O problema da motivação moral em Kant

Por que os homens são livres? No que consiste a liberdade humana? Como é possível a ação moral? Como um corpo submetido a leis naturais pode ser livre? Para responder perguntas simples como estas e outras não tão simples é que Hélio José dos Santos Souza se dedica a estudar a obra de Kant, especialmente a Fundamentação da metafísica dos costumes. Trata-se de saber se a moralidade e a ética são expressões de um princípio racional incondicionado igualmente presente nas leis imutáveis da natureza, e como é possível nos tornarmos homens melhores apesar de sermos homens. O autor apresenta ainda a discussão destes problemas por alguns dos grandes intérpretes da obra de Kant, o que enriquece filosoficamente a análise e as alternativas pertinentes. Este é um trabalho acadêmico que pode estabelecer a vocação filosófica de seus leitores: a reflexão sobre o que está em jogo é por si só um prazeroso exercício do filosofar

In the contemporary world, the Internet enables the development of a Collaborative Web where the decentralization and sharing of information and knowledge generate new cultural configurations of increasing representation in informational flows. In this environment, collaboration and remix practices are covered by a legislation established for another context, and an imbalance is created between what is provided by the technology and what is established by Copyright. Therefore, it is necessary to address, under the perspective of the third time in Information Science, contemporary issues concerning creation, recreation, use, reuse, sharing and dissemination of intellectual content under the legislation which regulates them. This article seeks to highlight the dilemma that contemporaneity is experiencing and how important is for both society as a whole and specially the professional of Information Science to know the legal conditions for the processes of generating, processing, using, recovering and, especially, re-using information on the Web at a larger scale. The Creative Commons licenses are emerging alternatives that offer individuals options to become not only users but also holders and creators of intellectual content under legal conditions.

The aim of the paper is to explain to what extent the notion of the innate is a central problem for the explanation of the origin of the elementary representations of knowledge and for the philosophico-epistemological bases of the entire criticism.

The modernization of image equipaments associate to the veterinary professionals qualification allowed an advance in diagnosis veterinary medicine, and, consequently, in premature pregnancy diagnosis in bitches. Currently, owners and creators search for information related to pregnancy detection, fetal development and viability and litter size determination. Through diagnosis methods as radiology and ultrasonography, associated to clinics aspects, the diagnosis of early pregnancy become more acurated and precise, allowing more quality in the accompaniment of prenatal of these bitches. Ultrasonographic exams help the accompaniment of these pregnancies through of visuals recourses, which can supply information related to pregnancy detection, embrionary and fetal development, fetal viability e litter size determination through fetals mensurations. The radiographic study has as principal indication the fetal counting, and has been the most acurated for this analyses. It may be done after the da s after the luteini ing hormone surge, when occurs the fetal mineralization. Due to its importance in the present time and in small animals clinic, the objective of this study is to discuss the main radiographics and ultrassonographics aspects of the diagnosis of pregnancy in bitches

This paper has as goal to analyze the Bolsa Família program in its several aspects (creation, discussions about it, perspective of those who receives the program benefits, its reach and effectiveness in comparison with what had been idealized by its creators). Besides that, it is done a report since the colonization age until the period before the creation of the social assistance programs to justify the inequality that the country are currently in, and, like it is made clear during the mentioned research, it has been improved in the course of years. And finally, it is proved through statistics the inequality between Northeast and Southeast regions. They represent, together, the biggest part of Brazilian population e their socioeconomics problems, in a way that can be taken into consideration as an example to the rest of the country

Avaliação da política curricular paulista: perspectiva docente sobre os cadernos do professor e do aluno

The current curriculum policy of the Secretary of Education in the State of Sao Paulo introduced into the education environment the Registrar of Teacher and Student - support material to ease the teacher's work and the student's learning, in order to address all the curriculum components created as strategy of learning. The resulting guidelines that aim to transform the everyday policies of educational institutions and the individuals who compose them, are incorporated into the school experience. These decisions, however, do not transfer into life outside the learning environment nor are they translated into the work of the teachers exactly as their creators intended. Thus, in order to better understand the curriculum policies introduced by the Registrar in schools, it is essential to comprehend the viewpoint of the teachers who themselves are both the targets and agents of curriculum policy, and later the Registrar. For that was made reflexive interviews with eigth teachers that teach in São Paulo metropolitan region, than we could see that they adapt their external determinations in their own reality
