Researchs about consumer behavior show influences coming from a lot of fonts. Among them culture, social class, personal influence, family and consumer situation. Personal influence it’s the font object of this research. Personal influence can define what a consumer will buy or will not buy, especially with closer friends. Normally people got the information and transmit to him group, him family, making some difference in the opinion of this people. Ten years ago we were i………..by a dozen of friends. In these days, we have more facility to communicate and more facility to receiver information trough internet. Our personal influence extended from our closest friend to the world wide web group. Este trabalho é uma pesquisa sobre a cor, suas teorias, seu processo de percepção pelo ser humano e sua aplicabilidade na arquitetura. O estudo de caso foi realizado no entorno do Centro Dragão do Mar de Arte e Cultura, localizado na cidade de Fortaleza, Ceará, cujo processo de restauração se iniciou pelo projeto cromático, através do movimento Cores da Cidade, proporcionando um novo espaço urbano multicolorido. Resgata-se um pouco da história das cores através de uma abordagem sobre as teorias elaboradas por diversos estudiosos do tema ao longo dos anos, considerando seus aspectos físicos, químicos e psicológicos. Além disso, é apresentado um item indispensável para a leitura de projetos: a percepção. Recorrer às principais abordagens feitas sobre este tema é importante para dispormos de ferramentas necessárias a uma boa compreensão do projeto selecionado, a fim de entendermos como a cor participa do processo de concepção do mesmo, e como atua perante os usuários e observadores no espaço construído. A idéia foi trabalhar a cor situando-a num contexto: o contexto da arquitetura. Qual seu real papel ao constituir um ambiente construído? Será mesmo real ou depende do emocional de cada um? Como perceber a arquitetura através das cores? Estas e outras perguntas guiaram as buscas para a elaboração deste trabalho

The Physical education has as objective the students integration in the body movement culture, forming citizens to reframe different cultural aspects of the physical activity, enabling a more critical look. Currently selecting how the body movement culture has been widely approached by Mass Media it is detected a new pedagogical possibility. The several media equipment massively bomb (images, sounds and information) interfering on how the students interpret the reality, since they are exposed to these multiple information and at the same time are absent of a more critical look about what they receive. In this way, the objective of this work was to perform a research in the news/articles from the Jornal A Folha de São Paulo, that allows the development of classes based on the elements of body movement culture and apply them in a public school from Rio Claro-SP city, to detect possibilities and difficulties in the work with the media in the school environment. It employed a qualitative research. The data obtained in this study indicate that the media shows up as a good teaching tool for teaching physical education classes, since students found the classes to enriching the learning process, highlighting topics such as innovation and the closeness they had with the worked information. However, it is necessary to develop further studies to raise other possibilities as well as alternatives to deal with this new reality of the school context

This experimental project focused on a specialization in journalism that is becoming increa-singly present in the media: the gastronomic journalism. The aim was to understand the speci-ficities of segmentation in the news and editorial spreads profile area for deepening the dining experience in contemporary society, considering the contribution of information to maintain proper eating habits and cultural enrichment of the reader. The research involved a literature review and survey of the history of gastronomy and cultural aspects, analysis and reporting framework for the months of August and September 2010 the Food section of the newspaper Folha de S. Paul, Taste of the book, the newspaper O Estado de S. Paul and the Menu maga-zine segment, Publisher of Three in order to identify the presence of aspects related to culture, history, health and nutrition

The purpose of this research project is to analyze the Convergence Culture, a term coined by Henry Jenkins, to refer to the cultural transformation we are experiencing - people want to produce their own content, share their stories, expand their experiences and make connections to different platforms media. That is, individuals have changed their position once considered passive and accommodating to sustain an environment of intense involvement, construction and collective pursuit of new experiences. So that we could reach that culture converged, there was a paradigm shift from an asymmetric communication for communication increasingly bilateral. In this new scenario, communication to different audiences is based on a participatory and collaborative model in which organizations do not have absolute control over the media message. Therefore, this study tried to demonstrate what steps to be followed by public relations in convergence culture

Neste estudo desenvolvemos algumas reflexões sobre possíveis relações entre ecologia, cultura do consumo e juventude. Partimos da hipótese de que a juventude, estando mais vulnerável às investidas do mercado, em uma sociedade marcada pelo “hiperconsumo”, se encontra em frágeis condições para a formação de atitudes mais saudáveis nas relações com o seu ambiente compreendido nas dimensões física, grupal e da própria subjetividade. As relações entre ecologia, cultura de consumo e juventude são estudadas por meio da coleta dos sentidos produzidos por adolescentes e jovens que se configuram nas chamadas “tribos urbanas”, tais como se expressam em letras de músicas e em discursos colocados em circulação na rede internacional de comunicação. Trazemos para o conjunto de nossas reflexões algumas letras de músicas de grande sucesso compartilhadas entre a juventude, especificamente aquelas intituladas “emocore” ou “hardcore emocional”, que configuram um estilo de grupo em seu viver urbano. Rastreamos nas músicas as marcas de um estilo de vida em suas conexões com modos de consumo e com arranjos de sentidos no dinâmico movimento da cultura. Também colocamos em evidência um conjunto de falas que nos permitem identificar outras marcas de relações entre o jeito de ser jovem e as possíveis buscas de soluções para problemas existenciais por meio da composição de modos de consumo. Deste modo, a abordagem da ecologia sustenta a instituição de um ambiente cultural em que acertos de convívios estabelecidos no interior de um determinado grupo implicam em formas de consumo.

This article conducted an analysis of Portal Brazil, specifically in the areas of “Education” and “Economy and Employment”, by according to the principles of e-engagement defined by the Organization for Economic Co- operation and Development (OECD). For understanding of this work, were elucidated concepts such as public communication - trajectory, principles and relations -, digital democracy, e-government and engagement and civic participation. The large flow of businesses going abroad generates an ever more diverse internal multicultural organizational scenario. Different national cultures inside an organization can directly influence the management of people. Human values, languages, customs, work modes/routines and different habits can create conflicts among parties. This study deals with the role of Public Relations as a tool/strategy to deal with conflicting intercultural communication inside business organizations. The analysis is grounded on theoretical principles concerning the roles of communication professionals as the individuals responsible for the relationship between an institution and the internal public. The study introduces intercultural communication as a growing area to be explored by the Public Relations professional and highlights the possibility of emerging innovative solutions for organizational problems. It also brings reports by professionals that have intercultural experience concerning Brazil and Germany in an attempt to illustrate conflicts that might have been prevented by actions taken by a specialist in Communication in order to promote mutual understanding

This study is the result of theoretical reflections and analyses about the role of public relations professional in existing management of cultural diversity in organizations, arising from globalisation and glocalisation. This way, we analyze new perspectives for organizational communication, considering the cultural aspects of different audiences in an organization. Thus, the goal of this work is to show another look for this activity, in which prime respect and integration amid interculturality and enable new paths for public relations, acting as ' cultural Integrator ' in this scenario. For understanding these new interfaces, the study takes as its starting point an overview of roots that gave rise to this context, starting from the analysis of various aspects of globalisation and your reflexes and impacts on organizations, plus a contextualization of the organizational communication trajectory. Then the global and local culture is discussed, as well as the glocalisation and repercussions in organizations, which gave rise to a scenary of cultural diversity and possible conflicts of that context. From the particular analysis of work, are given the implications of this encounter of multiple cultures in organizations, in addition to being presented theories of intercultural communication in trying to manage and provide the dialogue and understanding between different cultures. Finally, this study deals with the possibilities of public relations practice in interculturality, showing paths to the mediation of various interests between organizations and their audiences in the sphere of glocalization, showing the activity of International/Global public relations. It also presents the possible involvement of public relations in the management of a communication on cultural diversity scenary, showing perspectives for this activity on the theory of excellence, in order to seek understanding and understanding even in the midst of diversity

O presente Trabalho Final de Graduação apresenta um projeto que se baseou no programa oferecido pelo Centro Educacional Unificado – CEU, equipamento público criado em 2001 pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação da Prefeitura de São Paulo destinado a áreas periféricas da cidade de São Paulo. E também no programa oferecido pelo SESI – Serviço Social da Indústria, entidade de direito privado criado em 1946 pela CNI – Confederação Nacional da Indústria. Formulado para funcionar como um espaço de sociabilização da vida urbana e com o intuito de oferecer EDUCAÇÃO, CULTURA E LAZER para o desenvolvimento integral de crianças, jovens e adultos das comunidades do entorno. O programa desenvolvido para o CENTRO DE EDUCAÇÃO, CULTURA E LAZER, conta com um Bloco Cultural o qual apresenta espaços como: Biblioteca, Teatro, Refeitório, Administração, Salas de atividades diversas e a Creche; o Bloco Educacional Abriga um Centro de Educação Infantil (CEI), uma Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil (EMEI), uma Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental (EMEF) e Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA). E por fim, uma Praça de Esporte e Lazer equipada com Ginásio Poliesportivo coberto, quadras descobertas, piscinas e playground, sendo estes espaços abertos aos finais de semana com a finalidade de proporcionar opções de recreação em beneficio de toda comunidade. A escolha do local para a implantação deste projeto foi a cidade de Ribeirão Preto (localizada a nordeste do Estado de São Paulo), no bairro Jardim Jamil Seme Cury, conjunto habitacional criado para receber moradores vindos de uma comunidade carente que se localizava no entorno do aeroporto Leite Lopes, o qual passa por discussões para a inserção de um Terminal Internacional de Cargas, e consequentemente necessita ampliar sua área de abrangência

The Organizational Culture has been in the spotlight in the last 25 years, studies show the influence of the culture in the production processes and in the strategy decisions of the companies. Changes in the organizational culture is necessary in key-moments of the corporation and this transformation moment influences directly the personal life and the professional life of the employees. The objective of this monograph is to verify the application of the “Transformation Program”, which is the changing program of a technology enterprise, and to attest the acceptation degree and the knowledge of the employees about the program, as well the main difficulties found by the company while implementing the project. Using a quantitative pool, the acceptation degree, the knowledge of the employees and their engagement with the Transformation Program were analyzed by checking the favorability of the answers and comparing the percentage of the whole company and its locations, besides with the results an understanding change curve was created, it identifies the stage that he employees are during the changing process. An interview with the actual and the previous program officers and two project managers was done, in order to identify their alignment with the theory and their perception about the difficulties found while applying the program. It was noted that the employees have heard about the Transformation Program and the majority is in the exploration phase of the understanding change curve, although it is necessary an special attention with the leaders, because the researches showed that the leaders are acting like a bottleneck in the communications by keeping the information that should be shared
