O papel dos conflitos no desenvolvimento do juízo moral em crianças da educação infantil

This research sets up as a reflection on the development of moral judgment in children from 04, 05 years of the Early Childhood Education with the main theoretical reference the studies of Jean Piaget (1932/1994) on the subject. To this end, we conducted a case study in order to understand what types of conflicts that arise among children in the school of early childhood education and how the teacher seeks to solve them, or not assisting in promoting the moral autonomy of the small. Behaviors and conflicts observed were described and analyzed by correlating them to the practice of the teacher in the classroom that is the case study. We found that conflicts are avoided and unwanted by the teacher and, when they arise, are quickly resolved through attitudes centered educator without enable dialogue and reflection among the children involved. In this sense, we infer that the teaching practice focused on the development of moral judgment of children showed failure and ineffective. As a result of feedback from the first phase of this research we deem necessary to investigate about the training of teachers of early childhood education in relation to theories that deal with the development of moral judgment in children of this educational stage and identify the implications that such training reflects teacher practices in. We hope that by making such reflection can contribute to the debate on the need to educate morally in early childhood education, whose main objective is to promote the integral development of children

Organização do trabalho, conflitos e agressões em uma emergência hospitalar na cidade de São Paulo, Brasil

As condições e processos de trabalho penosos dos pronto-socorros somados a elevada demanda frente à capacidade e gravidade dos casos, dificultam as decisões, impactam no atendimento e favorecem conflitos. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, exploratório e qualitativo, utilizou-se dados documentais, entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação do trabalho, especificamente dos porteiros. Objetivou-se verificar como características da organização do trabalho aumentam conflitos e agressões em um pronto-socorro comprometendo os atendimentos. Constatou-se que os porteiros estão na linha de frente e são expostos à pressão dos usuários por atendimento. Para solucionar conflitos, extrapolam regras e procedimentos, realizam tarefas além da sua competência, podendo alterar o fluxo e a qualidade do atendimento. Os arranjos organizacionais desconsideram os porteiros como parte da equipe de cuidados expondo-os a conflitos e agressões. Espera-se contribuir para mudanças, melhorar as relações, a segurança e o fluxo de atendimento.

CONFLITOS TERRITORIAIS, RELAÇÕES DE TRABALHO E SAÚDE AMBIENTAL NO AGROHIDRONEGÓCIO CANAVIEIRO NO PONTAL DO PARANAPANEMA (SP)

Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo a análise do conflito pela terra no Pontal do Paranapanema (Estado de São Paulo, Brasil), considerando a disputa pelos recursos hídricos e a degradação da saúde ambiental na área denominada do agrohidronegócio canavieiro. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a expansão do cultivo da cana nessa região está provocando o agravamento da saúde dos trabalhadores. Por outro lado, a pesquisa também procura identificar modelos alternativos ao projeto hegemônico de desenvolvimento regional baseado na matriz agrohidroenergética. Para isto, a pesquisa tem como interlocutores diversos tipos de movimentos sociais, como o Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra e o Movimento dos Atingidos por Barragem, além de lideranças sindicais.

Articulação entre uma proposta curricular alternativa e o cotidiano escolar : Conflitos temporais

No intuito de compreender quais as influências exercidas pelas questoes temporais na concepçao e execuçao de uma proposta curricular alternativa para o ensino de Química, realizou-se uma análise de documentos referentes à construçao de um projeto desenvolvido por uma escola pública. Identificar e analisar as dimensoes temporais referentes a esta proposta curricular alternativa que a articulem com o cotidiano escolar é o objetivo desta pesquisa. Foram encontrados dispositivos temporais existentes no cotidiano da escola que articulam e controlam os seus "modos de fazer". Tais dispositivos também estao presentes na proposta curricular alternativa de modo a tornar sua execuçao viável na escola, ao passo que também limita as suas açoes. Ou seja, é por meio destes dispositivos que a proposta curricular alternativa se articula com o cotidiano da escola, entretanto os tais dispositivos também controlam e por vezes limitam a experiência curricular

La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar los procesos de elaboración de memorias en torno a la historia reciente y sus implicancias en el presente. Específicamente esta tesina aborda las significaciones construidas en relación a un ataque llevado a cabo por el Ejército y la Policía de la provincia de Buenos Aires a una casa operativa de la organización armada Montoneros, ubicada en la ciudad de La Plata, el día 24 de noviembre de 1976. Los ejes que atraviesan este análisis son: la pluralidad de la memoria, los usos de los territorios de memoria y las distintas legitimidades que encarnan quienes significan el pasado. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo poner en tensión y problematizar ciertos relatos referidos al accionar represivo llevado a cabo durante la última dictadura militar argentina, así como las formas de construcción política de quienes construyen esas narrativas. Desde una perspectiva micro-sociológica, son los recuerdos y las significaciones de los actores que han gestionado los usos de la casa lo que guía la investigación. A partir del análisis de sus testimonios y el abordaje de los fundamentos de reconocimientos estatales otorgados a la 'Casa Mariani-Teruggi', se problematiza la multiplicidad de sentidos que condensa dicho acontecimiento y los procesos sociales y políticos que implica su inscripción en la trama urbana

Conflitos ambientais na microrregião de Viçosa-MG : O conflito entre a legislação ambiental e os produtores agrícolas e o excesso de penalização dos pequenos casos de infração à legislação ambiental

The research presented in this article aims to identify and to analyze the cases of environmental conflicts in the microrregião de Viçosa, Minas Gerais, Brasil. For this were performed data surveys were conducted in the archives of the Ministério Público regarding the municipalities of microrregião in study and a workshop with various social movements of the mesorregião da Zona da Mata. From this survey on we check the conflict established between environmental legislation and farm workers, and also the concentration of the penalty on small cases of violations of environmental legislation. Thus, we conclude that to think about environmental conflicts is require the recognition of inequalities of power and the different types of knowledge and rationalities involved in the appropriation of natural resources by society.

Indios, Moradores e Câmaras Municipais : Etnicidade e conflitos agrários no Rio de Janerio e no Espírito Santo (séculos XVIII e XIX)

This paper analyzes the processes of extinction of indigenous collective lands and villages in Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo, from mid-eighteenth century to the nineteenth century, giving emphasis on the role of IndigenousÆs policy aiming to delay the process. Based on the correspondence among authorities, laws, statistical reports, and petitions from the Indians themselves, we approach the agrarian conflicts among indigenous, non-Indian residents and municipal councils, focusing on the issue of controversies and discussions regarding ethnicity that played a central role in these disputes.

Questões sobre Classes, Dominação e Conflitos Sociais na Alta Idade Média

Except for a History that is mobilized, nowadays, much more by the supposedly continuities than the changes, the periods of major transitions continue to demand interpretative effort from specialists. It is long the list of those who have been dedicated to the transitional problem between the Antiquity and the Middle Ages, focused on a period of poor and unequally distributed sources, trying to shed light and establish various interpretative means for this phenomenon. Albeit having overcome some of the catastrophic perspectives hindering the pioneer analyses within this context, the current approaches have also eliminated the recognition of both the contradictory manifestations and the social struggles acting as central and fundamental engines of the social transformations within the discussed context. When supported by an adequate theoretical background, documents from the period lead us to a process resulting from contradictions and a scenario of actions and reactions that eventually materialized the conflicts and moved History forward. The transition from the Antiquity to the Middle Ages was encompassed by diverse social antagonist manifestations, which allows us to consider that the arena of disputes were, therefore, that of the society itself.
