Understanding the women’s political manifest at the present national scenario through analyzing the historicity and complexity of women’s movement and their contradictions regarding females / feminists actions in public and political areas. Thus, I give emphasis to the 30s and its “green blouses” and 60’s with “the marchadeiras” showing how those conservatives movements and their facist trend took on organized actions. And, also acting on the opposite way of democratic areas and the struggles for increasing the rights and advocating the maintenance of a status quo, keeping female traditional practices. Those women, who were living in the most visible female conjunctures and resistance to authoritarian governments, have taken positions that were holding back the progress in the game, contributing to reflux before the conquest of rights and gender equity.

Catalogação, formas de representação e construções mentais

The cataloging process, is responsible for building systems consisting of sets of interconnected elements and combined forms of representation, creating tools to facilitate the flow of information in various informational environments. It presents structures that offer favorable conditions for access to formal codes of symbolic representation and to the channels of information transfer, performing with competence the decoding and encoding of codes and rules used to represent knowledge and to describe information, documents and resources. The objective of this paper is to present the challenge of transforming operational data into consistent information, the role of the forms of representation and the mental constructions for defining the memory markers of users of catalogs. It shows as results the memory markers indicated by three categories of users for the description of a book like resource and points to the need of collaborative and cooperative work in cataloging and to the need of catalog modelling focused on the user.

O uso do geoprocessamento para mapear as áreas verdes urbanas como indicador de qualidade ambiental no município de Americana/SP

The style of life in the cities deprives the man of the contact with nature. As a way to escape from the turbulent reality of the urban system, the urban planning provides areas that allow the contact between man and nature like botanical gardens, parks, leafy squares, etc. These places, through specific analysis, are also called green areas. Thus, the main purpose of this research is to outline and analyze, through geoprocessing techniques, green areas of Americana, São Paulo considering them as indicators of urban environmental quality. This evaluation will be based on the methodology adapted by Bargos (2010) where products of remote sensing were used (aerial photos and satellite images) and it will be also based on field work and calculation of the amount of green areas. The software ESRI ArcGIS® will be used to create thematic maps connected with city’s green areas. Based on the results achieved in this study, it’s expected to contribute to the government of the city of Americana in order to provide benefits of analysis for decision makers in the context of urban planning aiming an improvement in the urban environmental quality, thus benefiting its entire population

Estudo das construções verbais paratáticas em italiano

The present study aims at the occurrence of a particular type of construction in Italian language, namely the paratactic verbal constructions (henceforth, PVCs), previously named by Rodrigues (2006) as “foi fez constructions” (FFCs). The present study is part of the research project “Gramaticalização de construções em línguas românicas: um estudo comparativo” (2011a), supervised by Professor Dr Angélica Terezinha Carmo Rodrigues, developed in this University. The constructions analized here, accordingly to Rodrigues (2006), are described as a sequence of two or more inflected verbs, connected or not by the conjunction and, such as: “eu fui (e) comprei um carro”, “ele pegou (e) falou”, in Brazilian Portuguese (PB), and “se ne va e piange”, “prendo e me ne vado”, in Italian. The hypothesis sustained here, based on Rodrigues’ project (2011a), is that these constructions are grammaticalized out of coordinated constructions. Herein, the objectives of this research are: (a) present a description and an analysis of the PVCs in Italian (b) compare the constructions in Portuguese and in Italian; and (c) present empirical arguments on the hypothesys that the PVCs derive from coordinate constructions. Besides being part of the research project previously mentioned, we choose to work with the PVCs because of their recurrence in the Romanic languages. Furthermore, the studies related to this type of construction in the Italian language are scarce and these constructions consist as an aspect of the Italian grammar hardly studied. The following work had as one of major goals to summarize everything that was learnt and experienced during the Geography Graduation Course and doing it the beginning of a journey towards understanding the phenomena relevant to individuals in society and the urban space over the nature. This work has the background one of the poorest places in South America, but that comes up reflections and interpretations regarding the life and geographical science. To understand this, it was necessary to rescue the local historic process, report their specificities, thus, drawing a parallel with the geographical theories. There was an attempt, therefore, to encompass the theoretical knowledge to understand the different socio-spatial identities, territories and socioeconomic contexts

Construções gramaticais e questões estilísticas no livro Piccoli equivoci senza importanza, de Antonio Tabucchi

The translation project of some short stories of the book Piccoli equivoci senza importanza, written by the Italian writer Antonio Tabucchi, was performed during the academic years. This thesis target is to analyze grammatical and stylistic issues of the short stories; to achieve this goal, parts of the original texts and their respective translations were used. The grammar section approaches important aspects as idioms, false cognates and different verb regencies between Portuguese and Italian. The stylistic part focuses on Tabucchi´s choices regarding the narrator, focalization, types of speech and interior monologues in his texts; these options characterize the Italian writer´s style and make his stories plots intense. As a conclusion it can be noticed that this work is relevant to give a forward step in the Italian literature studies field, because it contributes to an important author style study and provides the analysis of which choices compound the text and the effects they cause

Justiça ambiental e distribuição de áreas verdes na cidade de Rio Claro-SP

Se é inegável que as questões do meio ambiente atraem uma atenção cada vez maior nos dias de hoje, falta ainda reconhecer a centralidade dos princípios de justiça ambiental para a proteção ecológica, a atividade econômica ou mesmo o futuro da democracia brasileira. Por Justiça Ambiental entenda-se o conjunto de princípios que asseguram que nenhum grupo de pessoas, sejam grupos étnicos, raciais ou de classe, suporte uma parcela desproporcional das conseqüências ambientais negativas de operações econômicas, de políticas e programas federais, estaduais e locais, bem como resultantes da ausência ou omissão de tais políticas. Dito de outra forma, trata-se da espacialização da justiça distributiva, uma vez que diz respeito à distribuição do meio ambiente para os seres humanos. Complementarmente, entende-se por Injustiça Ambiental o mecanismo pelo qual sociedades desiguais destinam a maior carga dos danos ambientais do desenvolvimento a grupos sociais de trabalhadores, populações de baixa renda, grupos raciais discriminados, populações marginalizadas e mais vulneráveis. A qualidade do meio ambiente no qual vivemos influi consideravelmente na própria qualidade de vida. A presença de áreas verdes no universo urbano é um fator essencial no resgate dos aspectos positivos da relação das formas urbanas com a natureza, e a distribuição e a distância entre elas influi diretamente sobre as suas funções econômica, estética, social e ecológica, constituindo-se como indicador relevante para a qualidade de vida. Com isso o trabalho buscou identificar a relação entre a distribuição espacial das áreas verdes em Rio Claro e o perfil socioeconômico das populações adjacentes. A partir do levantamento das áreas verdes urbanas e do índice paulista de vulnerabilidade social para o município de Rio Claro (IPVS), foram calculados os índices de áreas verdes para as regiões de diferente vulnerabilidade socioeconômica

Áreas verdes de Limeira - SP

This paper is aimed to analyze the distribution of green areas in public spaces of the Limeira city. This study seeks to diagnose the current situation of the distribution of green areas in the city of Limeira and how these areas contribute to the quality of life of city residents. The concept of public green areas can be defined in different ways , and for this study were considered spaces where there is a prevalence of vegetation, parks , public gardens , squares and medians of avenues performing aesthetic and ecological , whose soil is not completely covered . The presence of urban green areas has several functions, such as a space for recreation , environmental education and interpretation , and thus contribute to a greater closeness between man and nature .
