The service area is in full development in the world, and it is proven the benefits of outsourcing services to large companies, which deliver services and manufacturing experts can focus only on production of their products. In the case of cargo handling is no different, many factories hire specialized companies to reduce fixed costs and factory overhead. And with the intense competition in the market, service providers are increasingly seeking to reduce costs in order to offer services at competitive prices. So if we see a growing need to train its employees to perform services faster and with better quality. In this work, will be a handbook of technical procedures for preventive maintenance, as well as a catalog of parts required to perform the same for Toyota 8 Series forklifts. Will be developed also tools to control and carry out the preventive maintenance of these trucks, such as Check-list and a manual of tools needed for each procedure. The results show that service quality has improved considerably and the cost of wrong parts decreases more than 15%

Avaliação da Taxa de Exposição em Exames Radiológicos Realizados em Procedimentos Cirúrgicos - Minimização dos Riscos em Indivíduos Ocupacionalmente Expostos

This paper consists in the evaluation of the exposure rate to ionizing radiation to which professionals working in surgical procedures which require radiological examinations are subjected. Were initially performed real-time readings of exposure rate within four distinct operating rooms during the execution of four surgical procedures that made use of fluoroscopy equipment (including three orthopedic surgeries, one in the shoulder, one in the arm, another for deployment of metal pin in the leg region, and a fourth for vascular procedure); in these surgeries were used ionization chamber detector and an electrometer. In order to check the values achieved, was made a re-evaluation of the distribution of the rate of exposure to radiation, from the surgical procedures, now with thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs). For this, thirty TLDs were distributed in the operating rooms, arranged in points of interest as occupation by professionals. The TLDs were prepared for thirty consecutive days, after which they were removed and replaced with new dosimeters not exposed yet. The dosimeters were subjected to reading of the rate of exposure; this procedure was repeated for four months without interruption. The quantification of the results sought primarily to convert the rate of exposure for equivalent dose rate, both in measurements with ionization chamber as in measurements with TLDs, in order to highlight the presence of the biological effect of ionizing radiation for comparisons within scientific context. Then, the results were plotted to establish the relationship between the values of equivalent dose and the distance to the central axis of the x -ray source, confirming the inverse square law for distance. Finally, the values were associated with the maximum limit recommended by the legislation for occupationally exposed individuals. This academic report presents results of the research developed between 2012 and 2015, and it had as main goal the development of new mapping possibilities of the central areas of the cities of Marília/SP, São Carlos/SP and São José do Rio Preto/SP. We developed this research using mostly the database from Cadastro Nacional de Endereços Para Fins Estatísticos (CNEFE), and after processing the information, it was added the typology established in the Cadastro Nacional de Atividades Econômicas (CNAE). This database, after the final treatment process, provided us information that made possible the production of thematic maps which are used to study central areas, allowing the analysis of spatial logics of companies, the identification of concentration and dispersion of economic activities, arrangement of specialized axis, expansion of the central area, reorganization of the city, among other process and phenomena

Fechamento de diastema anterior: associação de procedimentos ortodôntico e restaurador

Several aspects beyond the restorative phase itself such as orthodontic movement and periodontal treatment must be considered in cases of closure of diastemas. In such cases, a multidisciplinary approach is essential. As patients during orthodontic treatment may show high risk of developing dental caries and periodontal disease, inflammation of the gingival tissue is a common finding. For this reason, a preliminary basic periodontal treatment is critical to the success of restorative procedure. In addition, postoperative care and instruction in phonetics, oral hygiene and periodic control must be considered by professionals and patients. Necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis is a periodontal disease which suddenly appears and presents an acute clinical course, characterized by patients' pain, discomfort and halitosis. Ulceration on papilla and marginal gingiva can be observed. For this reason, patients presenting this condition may seek dental assistance in Health Units or Graduation Institutions, being the dentist responsible for the adoption of a clinical treatment that minimizes symptomatology. The purpose of this case report is to expose and discuss aspects of clinical treatment for this disease applied to the reality of this service.

Clareamento interno em dentes despolpados como alternativa a procedimentos invasivos: relato de caso

The increasing interest of patients for a better aesthetic appearance of their smile, associated with the development of new materials and techniques, encouraged by media couverage of this concept of beauty, provided an important evolution of cosmetic dentistry. As the darkness of a single anterior tooth or a group of teeth, in most cases, impairs the appearance of the smile and there is growing appreciation of the less invasive procedures, the technique of tooth bleaching is an important option for aesthetic treatment. To have success in the bleaching treatment, it is important to have knowledge of the origin, nature and composition of the stain. Among the causes of color changes acquired post-eruptive, dental trauma, with or without pulp necrosis, is one of the most commonly encountered etiologies, characterized by a reddish-brown color. Current techniques of bleaching for teeth treated endodontically employ oxidative agent hydrogen peroxide. The objective of this paper is to describe the immediate technique of bleaching non-vital tooth by presenting a clinical case.

Repercussões endodônticas dos procedimentos clareadores

Tooth bleaching is a treatment modality that raises great interest, due to the important role played by aesthetics in current life style. To perform such procedure, nowadays, there are several bleaching substances at several concentrations, as well as, diverse clinical techniques. When suggesting this procedure, the dentist should take into consideration several factors related to the patient to determine which will be the most appropriate technique/material combination for solving the clinical problem. The procedure indication should not only be based on the expectations exhibited by the patient, but also on respecting the biological principles to maintain the integrity of both the endodontic and periodontal tissues.

Procedimentos conservadores para restabelecimento da estética anterior

A Odontologia atual está direcionada em executar procedimentos cada vez menos invasivos sem perder a objetividade, tais como função e estética. Como tais procedimentos, podemos citar o clareamento dentário e a utilização de resinas compostas diretas, que nos fazem praticar o conceito de uma Odontologia minimamente invasiva. Este artigo tem o objetivo de demonstrar, através de alguns procedimentos conservadores, a possibilidade de se obter resultados satisfatórios.

Dificuldades relatadas por estudantes de odontologia diante de procedimentos relacionados à periodontia

Objective: This study aimed at evaluating the difficulties reported by last-year dentistry course students regarding basic and surgical periodontal procedures. Methods: A proposed questionnaire with 24 questions, 14 related to basic periodontal procedures and 10 to surgical procedures, was applied to 45 undergraduate students with jobs involving these procedures, during the practical activities of the Integrated Clinic Discipline, a compulsory subject in the curriculum of the course, taught to last-year students. Students were asked about their own perceptions of the difficulties in implementing the various steps related to the treatments. The degree of individual difficulty was determined according to the Likert scale: 0 = none, 1 = mild, 2 = moderate, 3 = high, 4 = very high. Exploratory analysis of data was applied, and the difficulty level was also dichotomized into none to mild (scores 0 and 1) and moderate to very high (scores 2–4). Results: Regarding the basic periodontal treatment, bone level probing was the procedure with the highest number of student difficulties (57.5%). As for the difficulties reported by students regarding the stages of periodontal surgery, only the procedures related to anesthesia and suture removal had no report of doubts. Conclusion: Periodontal surgery was the procedure involving the most prevalent questions reported as moderate to very high, and the indication for the most suitable surgical technique was the stage with the highest percentage of questions (66.6%) among the undergraduates.
