El objetivo principal de este trabajo es plantear, analizar y desarrollar un plan de negocios que contenga todos los aspectos operativos,financieros, legales, y de marketing referentes a la empresa: Bar–Restaurante Temático Musical Johnny B. Good. Sus objetivos específicos son: plasmar las bases del negocio para conseguir un crecimiento más sólido a lo largo del tiempo; brindarle a la empresa los conocimientos para actuar adecuadamente en las diferentes situaciones de mercado; posibilitar que la empresa, a través de un análisis económico y financiero, pueda saber cuándo quedarse en el negocio e invertir más, o cuándo retirarse si la situación es desfavorable y presentar el plan de negocios a inversores potenciales.

Se evalúan técnicamente las operaciones requeridas para el éxito financiero del negocio, que abarcan el estudio del mercado, la definición del cliente objetivo, la administración de riesgos, la administración de personal, el análisis económico financiero, y finalmente las conclusiones.

El presente plan de negocios tiene como objetivo demostrar la viabilidad de comercializar aceite de oliva extra virgen en el mercado minorista del Gran Mendoza para la empresa Agroindustrias Alberto Demaldé SA. El mismo demuestra que es factible aprovechar las oportunidades del entorno y las ventajas comparativas de este tipo de aceite, para generar ventajas competitivas que hagan sostenible un modelo de negocio orientado a satisfacer la demanda de un consumidor que busca salud, conveniencia y placer en los alimentos que consume.

El propósito del presente trabajo es elaborar un plan de negocios para una empresa panificadora de productos congelados en la región de Mendoza. Se analizará la factibilidad técnica y económica de agregar una línea de productos a una empresa en marcha, Dolphin S.A. La confección de un plan de negocios ayuda a la evaluación y proyección de una idea de negocios, así como también a la toma de decisiones por parte de los altos ejecutivos de la misma. Se elaborará un análisis del mercado de los productos panificados dentro de Argentina y Mendoza, definiendo un mercado objetivo y analizando si es rentable realizar el proyecto.

By means of this paper is to critically analyze the current situation of beekeeping in the town of Tandil (Buenos Aires), from the objectives set out in the Strategic Plan Argentina Beekeeping 2017, approved in 2008, whose goal is aimed at that country from becoming a global market leader of value-added bee products, ensuring sustainable development in economic, environmental and social. At first briefly reviews the national bee scene, in which Argentina is known for being the third largest producer of honey, after China and the U.S., while competing with China for the first world exporter, a situation that contrasts with low domestic consumption. Then describes the strategic objectives that promotes the Plan, including: marketing, production, promotion and added value. Then we analyze the main characteristics of the honey industry in the area chosen, the town of Tandil, where the stage is characterized by a large number of small producers who are mostly engaged in the informal sale of honey for direct consumption but whose demand is low, compared to a small number of collectors, packers and exporters that dominate the international market. In general it is observed that, with few exceptions, the honey is exported in bulk, as a commodity, and its main use molasses to improve lower quality of recipient countries. Meanwhile the honey for local consumption, is usually of inferior quality because they generally are not subject to quality controls required by the circuit of export. To overcome the limitations of beekeeping above, highlights the collaborative efforts of government agencies such as the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) and the Faculty of Veterinary Science, National University Centre of the Province of Buenos Aires. As a preliminary conclusion, it is argued that the Strategic Plan Argentina Beekeeping is still valid as a tool for development of the sector, and is also essential to encourage the development of competitive products in terms of quality and differentiation, through the development of technology and knowledge sharing to ensure growth and sustainability of beekeeping in the town of Tandil

Med Capital Partners (MCP en adelante) es un empresa de asesoramiento financiero independiente (EAFI) que ofrecerá servicios de asesoramiento personalizado tanto a clientes particulares como a empresas, complementando su oferta con otros servicios auxiliares, que le permitan brindar a sus clientes una solución integral. En el siguiente trabajo se documentará un plan de negocio para Miraparty. Miraparty es una empresa que ofrece un servicio de photocall innovador en tres diferentes ámbitos de negocio: Bodas, celebración de todo tipo de eventos socio-culturales (fiestas, eventos deportivos, musicales, gastronómicos,...), y en el ámbito empresarial para eventos promocionales. Se realizará primero una presentación de la compañía describiendo sus servicios y su organización. Posteriormente se describirá tanto las características técnicas de toda la tecnología empleada, así como una descripción detallada del proceso y modelo de operaciones de Miraparty. A continuación se ha realizado un estudio de mercado analizando los competidores dentro del mismo sector, cuyas conclusiones se muestran en una tabla resumen, y termina con una matriz DAFO que ayuda a ver y comprender la situación actual de Miraparty. Dentro de la sección específica de marketing, se ha descrito primero el posicionamiento de la empresa para, posteriormente, desarrollar las capacidades de Go-to-market dentro de los distintos canales comerciales que Miraparty debe emplear. Además de ello, se ha diseñado una encuesta de satisfacción al cliente para su uso posterior. Por último, se ha desarrollado un caso de negocio en el que se estudia con éxito la viabilidad de la apertura de una franquicia de Miraparty en la ciudad de Madrid. Se ha optado por realizar un estudio con un horizonte de tres años. ---ABSTRACT---In following document a business plan for Miraparty will be developed. Miraparty is a company that offers a brand new photocall service in three different business areas: Weddings, every kind of social and cultural events (parties, sport events, musical events,...) and for promotional events for other companies. First of all, Miraparty will be described as well as its offered services and its organization. Afterwards, used technology and technical equipment will be described along with a detailed description of its core process and Miraparty's operational model. Secondly, it is presented a market analysis with a thorough analysis of Miraparty's direct competitors. Conclusions are summarized in a comparison table, and this part finishes with a DAFO matrix that helps understanding Miraparty's current situation. Next, in marketing related section, firstly, company's services positioning has been described using BCG matrix to, secondly, develop Go-to-Market capabilities for every market channel Miraparty should use. Besides that, a customer satisfaction survey form has been designed for its further use. Finally, a business case has been developed to study v Madrid. In this study it has been decided to state a three year time limit.

Desde el 23 de febrero de 2004 la ETS Ingenieros Informáticos posee un perfil en dos redes sociales: Twitter y Facebook. Desde un primer momento el departamento de Unidad de Imagen y Comunicación, encargado de dichos perfiles, ha tenido claro que este era solo el primer paso para aprovechar al máximo las ventajas de las redes sociales en un contexto educativo universitario. En este trabajo se quiere dar forma a esa aspiración desarrollando una expansión del uso de las redes sociales. En este trabajo se analizan los seis primeros meses de trabajo con el perfil de Twitter y la página de Facebook con el objetivo de averiguar qué ha funcionado y qué ha fallado en la estrategia inicial prevista. Primero, se plantea un acercamiento desde el punto de vista estadístico con los datos que arrojan diferentes herramientas de análisis social y después, desde el punto de vista personal con las respuestas de la propia comunidad de la Escuela a una encuesta de satisfacción con los nuevos canales de comunicación. Además, de cara a la creación de nuevos perfiles se analiza el trabajo que realizan en ellas otras universidades y escuelas de informáticas. Con todos los datos sobre el trabajo previo se construyen una serie de buenas prácticas para instituciones universitarias en redes sociales que servirán para desarrollar los planes editoriales de dos nuevos perfiles: un canal de YouTube y una página de LinkedIn. Para terminar, se deja constancia de todo el proceso realizado en una metodología propia que servirá para poder seguir aumentando la red social de la escuela en el futuro con un enfoque en el alumno y que se fundamentará en el análisis y la mejora constante. Se espera que esta metodología pueda servir de modelo para la creación de perfiles sociales en otras universidades o para mejorar las ya existentes.---aBSTRACT---Since February 23rd of 2014, ETS Ingenieros Informáticos had a profile in two of the most popular social networks: Twitter and Facebook. From the beginning, the Communication Department in charge of these profiles knew that this was only a starting point to take advantage of all the advantages that social networks can bring to a higher education context. Thus, this paper aims at developing an expansion of the use of social networks. The present paper analyses the first sixth months of the use of the Twitter profile and the Facebook page to determine the aspects of the initial strategy that worked successfully and those that needed improvement. Firstly, I present a statistical approach the data from a statistical point of view taking into account all the information provided by the different social analysis tools. Then, I complement this first approach with a more personal point of view including the answers of the university community to a satisfaction survey regarding the new communication channels. Finally, in order to create new profiles, other universities’ work is reviewed and examined in depth. Taking into account the previous work, a series of good practices for university institutions is developed in order to be used as the basis of the new social plan to include two new social networks: a YouTube channel and a LinkedIn page. Finally, the whole process is described in a methodology that could be used to increase the School’s social network in the future. This procedure is student-centred and based on the constant analysis and improvement of the results. It is hoped that this methodology could be used as an example of a social network profile creation or improvement for other universities’ strategy.

En este documento se especifican aspectos importantes sobre un Modelo de Negocio que se llevará a cabo para justificar las expectativas de éxito de la empresa, pudiendo lograr con ello, financiación externa o socios capitalistas que quieran contribuir a alcanzar dicho éxito. En colaboración con la empresa Where Are Pets, formada por tres jóvenes emprendedores, entre los que me incluyo, se ha desarrollado este Modelo de Negocio para determinar la viabilidad económica y financiera del desarrollo de una aplicación móvil para la gestión de mascotas. Se han tratado puntos como las estrategias de marketing a seguir, el estudio de los clientes a los que la aplicación irá destinada y la estructura del capital necesario para llevar a cabo el proyecto, entre otros. Este Plan de Negocio está destinado a ser una herramienta de gran utilidad tanto para el emprendedor, como para socios, y para los posibles inversores. ABSTRACT This document lists important aspects of a Business Model to be carried out with the object of justify company’s success expectations, to achieve with this, external financing or financial partners who want to contribute to achieving this success. In collaboration with the company Where Are Pets, composed of three young entrepreneurs, myself included, we have developed this Business Model for determining the economic and financial viability of development of a mobile application for managing pets. Several points as marketing strategies, the study of potential customers and structure of the capital necessary to carry out the project, among others, have been treated. This Final Project is intended to be a useful for the entrepreneur, the partners or the potential investors.

Este trabalho enfoca a ação de patrocínio a eventos como ferramenta comunicacional, incorporada ao composto da comunicação de marketing. O principal objetivo é analisar e apresentar como as empresas usam e articulam as ferramentas da comunicação integrada de marketing às ações de patrocínio para se criar um efeito sinérgico de comunicação. A metodologia constitui-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e o estudo de casos envolvendo as empresas Ambev, Petrobras e Bradesco com o patrocínio aos respectivos eventos: Skol Beats; Jogos Pan-americanos 2007 e o Espetáculo Saltimbanco do Cirque du Soleil, verificando como os aspectos teóricos foram apropriados em cada caso. As conclusões apontam, principalmente, que as empresas vêm buscando utilizar o potencial máximo de comunicação dos eventos não só ao promoverem, mas também na condição de patrocinadoras, e que o patrocínio deve ser parte de um plano integrado, no qual as ações estratégicas de comunicação de marketing, através das várias ferramentas que as constituem, podem e devem ser conjugadas para alcançar sinergia e valorizar as ações comunicacionais dos patrocinadores.(AU)

Building on the experiences of librarian representatives to curriculum committees in the colleges of dentistry, medicine, and nursing, the Health Science Center Libraries (HSCL) Strategic Plan recommended the formation of a Library Liaison Work Group to create a formal Library Liaison Program to serve the six Health Science Center (HSC) colleges and several affiliated centers and institutes. The work group's charge was to define the purpose and scope of the program, identify models of best practice, and recommend activities for liaisons. The work group gathered background information, performed an environmental scan, and developed a philosophy statement, a program of liaison activities focusing on seven |primary areas, and a forum for liaison communication. Hallmarks of the plan included intensive subject specialization (beyond collection development), extensive communication with users, and personal information services. Specialization was expected to promote competence, communication, confidence, comfort, and customization. Development of the program required close coordination with other strategic plan implementation teams, including teams for collection development, education, and marketing. This paper discusses the HSCL's planning process and the resulting Library Liaison Program. Although focusing on an academic health center, the planning process and liaison model may be applied to any library serving diverse, subject-specific user populations.

La enseñanza y el aprendizaje constituyen dos piezas claves dentro del proceso de formación de los estudiantes. El fin es lograr una formación integral que les permita un desempeño adecuado de su carrera profesional, de forma que adquieran nuevos conocimientos, siendo capaces de encontrar por sí mismos soluciones. El papel del tutor/a como guía y orientación al estudiante puede jugar un papel fundamental en este proceso. Dentro de este marco, la Universidad de Alicante creó hace siete años el Programa de Acción Tutorial, con el propósito, entre otros, de proporcionar al alumnado orientación y apoyo en su desarrollo académico, personal y profesional. El objetivo de este trabajo es contrastar, entre otras, la utilidad de la figura del tutor en el desarrollo académico del alumno. Para ello hemos realizado una encuesta a los estudiantes de la Diplomatura de Empresariales que participan este curso académico en este programa. Los resultados muestran que los alumnos valoran más la ayuda del tutor en aspectos relacionados con los exámenes, el asesoramiento sobre las tutorías con sus profesores, las cuestiones de la biblioteca y las prácticas en empresas. Encontramos que esa valoración es mayor cuando tutor y alumno ya se conocen de cursos previos.
