The objective of this paper is to reflect on the theoretical and methodological status of oral and written data as a source for investigating linguistic change phenomena. The per - spective we adopt here distances itself from a compartmentalized conception of oral and writ - ten texts writing since it is more closely associated with the writers’ relationship with historically and socially established practices of orality and literacy. We conducted an assessment of some of the specialized literature in order to gather arguments to defend the coexistence of written and oral enunciations, understood not as a form of interference, but as a constitutive blend, which, given its hybrid nature, enables the occurrence of the vernacular data, a locus of change also present in written records.

Helena Morley, a teenager of the end of 19th century, presents us from the crazy city, to issues of liberation of the slaves. The vision world of the young narrator also provides an idea of how the women role has changed in our society.

Técnicas y lenguajes documentales por el brasileño Eduardo Coutinho

1. Introduction. Eduardo Coutinho represents the development and innovation of the Brazilian documentary. His career is still marked by a novel technique of interviews with participants also mix documentary with other communication techniques, especially fiction and journalism. This article provides a recovery path Coutinho and his major works. 2. Method. A literature review and analysis of filmic discourse is applied to understand the history and languages ​​adopted by Coutinho during his career as a documentary. 3. Who was. Before acting as a documentary, Coutinho has studied law but always acted in theater and visual arts. This discussion presents Coutinho before documentaries. 4. Frames by Eduardo Coutinho.
