Ulysses Guimarães quer que haja um esforço concentrado para votação da nova Carta. Os líderes começam a discutir votação dos direito de greve e estabilidade dos dirigentes sindicais. O PT não concorda em negociar estes itens.

A constituinte votou o texto constitucional, com emendas sobre os direitos individuais. Os líderes discutiram os direitos sociais e políticos. Metalúrgicos se reuniram para defender as conquistas trabalhistas já aprovadas em 1º turno, tais como : o turno de seis horas, abono de férias, 120 dias, 44 horas semanais, garantia do emprego. Não houve acordo na questão do turno de 6 horas ininterruptas na jornada de trabalho. O constituinte da ala do empresariado acredita que só com a ação do governo será possível mudar as conquistas sociais, mas segundo os constituintes da ala trabalhistas nada está sendo feito neste sentido.

Na pauta para votação está o título II dos direitos e garantias fundamentais, incluídos os direitos sociais, individuais, nacionalidade, políticos e um capítulo sobre partidos políticos. Outras garantias mínimas, tais como horário de 6 horas, horário máximo de 44 horas semanais para jornada de trabalho, 1/3 férias, habeas data, mandado se segurança coletivo também são objeto de negociação. Pouco mais de 100 parlamentares compareceram ao plenário, devido à realização de convenções partidárias devido às eleições, não tendo quórum para votação.

Plenário vota benefícios para empresas de capital nacional. Constituintes entraram em acordo para votar a Ordem Econômica. A fórmula saiu na última hora e foi aprovada pelo Plenário. O artigo ficou assim: "será considerada empresa nacional aquela constituída sob as leis brasileiras e que tenha no país sua sede e administração". Também foi estabelecido que a empresa brasileira de capital nacional poderá gozar de benefícios e incentivos. Alguns constituintes tentaram derrubar este dispositivo que propicia reserva de mercado, mas a proposta foi rejeitada. Depois foi aprovado um destaque que garante a empresa brasileira de capital nacional uma preferência nas compras de produtos e serviços pelo Estado, mas houve críticas. Logo na abertura do texto, fica estabelecido que a Ordem Econômica deverá assegurar a todos uma existência digna, fundada na valorização humana e na iniciativa privada. Para os constituintes esse texto foi uma vitória. Para muitos constituintes o acordo na Ordem Econômica levou a um entendimento que beneficiará o país.

Peces continentales de la Argentina: Iconografía. Brycon orbignyanus.

The goal of this work is to present a collection of drawings and figures depicting the species present in our country. To achieve this, our main sources of information have been the works of Ringuelet et al. (1967), Reis et al. (2003), and López et al. (2003; 2006), as well as the online databases of W. N. Eschmeyer and Fish Base. Each species has an individual factsheet with selected images, including some from anatomical research works. All the works referenced are mentioned in each factsheet. This is an open-ended publication. As such, it will require permanent updating, which will depend on the good will and collaboration of the ichthyological community. As compilers, we understand that this contribution not only provides valuable information, but also highlights the work of men and women who are part of the rich history of our national and regional ichthyology.

The goal of this work is to compile the existing information about the species present in our country. This has been done by means of datasheets that list both local references and reviews by foreign authors that include Argentine taxa. The main information sources consulted were Ringuelet et al. (1967), CLOFFSCA (2003), López et al. (2003; 2006), Liotta (2006) and the online databases of W. N. Eschmeyer and Fish Base. This is an open-ended publication. As such, it will require permanent updating, which will depend on the good will and collaboration of the ichthyological community. With this contribution, we hope to help to build a database of the freshwater fish of Argentina. The completion of this project will provide support to diverse plans emanating from different sectors, as well as promote the diffusion of this field of research and reaffirm Argentina’s sovereign rights over our natural resources.
