A presente dissertao de mestrado tem como propsito expor as discusses acerca da temtica da implementao da poltica de educação inclusiva em municpios, destacando e analisando o caso do municpio de Guaruj. Os objetivos deste trabalho so descrever a implementao da poltica de educação inclusiva nos municpios e analisar sua rede de atores relevantes. Observando recentes pesquisas sobre a temtica, pretende-se discutir a influncia do governo federal nessa implementao nos governos subnacionais e discutir a questo federativa na educação, no campo da educação inclusiva. A pesquisa levantou as leis, decretos, declaraes e normatizaes e os principais planos governamentais e programas que esto conectados ao tema, organizando-os em uma perspectiva histrica. Os principais modelos tericos utilizados nessa anlise so sobre o formato de rede e a perspectiva de jogo na implementao de polticas pblicas. Para que essas anlises fossem possveis, observou-se a experincia do municpio do Guaruj na implementao da poltica pblica de educação inclusiva durante os anos de 2009 a 2012. Levantaram-se dados sobre essa poltica, que foram organizados para a presente anlise, tendo como foco a gesto municipal.

Esta dissertao foi desenvolvida no curso de Administrao de instituio de ensino superior, na cidade de Belm, com o intuito de compreender as principais variveis que envolvem a avaliao institucional docente. Motivada principalmente pela preocupao com a qualidade do ensino atualmente ofertado em todo o pas e buscando entender de que forma a avaliao institucional docente pode servir como fonte de informaes para a tomada de deciso por parte da gesto dos cursos. Para tanto, foi feita uma pesquisa descritiva do tipo estudo de caso com abordagem quantitativa, por meio de entrevistas estruturadas, aplicadas aos alunos e a seus respectivos professores Administradores, com a utilizao do mtodo estatstico multivariado Anlise de Correspondncia para confrontao dos dados coletados. Com o suporte terico do referencial selecionado de diversos autores, os resultados possibilitaram identificar, a partir do cruzamento da avaliao institucional docente realizada pelos alunos e da auto-avaliao respondida pelos professores, seis perguntas passveis de concluses, gerando informaes importantes para a coordenao do curso em questo. Portanto, avaliar os caminhos percorridos visa uma pequena contribuio na transformao do processo de avaliao docente em processo cada vez mais respeitado e atualizado de acordo com o novo contexto e exigncias organizacionais, governamentais e mercadolgicas, na medida em que corresponde importante fonte de medio e informaes para tomadas de deciso por parte dos gestores universitrios.

A composio de equipes um tema recorrente em diferentes reas do conhecimento. O interesse pela definio das etapas e variveis relevantes desse processo, considerado complexo, manifestado por pesquisadores, profissionais e desenvolvedores de Sistemas de Informao (SI). Todavia, enquanto linhas tericas, oriundas dos estudos organizacionais, buscam a consolidao de modelos matemticos que reflitam a relao entre variveis de composio de equipes e o seu desempenho, teorias emergentes, como a de Combinao Social, acrescentam novos elementos discusso. Adicionalmente, variveis especficas de cada contexto, que no caso dessa pesquisa a educação executiva brasileira, tambm so mencionadas como tendo relevncia para estruturao de grupos. Dado o interesse e a variedade de vertentes tericas que abordam esse fenmeno, essa pesquisa foi proposta para descrever como ocorre a construo de equipes docentes e identificar as variveis consideradas relevantes neste processo. Um modelo terico inicial foi desenvolvido e aplicado. Dada a caracterstica da questo de pesquisa, foi utilizada uma abordagem metodolgica exploratrio-descritiva, baseada em estudos de casos mltiplos, realizados em quatro instituies de ensino superior brasileiras, que oferecem cursos de educação executiva. A coleta e a anlise de dados foi norteada pelos mtodos propostos por Huberman e Miles (1983) e Yin (2010), compreendendo a utilizao de um protocolo de estudo de caso, bem como o uso de tabelas e quadros, padronizados luz do modelo terico inicial. Os resultados desse trabalho indicam, majoritariamente, que: as teorias de Combinao Social e as teorias de Educação adicionam elementos que so relevantes ao entendimento do processo de composio de equipes; h variveis no estruturadas que deixam de ser consideradas em documentos utilizados na avaliao e seleo de profissionais para equipes docentes; e h variveis de composio que s so consideradas aps o fim do primeiro ciclo de atividades das equipes. Com base nos achados empricos, a aplicao do modelo terico foi ajustada e apresentada. As contribuies adicionais, as reflexes, as limitaes e as propostas de estudos futuros so apresentadas no captulo de concluses.

Este relatrio pretende abordar todo o processo de estgio pedaggico que ocorreu no ano lectivo de 2009/2010 na Escola Bsica dos 2 e 3 Ciclos Dr. Horcio Bento de Gouveia. O Ncleo de Estgio de Educação Fsica foi constitudo por quatro estagirios, duas orientadoras da escola e um orientador da Universidade da Madeira, sendo que os estagirios subdividiram-se em dois grupos e desenvolveram a sua prtica lectiva no 2 e 3Ciclo, respectivamente. Portanto no nosso caso em particular, a prtica lectiva foi desenvolvida numa turma de 5 ano sob orientao pedaggica de uma professora da escola do 2Ciclo. A estrutura deste relatrio segue, de uma forma geral, a composio das tarefas a realizar no estgio pedaggico, ou seja, a sua anlise expressa por pontos e subpontos referentes s linhas programticas das actividades e avaliao. Aps alguns pontos introdutrios e a prpria caracterizao da escola o primeiro grande tema a ser abordado a prtica lectiva, fazendo referncia gesto do processo de ensino/aprendizagem na turma que nos foi atribuda/escolhida, bem como outra componente importante e que tambm se prolongou por todo o ano lectivo, a assistncia a aulas. Relativamente s actividades de interveno na comunidade escolar, os estagirios integrados no 2Ciclo, utilizaram um dia e uma temtica tradicionalmente enfatizados na escola e desenvolveram uma actividade para os alunos em geral. Esta actividade intitulou-se a Expedio do Pai Natal, e como o prprio nome indica, relacionou-se com as festividades do Natal, tendo por objectivo principal a divulgao das vrias actividades extracurriculares presentes na escola aos alunos. Esta foi a actividade de estgio com a maior amplitude de interveno, ou seja, mobilizamos um grande nmero de alunos e professores na escola, garantindo uma oportunidade de aprendizagem interessante a esse nvel. As Actividades de integrao no meio foram desenvolvidas numa lgica de conhecimento e interveno na turma que leccionvamos. Destas actividades fazem parte a caracterizao da turma (relacionada fortemente com a descoberta de hbitos de actividade fsica e alimentao dos alunos); o estudo de caso (relacionado com o estudo de um aluno que se destacou negativamente na turma); e a aco de extenso curricular. Esta aco intitulou-se Famlia Activa e abordou os temas referidos na caracterizao da turma relacionados com a sade. Nesta fase intervimos nas turmas, no s a nvel dos alunos mas tambm a nvel dos Encarregados de Educação e Professores. Por outro lado, as Actividades de natureza cientfico pedaggica foram rentabilizadas no sentido de desenvolver alguns temas que nasceram das nossas vivncias pedaggicas. No nosso caso em particular, de uma forma individual abordmos a aprendizagem dos Jogos Desportivos Colectivos atravs do jogo (Teaching Games For Understanding), e a nvel colectivo, e da autoria do Ncleo de Estgio, abordmos as Potencialidades e Limitaes do Programa Nacional de Educação Fsica. De uma forma resumida, estas foram as actividades desenvolvidas neste estgio pedaggico. Gostaramos que no encarassem este documento com uma soma de vrias aces mas sim como uma aco global do estagirio que pode ser decomposta em vrios nveis de interveno, sendo que todos eles contribuem para a nossa formao profissional e pessoal de uma forma ecltica. neste sentido que existem algumas abordagens de conjunto, sobretudo nos pontos finais.

O desenvolvimento de um conjunto de actividades inseridas num estgio pedaggico a base deste documento onde constam informaes sobre o processo ensino aprendizagem, nomeadamente as estratgias usadas, assim como os resultados e principais dificuldades sentidas. So tambm analisadas as aces de carcter cientfico - pedaggico, a actividade de interveno na comunidade escolar, assim como as actividades de integrao no meio, que engloba um estudo de caso, uma caracterizao da turma e uma aco de extenso curricular. Salienta-se os resultados obtidos atravs da interaco entre os modelos de ensino Teaching Games for Understanding e o Modelo de Educação Desportiva, assim como os resultados de uma nova abordagem a contedos rtmico expressivos em contexto escolar, atravs do RopeSkipping. Destaque ainda para os resultados obtidos no estudo de caso, que alm da identificao de possveis causas para o problema, enuncia algumas medidas que podem vir a contribuir para a melhoria dos alunos envolvidos neste estudo. So ainda apresentadas algumas consideraes sobre as actividades dinamizadas, apontando os aspectos que so passveis de serem melhorados, assim como algumas sugestes que visam melhorar o processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem em que estivemos envolvidos.

The study proposes an understanding of nurses training in reflexivity and the overcome the limits of biomedical formation model, from the thought of John Dewey, inserted in the panorama of the reflective practitioner introduced by Donald Schn and dialoguing with the perspective of the transforming action of Paulo Freire. We used a qualitative approach to collect empirical data through focus groups conducted with nursing students from 3rd to 5th year in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Trairi / UFRN in the year 2012. Data analysis occurred through the technique of thematic content analysis constituted of three stages: pre-analysis, exploration of the material, treatment of results, inference and interpretation of the material. Thus, the categories formulated by organizing, classifying and aggregating the the content of the speeches to groups who shared opinions approximations of thought generating a set of categories of analysis designed from the contents. The results present the experiences of nursing students and their reflections, demonstrating that the process of reflection permeates the journey of life. It is inferred that the knowledge acquired in these experiences do not always participate in this dialogue in this formative process, reducing previous experiences in the field of exemplification of everyday situations. We conclude that it is necessary to consolidate innovative pedagogical proposals that allow the continuous dialogue with reality, breaking with the decontextualized teaching process from reality insertion of the university. Rethinking of the structures is recommended, reinforcing the break with the biomedical model and the integration of knowledge dynamically

The present study analyzes the conceptions and the nursing workers' practices about the relationship between vaccination and biosecurity in a public hospital of reference in communicable diseases in Natal/RN. It is treated, therefore, of a exploratory/descriptive study with qualitative and quantitative approach. They were constituted as collaborators of the research twenty-two nursing professionals, being five nurses, three auxiliary and fourteen technicians in nursing. The information were obtained through the interview technique with semi-structured route. In the quantitative approach, the information were analyzed by statistics and presented in form of tables and graphs to characterize the workers and the aspects related to the vaccination situation of the same ones; and in the qualitative approach, we used the method of content analysis. The analysis was accomplished starting from the categories empiric coming from the process of analysis of the field material, measure through inferences and interpretations based on the authors studied in the theoretical referential of the research. Starting from the analysis of the results, we verified that the nursing interviewees' workers establish in a clear way and it aims at, in your speeches, a direct relationship between vaccination and biosecurity besides attributing a meaning of great importance with relationship to the use of the vaccines in your professional lives in what refers to the control and decrease of the risks, above all the biological ones, to the which are exposed in the daily exercise of your functions. However, when analyzing those workers' vaccination situation, we verified that the vaccination covering still meets on this side of the expected for the vaccines of occupational interest, with prominence just for the vaccines against diphtheria and tetanus and to against hepatitis B, that presented coverings considered very good and above the national average. Considering that the institution, although has a service of health occupational active and offer some vaccines of occupational interest, it still presents a work of little mobilization in what refers to the consciousness and the workers' permanent education with relationship to the need and importance of the occupational vaccination, not only for your workers' protection, as well as measure in the infection control and, therefore, as safety for your patients/clients. We understood that that work type didn't still become politics guided by ministries of Health or of the Labor, however, it falls to the institutions that work for the interest of the workers' health to struggle for all and any action and mobilization that have as objective protects the workers of the risks in your work atmosphere

Exploratory, descriptive and quantitative study with prospective data, performed in the Mobile Emergency Care Service in the metropolitan region of Natal/RN, in order to identify the knowledge of the multidisciplinary team about the rules of standard precautions and worker safety, to identify occupational hazards peculiar to the activities of this service; characterize work-related accidents (WRA) and know the procedures adopted after each WRA. The population consisted of 162 professionals and data were collected between the months of November and December 2010. As for personal and professional characteristics, of the 162 professional, 12,96% were physicians; 6,79%, nurses; 33,95%, nursing technicians, 46,29%, conductors; 74,70% were male; 43,21% were between 31 and 40 years old; 69,33% lived in Natal/RN, 50,00% had completed high school; 58,64% were married; 69,75% had children, 46,91% were between 1 and 4 years of training; 61,73% had improvement courses; 59,25% had 3 to 4 years of service; 54,32%, with 1-4 years experience in emergency; 44,44% received 1-2 minimum wages; 78,40% received insalubrity premium; 67,28% worked in Basic Support Unit (BSU); 83,95% had journey on SAMU Metropolitano of 31-40 hours per week; 52,47% had other employments. As for knowledge of rules of standard precautions, safety and occupational hazards, 99,38% knew what it was WRA; 62,96% gave incomplete answers; 74,07% knew the rules of prevent WRA; 46,67% acquired this knowledge in lectures; 53,09% knew Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); 71,60% gave incorrect answers about the importance of standard precautions; 45,06% never received an educational intervention on this issue; 89,51% said that educational interventions in the prevention of WRA are very important; 90,12% pointed out this as a very important issue in the workplace; 27,00% suggested guidance on the topic in the workplace; regarding the physical hazards, 34,57% considered noise as the most important; about chemical hazards, 78,40% chose the gases and smoke; for biological hazards, 48,77% reported contact with the blood; for mechanical hazards, 80,86% said that were transport accidents; about ergonomic risks, 40,12% say it is the tension/stress in the care of critically ill, psychiatric and aggressive patients; and there was an average of 4,5 to the feeling of safety in the workplace. Regarding the data on the WRAs occurred, 31,48% experienced at least one accident event; 72,55% did not notify it; 60,98% answered that there was no routine for notification; 56,86% were performing patient transportation; 49,02% were hurt in the Basic Support Unit/Rescue Unit (BSU/RH); 60,78% occurred during the day; 96,08% of professionals were in normal work schedule (24 hours on duty); 31,37% had contusion; 58.82% had damage to members/pelvic girdle; 43,14% had traffic accidents. About the evolution of the WRA, 62,75% did not have to take time away from work; 76,47% had no sequelae; 88,24% did not require rehabilitation; no professional had a change of occupation. And by means of univariate logistic regression, showed that the nurses and male sex were risk factors for the occurrence of WRA. We conclude that there were gaps in the knowledge of staff regarding WRA, emphasizing the need for continuing education in biosafety in the service.

According to demographic estimates, by the year 2025 Brazil will be the sixth country in the world in number of elderly. For this reason, it is a purpose of public policies to help people to reach that age being healthier. The current health care model of health surveillance through the Family Health Strategy (EFS, in portuguese) is configured as a gateway into the care of the elderly in the Unified Health System (SUS, in portuguese). It is also an area of development of practices to promote health, prevention and control of chronic nondegenerative diseases. The aim of this study was to analyze the health care of the elderly provided by ESF professionals for the achievement of a full care. The study is descriptive case study with a quantitative approach, performed in the city of Santo Antnio/RN. The population included all health professionals, who are FHS members of the city that agreed to participate of the survey, a total of 80 professionals. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, having mostly closed questions and divided into two parts: one containing sociodemographic information of health professionals and vocational training and the other, the activities carried on by the professionals in senior care, being analyzed from a database tabulated in a spreadsheet and discussed according to the descriptive statistics in tables, graphs and charts using frequencies, medians and values of central tendency. It was verified a predominance of professionals who finished highschool, mostly female, aged from 30 to 34 years old, with training completed in the last 10 years, without being graduated in the field of geriatrics or gerontology and mostly without training in gerontology. Family members and caregivers were the components of the social support network most identified by the professionals (66.3%).The elderly access to the Family Health Basic Unit was considered by83.8% of professionals as the most important factor that interferes in the activities of health care of the elderly. Considering the inclusion of the family in care: 98.8% of professionals consider the family as one of the goals of care, but 82.5% assist the family to know their role and participate in the care of the elderly, emphasizing that no professional makes use of tools for evaluating the functionality of the family. Regarding the actions taken to assist the elderly, 91.25% have home visits program to the elderly, 88.75% use the host program; 77.5% know the habits of life, cultural, ethical and religious values of the elderly, their families and their community ;51.25% complement the activities through intersectoral actions, 50%participate in groups of living with the elderly; 33.75% keeps track and maintain updated the health information of the elderly; 11.25% of the professionals perform the Single Therapy Planning (PTS, in portuguese) and few implement the actions to promote health according to PTS; there is a deficit in the number of professional categories in the identification and monitoring of the frail older people in their households. It is concluded that the health care of the elderly developed by ESF professionals differs among the professional categories. It was identified weaknesses in the promotion of an active and healthy aging and also in the establishment of an integrated and full care of the elderly. It is recommended the adoption of permanent educational activities by the City Management, initially for ESF professionals in the the perspective of the guidelines of the National Policy of Health Care for the Elderly and later to the other professionals that are part of the health care network of the elderly, at all levels of care in the city for the development of strategies and practices that promote the improvement of the quality of healthcare for the elderly, expecting concrete and effective results in terms of promoting health within Brazilian reality

The implementation of the nursing process should be experienced by all nurses during their formative years. However, the lack of implementation of the nursing process for care planning during the educational process and the existing disorder in the formation process prompted the following research questions: What is the meaning of teaching the nursing process to the nursing professors? Do nursing professors use strategies and methods that promote critical thinking in their students? The objective of the study was to analyze the meaning that teaching of the nursing process has for the nursing faculty of the bachalaureate nursing course. Qualitative descriptive study conducted with a sample of 30 faculty members that taught nursing care courses in the nursing program of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) in Natal, RN. Two instruments were used, a questionaire and an interview guide. The questionnaire was designed to obtain sociodemographic, educational and work information, of faculty activities and of the teaching of nursing care. The guide was composed of five open questions regarding the understanding and perceptions of the nursing process, its utilization in teaching, and the nursing care teaching strategies. Interview data were submitted to content analysis techniques and interpreted according to the principles of Symbolic Interactionism. Six categories related to the analytical themes were identified: the nursing process as the guide for the care actions; clinical rationality; use of the care activities; teaching relevance; teaching barreirs; teaching strategies with focus on the abilities and competencies of the clinical rationale. Faculty perceptions regarding the teaching of the nursing process; nursing care approach in the nurses‟ formation. The study indicates that the participants understand the relevance of the nursing process a work instrument and that the use of this method during the nurses‟ formation enhances the abilities and competencies for critical thinking that is essencial for care. The strategies for teaching of abilities and competencies were identified, however the nursing faculty should use codes, direction and the influence so that the students can Interact and therefore stimulate the use of the nursing process

A trajetria profissional dos egressos permite analisar, compreender e refletir sobre o ensino superior e as caractersticas inerentes ao mercado de trabalho. Os objetivos deste estudo foram: apreender e analisar percepes de egressos de curso de graduao em Enfermagem de instituio privada em relao ao processo de formao, frente s condies de insero no mercado de trabalho e s demandas vivenciadas no cotidiano profissional. O mtodo utilizado foi o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Os 104 egressos foram divididos em trs grupos de acordo com a atuao aps a graduao. A anlise dos discursos possibilitou uma reflexo aprofundada dessa formao, indicando a necessidade de reviso do projeto pedaggico, destacando o ensino voltado para o desenvolvimento de competncias nas quatro dimenses do processo de cuidar: gerncia, assistncia, educação e pesquisa.
