提出了一种多环形腔(MRC)结构的稳定可调的单纵模(SLM)掺铒光纤激光器,多环形腔结构由双环形有源腔和两个次级无源腔组成。这种激光器是利用光纤法布里-珀罗可调滤波器(FFP-TF)以及光学光栅滤波器(OGF)两种滤波器和多环形腔结构相结合来共同选模。可实现波长调节范围为1528~1565 nm,在整个波长调节范围内边模抑制比大于44.53 dB,在1554 nm附近边模抑制比可以达到最大值51.18 dB, 输出功率为-8.84 dBm,通过应用多环型腔结构,激光器的输出很稳定,在18 min的观察时间内,中心波长的变化小于0.02 nm,输出功率的变化小于0.04 dBm,实现了稳定且可调谐的单纵模输出。

Design and fabrication of a parallel optical transmitter are reported. The optimized 12 channel parallel optical transmitter,with each channel's data rate up to 3Gbit/s,is designed, assembled, and measured. A top-emitting 850nm vertical cavity surface emitting laser(VCSEL) array is adopted as the light source,and the VCSEL chip is directly wire bonded to a 12 channel driver IC. The outputs of the VCSEL array are directly butt coupled into a 12 channel fiber array. Small form factor pluggable (SFP) packaging technology is used in the module to support hot pluggable in application. The performance results of the module are demonstrated. At an operating current of 8mA, an eye diagram at 3Gbit/s is achieved with an optical output of more than 1mW.

为了在器件的高速信号眼图测试中去除夹具的影响,本文首次提出了一种利用时域和频域测量相结合,通过快速傅立叶变换和反变换,对眼图测试校准的方法,并进行了实验验证.实验发现校准后眼图的张开高度、Q因子、上升时间、下降时间、峰峰抖动等参数改变明显,并且校准后的眼图与直接测试结果符合得很好.

根据食物链原理和动物与生境密切的关系,探讨了松果采摘对长白山自然保护区动物的影响.认为松果采摘后,一方面松籽没有动物帮助搬运,使红松不能正常天然更新,影响了红松林生态系统正常演替而破坏了动物生境;另一方面使得保护区内以松籽为主要食物来源的动物因缺少食物而发生数量变化,致使食物链遭受破坏,从而导致红松林中动物分布发生变化.

本试验是在潮棕壤上进行了 10年的定位试验 .研究了在养分循环再利用的基础上采取不同施肥制度下作物养分移出量 ,并结合施肥量计算出土壤中N、P、K养分收支 .结果表明 ,在保持农业系统养分循环再利用的基础上 ,根据养分供给力设计化肥施用量 ,不仅可实现作物高产 ,而且可平衡土壤养分收支 ,避免土壤中肥料养分过剩 (主要是N)进入环境 .并揭示了我国在 2 0世纪 70年代以前大面积农田土壤缺P和 80年代农田土壤大面积缺K的原因 .

Among various ECL systems, such as 9,10-diphenylanthracene, lucigenin, tris(2,2'-bipyridyl) ruthenium, peroxyoxalate, luminol, graphene, and nanocrystals, Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) ECL is one of the most widely studied ECL systems in recent years due to its broad applications in immunoassays, DNA probe assays, coreactants analysis, and aptasensors. In this review, the progress in Ru(bpy)(3)(2+) ECL has been summarized on the whole, and the future research trends have been proposed.

In vitro a-glucosidase inhibition assays and ultrafiltration liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection coupled to electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ultrafiltration LC-DAD-ESI-MSn) were combined to screen a-glucosidase inhibitors from hawthorn leaf flavonoids extract (HLFE). As a result, four compounds were identified as alpha-glucosidase inhibitors in the HLFE, and their structures were confirmed to be quercetin-3-O-rha-(1-4)-glc-rha and C-glycosylflavones (vitexin-2 ''-O-glucoside, vitexin-2 ''-O-rhamnoside and vitexin) by high-resolution sustained off resonance irradiation collision-induced dissociation (SORI-CID) data obtained by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FTICR MS).

The structure and electrochemical characteristics of melted composite Ti0.10Zr0.15V0.35Cr0.10Ni0.30 + x% LaNi4Al0.4Mn0.3Co0.3 (x = 0, 1, 5) hydrogen storage alloys have been investigated systematically. XRD shows that though the main phase of the matrix alloy remains unchanged after LaNi4Al0.4Mn0.3Co0.3 alloy is added, a new specimen is formed. The amount of the new specimen increases with increasing x. SEM-EDS analysis indicates that the V-based solid solution phase is mainly composed of V, Cr and Ni; C14 Laves phase is mainly composed of Ni, Zr and V; the new specimen containing La is mainly composed of Zr, V and Ni. The electrochemical measurements suggest that the activation performance, the low temperature discharge ability, the high rate discharge ability and the cyclic stability of composite alloy electrodes increase greatly with the growth of x.
