Currently, the Educational Centers and Assistance Institutes, public or private, in Brazilian cities have some problems, for example: they have no money to manage their institutions and they have no correct form to organize and to store the information. Because of these problems, we developed a system which will manage some informations for these institutions and local authority. For constituting itself a science, Psychology has coursed along way. From the time he was considered a Philosophy’s discipline until to be recognized as a legitimate science, Psychology had to devoteto the definition of its object of study, the development and refinement of theoretical-methodological frameworks and, in particular, to consolidation process of their research strategies and knowledge construction. Therefore, in order to regard the demands of the classical scientific paradigm, which is very influenced by Positivism, Psychology made use, initially, of quantitative methodology and laboratory research. This article presents some of the process of identity construction of Psychology as a science, focusing on its transition path between the quantitativist paradigm of scientific knowledge production to the qualitativist paradigm, until that is more commonly practiced nowadays: the collaborative use of these methodological strategies. For presenting the qualitative researching Psychology, we discussed, beyond its proposal and differentiation elements in relation to quantitative research, the different methods used for this mode and, in particular, the interview - which is considered the main way of data collection in surveys conducted by psychologists and, therefore, it is an important element the process of knowledge building that science, in addition to being the most qualified space for dialogue between there searcher and the research subject.

From the book of Newton Duarte (2000) Vigotysky and “Learning to Learn”, you can make a compelling reflection of the cover, a masterpiece of the artist Max Ernst, “Birds, too: Bird-Snake and Scarecrow” by 1921 (in Bischoff, 1993) and the phrase “Learning to Learn”. Compare and interpret the theme of Vygotsky with the picture is our purpose, because look at the painting on the surface of the cover is meaningless by itself, is necessary to seek a dual mechanism of visual perception on what it represents. It is a metaphor. Such explicit representation abroad and, by analogy, implicitly synthesizes the inside of a slogan that has become a symbol of the innovative teaching positions

There are some titles that, under a stealthy look, cause unrest and stir with our imagination. The text by Ana Maria Machado - Point to point - and the topic of a meeting at the University of Brasilia - READ: reading, teaching and reception - intertextualized in the act of reading are sufficiently provocative. Then, from them can emerge a form of ripping, as with a scalpel in a sheet of blank paper and drawing with the word. In this way of thinking, we may write our text, beginning by quoting an essay of Glawinski (1977), in which the author says that literary criticism has only recently become interested in reading, either as an object of reflection, or as a descriptive tool.
