A series of narrow molecular weight distribution fractions of phenolphthalein polyarylether sulfone(PES-C) had been prepared, The <(M) over bar (w)> of these fractions were determined by conventional light scattering method. The [eta] and the Huggins slope constant k' in DMF, CHCl3 and 1,2-dichloroethane were also determined. The Huggins constants are greater than 0.5 in all of these solvents showing a special solubility behavior. The Mark-Houwink equations of PES-C in these solvents at 25 degrees C are [eta] = 2.79 x 10(-2) <(M) over bar (0.615)(w)> (DMF); [eta] = 3.96 x 10(-2) <(M) over bar (0.58)(w)> (CHCl3); [eta] = 7.40 x 10(-2) <(M) over bar (0.52)(w)> (CH2ClCH2Cl).

功能高分子为活性材料,加热压片,制成新型钆电极。其性能较PVC式钆离子选择电极为优。取钆电极膜片制成流通式钆电极,与流动注射仪联用,测得电极斜率59mV,与静态响应相似。每次进样500μl,测定频率每小时60~100次。操作简单,重现性好。

用等离子体方法对聚乙炔膜进行表面处理发现,其碘掺杂室温电导率与未处理的PA膜相当,但电导在空气中的稳定性及膜自身的抗氧化能力都有了较大提高。ESCA谱证实了在空气等离子体处理后的PA膜表面上接入了O和N原子。另外,IR光谱结果也表明,随着等离子体处理功率的增加,PA膜反式食量逐渐增加,顺式含量相应减少。

Peptidoglycan recognition proteins (PGRPs) are a type of pattern recognition molecules (PRM) that recognize the unique cell wall component peptidoglycan (PGN) of bacteria and are involved in innate immunity. The first bivalve PGRP cDNA sequence was cloned from bay scallop Argopecten irradians by expressed sequence tag (EST) and PCR technique. The full-length cDNA of bay scallop PGRP (designated AiPGRP) gene contained 10 18 bp with a 615-bp open reading frame that encoded a polypeptide of 205 amino acids. The predicted amino acid sequence of AiPGRP shared high identity with PGRP in other organisms, such as PGRP precursor in Trichoplusia ni and PGRP SC2 in Drosophila melanogaster. A quantitative reverse transcriptase Real-Time PCR (qRT-PCR) assay was developed to assess the mRNA expression of AiPGRP in different tissues and the temporal expression of AiPGRP in the mixed primary cultured hemocytes challenged by microbial components lipopolyssacharide (LPS) from Escherichia coli and PGN from Micrococcus luteus. Higher-level mRNA expression of AiPGRP was detected in the tissues of hemocytes, gonad and kidney. The expression of AiPGRP in the mixed primary cultured hemocytes was up regulated after stimulated by PGN, while LPS from E. coli did not induce AiPGRP expression. The results indicated that AiPGRP was a constitutive and inducible expressed protein that was mainly induced by PGN and could be involved in scallop immune response against Gram-positive bacteria infection. Chang-Fu Wang, Xian-Qiu Ren, and Run-Lin Xu (2010) Composition, abundance, and diversity of the Peracarida on different vegetation types in the Qi'ao-Dan'gan Island Mangrove Nature Reserve on Qi'ao Island in the Pearl River estuary, China. Zoological Studies 49(5): 608-615. Almost nothing is known about the Peracarida in the Pearl River estuary. This is the 1st report to study the composition, abundance, and diversity of the Peracarida in the Qi'ao-Dan'gan I. Mangrove Nature Reserve on Qi'ao I., in the Pearl River estuary, southern China. Bimonthly samplings were carried out in 3 representative vegetation types (mangrove arbor, emergent plants, and seaweed) for 2 yr. Using a Peterson grab, 1940 individuals (id.) were collected in total, including 11 species of 6 genera, 5 families, and 3 orders (Amphipoda, Isopoda, and Tanaidacean). Discapseudes mackiei Bamber 1997 was the dominant species with the highest density of 1,432 incl./m(2). The effect of temperature on the abundance of Peracarida was significant (p < 0.01), and the optimum temperature was 22-23 degrees C in both the mangrove arbor and seaweed. The results showed that the abundance of the Peracarida was higher in the mangrove arbor, while the diversity, especially Amphipoda diversity, was higher in the seaweed. 以奥利亚罗非鱼(Oreochromis aureus)为实验对象,设计了3种不同的摄食类型,分别是鲜活饵料组、饥饿3周后饱食投喂组和人工饲料组。鲜活饵料组投喂冰冻赤子爱胜蚓,利用蚯蚓体内丰富的营养成分和活性物质,以期获得奥利亚罗非鱼良好的生长状况;饥饿后饱食组是指饥饿3周后,以人工饲料饱食投喂2周,用于研究饥饿与补偿生长获得快速生长时血液理化指标的变化情况;人工饲料组作为对照组。纯淡水条件下养殖,水温25±2℃。测定了奥利亚罗非鱼在3种摄食类型饲喂下某些血液生理生化指标变化的情况,并将指标变化情况与增重率做相关性分析,试图找出能够反映奥利亚罗非鱼生长性能的血液生理生化指标。 研究结果表明,奥利亚罗非鱼在饥饿3周后获得了补偿生长,补偿生长时的增重率和特定生长率显著高于人工饲料组(P<0.05),高于鲜活饵料组,但差别不显著;相关性分析研究表明血清总蛋白、胆固醇、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)与增重率极显著相关(P<0.01),血红蛋白显著相关(P<0.05),红细胞、白细胞、碱性磷酸酶高度相关(相关系数为0.580、0.551和0.557),因此,建议血清总蛋白、胆固醇和血红蛋白可作为能够反映罗非鱼生长性能的新指标。 根据序列设计引物,PCR反应条件:变性温度:95 ℃,3 min;退火温度:57℃,20 sec;延伸温度:72℃,5 min,共36个循环,从牙鲆、黑鲪和鲈鱼中克隆出胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)部分序列,首次证实了IGF-Ⅰ在3种海水鱼中的存在。 利用蛋氨酸与ZnSO4•7H2O,在pH 5.5、80℃下,反应1小时,采用蛋氨酸与硫酸锌2:1的配料比,合成出了产物蛋氨酸螯合锌,蛋氨酸螯合锌外观白色,粉状,室温下微溶于水,不溶于乙醇,并用原子吸收光谱法测定其含锌量为15%,螯合率为88.2%。

该文分两部分,第一部分主要探讨了南海及邻近海域对南海夏季风爆发的影响,第二部分用较高分辨率的POM模式模拟了南海月平均环流.在第一部分里,利用历史海洋和大气资料分析了南海季风建立的大尺度背景场和南海季风爆发前后的大气环流演变特征、探讨了南海季风爆发的年际变化与热带海洋海温异常的关系;利用1998年南海季风试验中的现场观测资料,分析了南海季风爆发前后南海的一个测站(6°15′N,110°E)的海面热通量和SST的变化特征和变化机制;并用区域气候模式对南海海洋在南海季风爆发中的作用作了数值实验研究.在第二部分里,利用较高分辨率的POM模式模拟了南海的月平均环流较好地模拟出了南海环流的基本特征.

Mass mortalities of cultured zhikong scallops (Chlamys farreri) have occurred each summer in most culture areas of northern China since 1996. Among the hypothesized causes are high culture density, infectious disease and genetic inbreeding. To investigate these potential agents, C. farreri were deployed at three densities (low, medium and high) at three sites (Jiaonan, Penglai and Yantai) in the summer of 2000. Scallops were sampled for survival, growth and histopathology before, during and after a mortality episode. Most of the mortality occurred in July and August, during and toward the later part of the spawning season, when water temperature reached 23-26 degrees C. Final cumulative mortalities reached 85% to 90% at all three sites. Scallops in the medium and high densities had higher initial death rates than did those at the low density. High densities also inhibited growth. Ciliates from the genus Trichodina, larvae of various organisms and anomalous secretions were observed in sections of the gill cavity, with highest prevalence during and at the end of the mortality period. Prokaryotic inclusion bodies were found in the soft tissues, but their prevalence was low and apparently without correlation with mortalities. Genetic analysis with random amplified polymorphic DNA markers showed slightly lower heterozygosity in the cultured stocks (0.301) than in the wild stocks (0.331). It is possible that the mortalities are caused by a combination of several factors such as stress associated with reproduction, high temperature, overcrowding and poor circulation in the growout cages, opportunistic invaders or pathogens, and possibly inbreeding. 对青藏高原东部麻花艽(Gentiana straminea)海北居群的传粉生态学进行了3a连续的观察和实验。试验表明自然去雄、人工自交和杂交处理均结实,而人工去雄套袋和自然套袋不结实。麻花艽自交亲合,但必须依赖传粉媒介才能完成授粉过程,不存在无融合生殖。野外捕捉到14种访花昆虫,它们分别属于2个纲,7个目,8个科。观察和分析了各种昆虫的访花行为后,认为苏氏熊蜂(Bombus sushikini)是麻花艽有效而稳定的传粉者。测量表明麻花艽花蜜通道的深度和苏氏熊蜂的舌长基本吻合。苏氏熊蜂的访花频率在lO:00~12:00,13:00~15:00和16:00~18:OO时间段没有差别,单花的访花频率为0.005次/(花·rain)。和其它高山植物相比,青藏高原高山植物麻花艽的访花频率较高。熊蜂传粉和高频率的访花维持了麻花艽在极端寒旱的青藏高原环境下的有性生殖。此外,高频率的访花对于维持该地区高山植物的生殖保障具有重要的现实意义,但是否具有普遍性,还有待研究更多的高山代表类群。

利用祁连山海北高寒草甸地区2000年植物生长期内的太阳辐射观测资料,分析了该地区太阳紫外辐射(UV)在植物生长期内的日、季节变化特征,以及在太阳总辐射(E_g)中所占的比例(η)。结果表明:海北站地区UV较强,瞬时极大值可达77 W·m~(-2),日总量最大达1.8 MJ·m~(-2)以上;实际天气状况下月总量最大可达41.620 MJ·m~(-2) (5月),植物生长期内的4月到10月总量达218.651 MJ·m~(-2)。UV有明显的日、季节变化规律。日间UV所表现的单峰式曲线变化过程,与总辐射变化有关。在晴天状况下,η的变化下午高于上午,日平均约为0.048;阴天状况下在13:00~14:00较高,早晚低,且随云层厚薄而发生显著的变化。同时表明,阴天状况下的η值(0.053)高于晴天。就生长期实际情况来看,η值在植物生长的前期较高,植物生长后期较低,植物生长期内平均约为0.052。受强UV的影响,高寒草甸几种主要植物,其植物根、茎、叶的可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、非结构性碳水化合物均较高,且表现出日出后迅速增加,植物根茎粗壮等,植物的生理适应性及其植物体的结构发生改变,致使高寒草甸植物具有明显的抗寒性功能机制和形态结构。
