综合分析了本实验室多年来在几类具重要进化地位的低等单细胞真核生物上所进行的核 纤层结构与成分的研究结果, 并结合发育生物学等方面的资料, 认为核纤层结构在真核细胞起源进 化的初期即已起源形成, 它的起源形成是“ 原核”进化成“ 真核” 的重要前提条件之一核纤层蛋白 基因的起源分化过程应该是首先起源产生型蛋白基因, 在此基础上分化出型蛋白基 因, 最后形成了现存高等真核细胞的核纤层蛋白基因家族。

对67个内含子的二级结构进行分析后,我们发现内含子两末端的碱基G绝大多数是游离的,剪接过程中形成“马套”结构的分枝点A有80%以上位于环区或游离的单链区,内含子5’端的G与分枝点A在空间位置上彼此靠近。

Synthesised acoustic guitar sounds based on a detailed physical model are used to provide input for psychoacoustical testing. Thresholds of perception are found for changes in the main parameters of the model. Using a three-alternative forced-choice procedure, just-noticeable differences are presented for changes in frequency and damping of the modes of the guitar body, and also for changes in the tension, bending stiffness and damping parameters of the strings. These are compared with measured data on the range of variation of these parameters in a selection of guitars. © S. Hirzel Verlag © EAA.

The most widespread vibration measurement on musical instrument bodies is of the point mobility at the bridge. Analysis of such measurements is presented, with a view to assessing what range of information could feasibly be extracted from the corpus of data. Analysis approaches include (1) pole-residue extraction; (2) damping trend analysis based on time decay information; (3) statistical estimates based on SEA power-balance and variance theory. Comparative results are shown for some key quantities. Damping trends with frequency are shown to have unexpectedly different forms for violins and for guitars. Linear averaging to estimate the "direct field" component gives a simple and clear visualisation of any local resonance behaviour near the bridge, such as the "bridge hill", and reveals some violins that show a double hill, while viols show only weak hills, and guitars none at all. © S. 水生植物组织内氮和磷(N和P)含量受到水体营养状况和植物生长状况影响。对长江中游江汉湖群不同营养水平湖泊中大型水生植物的N和P含量3个季度的研究表明,在不同生活型水生植物中,沉水植物主要分布在中营养到中富营养湖泊中,在富营养湖泊均无分布,浮叶和挺水植物在不同营养类型湖泊的沿岸带均有分布。N和P含量以沉水植物最高,浮叶植物次之,挺水植物最低。水生植物的N和P含量都达到或超过生长所需最低N和P阈值,代表性浮叶植物和沉水植物的N和P含量随着湖泊营养水平提高呈现规律性变化。湖泊5种常见的水生植物N和P含量与水柱中

通过测定原代培养鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)肝细胞中雌激素受体所介导的卵黄蛋白原(Vtg)生成以及芳香烃受体所介导的CYP1A1基因转录水平的变化, 建立了一种类雌激素体外实验模型. 实验结果表明, Vtg和Vtg mRNA的表达与己烯雌酚(DES)之间均有很好的剂量-效应关系, Vtg和Vtg mRNA均可作为指示类雌激素毒性的生物标志物. TCDD, B[a]P可显著抑制鱼肝细胞中DES诱导的Vtg和Vtg mRNA的表达, 呈明显的抗雌激素效应, 并同时激活了CYP1A1 基因的表达;

近年来河流生态系统成为湖沼学研究的重点,很多新理论、新方法被应用到研究中。文章综述了国内外的相关研究,并着重从河流连续、河流的生态需水量、河流生态系统的服务价值与健康评价、河流的生态系统管理以及流域生态学等几个热点方向作了详细论述。作者认为,今后河流生态学的研究应在流域尺度上展开,结合河流健康及生态系统服务评价进行河流生态系统可持续管理研究将是近期河流生态学的重点问题之一。鉴于我国的实际情况,作者建议应该尽快开展相关领域的研究。

为大量获得具有生物学活性的草鱼生长激素 ,对草鱼生长激素cDNA在毕赤酵母中的表达进行了研究。将草鱼生长激素cDNA克隆入毕赤酵母表达载体pGAPZ α B ,构建表达载体pGAPZ α B GH。在三磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶 (GAP)启动子的调控作用下 ,一个类似于天然生长激素大小、分子量约 2 2kD的蛋白获得表达 ,其表达量约 5 0mg L。Western杂交表明 :表达的蛋白与兔抗草鱼生长激素的多克隆抗体特异结合 ,证实该表达蛋白为草鱼生长激素 ;受体夹心式ELISA检测表明 :表达的草鱼生长激素具生

以梅山猪和长白猪的背最长肌为材料 ,利用抑制性消减杂交技术成功构建了梅山猪与长白猪肌肉组织间正反向消减cDNA文库。以管家基因G3PDH作为消减指标 ,检测梅山猪和长白猪两个消减文库的消减效率分别高达 2 10 和 2 5倍 ,表明某些特异于两种肌肉组织的差异表达基因的富集效率也分别接近 2 10 和 2 5倍。从两个消减文库中分别筛选到了 70 9和 6 73个有效阳性克隆 ,PCR鉴定插入片段长度主要分布于 15 0~ 75 0bp之间。不同猪种肌肉组织间消减cDNA文库的构建为进一步分离和鉴定与猪肌

将稀有鲫 (Gobiocyprisrarus)精子与重组质粒pCAhLFc线性DNA混合温育 ,经电脉冲处理后与卵子受精 ,孵化出苗。从鱼苗中提取DNA ,经PCR检测 ,2 5 .5 %~ 6 6 .7%鱼苗带有外源基因。在显微镜下观察经电脉冲处理过的精子 ,发现其活力有不同程度下降 ,受精率也有不同程度下降 ,说明不同的电脉冲条件对精子有不同程度的损害作用。精子与外源DNA混合温育 ,经电脉冲处理后 ,用DNA外切酶消化后 ,提取精子DNA ,经PCR检测 ,仍有阳性电泳带 ,证明电脉冲可以促使稀有

Cortical neurons receive balanced excitatory and inhibitory synaptic currents. Such a balance could be established and maintained in an experience-dependent manner by synaptic plasticity at inhibitory synapses. We show that this mechanism provides an explanation for the sparse firing patterns observed in response to natural stimuli and fits well with a recently observed interaction of excitatory and inhibitory receptive field plasticity. The introduction of inhibitory plasticity in suitable recurrent networks provides a homeostatic mechanism that leads to asynchronous irregular network states. Further, it can accommodate synaptic memories with activity patterns that become indiscernible from the background state but can be reactivated by external stimuli. Our results suggest an essential role of inhibitory plasticity in the formation and maintenance of functional cortical circuitry.

This paper introduces a stabilization problem for an elementary impact control system in the plane. The rich dynamical properties of the wedge billiard, combined to the relevance of the associated stabilization problem for feedback control issues in legged robotics make it a valuable benchmark for energy-based stabilization of impact control systems.

Silver and bighead carp were stocked in a large pen to control the nuisance cyanobacterial blooms in Meiliang Bay of Lake Taihu. Plankton abundance and water quality were investigated about once a week from 9 May to 7 July in 2005. Biomass of both total crustacean zooplankton and cladocerans was significantly suppressed by the predation of pen-cultured fishes. There was a significant negative correlation between the N:P weight ratio and phytoplankton biomass. The size-selective predation by the two carps had no effect on the biomass of green alga Ulothrix sp. It may be attributed to the low fish stocking density (less than 40 g m(-3)) before June. When Microcystis dominated in the water of fish pen, the pen-cultured carps effectively suppressed the biomass of Microcystis, as indicated by the significant decline of chlorophyll a in the >38 mu m fractions of the fish pen. Based on the results of our experiment and previous other studies, we conclude that silver and bighead carp are two efficient biomanipulation tools to control cyanobacterial (Microcystis) blooms in the tropical/subtropical eutrophic waters. Moreover, we should maintain an enough stocking density for an effective control of phytoplankton biomass. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V All rights reserved
