship. To accomplish that, we elected four variables that supports this comparative exercises, they are: the origins, the causes, the consequences and the way-out of the underdevelopment conditions. This monographic work was made through studies of some principals books and articles of the cited authors as well as the reading of others authors that commented their theories and concepts. The considerations about the underdevelopment vitality under a world capitalist logical, rescues the debate on the transformation of this entire society project for another, been this movement the only way possible to reverse the path of the world people���s history and the major part of humankind that still lives into the ���necessity kingdom���

Economia criativa no Estado de S��o Paulo: sua import��ncia no desenvolvimento econ��mico

The present study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the Creative Economy and Traditional Economy, highlighting the importance of each one on the economic development of the state of S��o Paulo. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the performance of the key sectors that comprise these economies, between the years 2002 and 2012, using data collected in the Annual Report (RAIS) and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE ). The information obtained is related to the share of each sector in formal employment, average and generated in each sector worker remuneration, qualification worked as the level of education acquired, the distribution of workers according to gender in each economic sector among others. The use of these factors are of great importance because trends characterize the current situation of the labor market. Analysis of the share of each sector of the creative economy and also the Traditional Economy in the economic development of the state of S��o Paulo is constructed through graphs and tables and the results show a difference in the training of workers in both economies, as well as a difference in their incomes

Studies about cooperation between Portugal, Brazil and Angola are recent and controversial, mainly when we see them from the perspective of democratic countries, Republicans and capitalists. From the middle of this decade to this current date, that triangular relationship historic brought many important issues to international geopolitics, particularly those involving the Southern Cone of America and Africa. In that play of interests, the strategicdiplomatic and cultural universities��� role, of the civil society organizations, enterprises and institutions with mixed capital is too important because they are who forged the new Angolan group leader as the nation-state need contribution of human resources, scientific, technological and cultural order to consolidate their position as a regional power in southern Africa.

Globaliza����o, estado-na����o e organiza����o da sociedade civil

The questions that guide this article deal with the nation-State configuration and civil society organization, as well as the contours of the relation between both in the globalization context. As a qualitative change of internationalization, globalization brings to the social sciences field the discussion about its social impacts and the problematization about extinction of State. Thus, the article is guided by the debate between determined authors that deal with the analysis about new strategies of the State action, in order to understand where national States go, seeking to adapt themselves to the new context of Capital globalization.
