Profissionalização do magistério: do coletivo ao indivíduo, da transformação social à adequação dos sujeitos

Este artigo focaliza discursos referentes à formação de duas gerações brasileiras de professores dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Com relação ao primeiro momento, entre o final da década de 1980 e início da década de 1990, procedeu-se o estudo de documentos relativos à proposta curricular do Projeto CEFAM/SP, o que revelou discursos que enfatizavam uma formação docente voltada para o trabalho coletivo e a atitude crítico-reflexiva. Já no segundo período, correspondente à geração de professores formada a partir da segunda metade da década de 1990, as propostas de formação docente (representadas por diretrizes, referenciais e decretos federais) são marcadas pela influência de organismos internacionais e por um viés econômico, seguindo uma direção pragmatista baseada em competências individuais, o que aponta para um enfraquecimento político do magistério, enquanto grupo profissional. Questiona-se, assim, a pertinência de se considerar o momento atual como sendo de profissionalização docente.

Processo de modificação genética de bactéria acidófilas e construção de um vetor de transformação

The present invention describes a method for transforming chemolithotrophic acidophilic bacteria using electroporation technology. The proposed method allows transforming a bacterial line using a transformation vector, the pAF vector, which contains an origin of vegetative replication that allows the vector to replicate inside the bacteria without altering the natural physiological functions of the latter. Also disclosed is the use of the bacteria modified according to the invention in bioleaching processes of sulphated copper, gold, uranium, nickel, zinc and cobalt ore, inter alia.

Demandas ambientais na educação física escolar: perspectivas de adaptação e de transformação

This investigation addresses the possibility of teaching themes related to environmental issues in Physical Education. We identified and classified such issues as: administrative and economic, aesthetic and philosophical, virtual, historical and geographical, sociological and political, physical and natural. Then, we discussed how the specific dynamics of culture, movement, and environment raises certain questions about each theme's relevance and its repercussions on teachers' professionalism. We believe that in the context of the daily intervention there are perspectives for both adaptation and transformation that might be further developed during classes in collaboration with the students.

Transformação de coordenadas com modelagem de distorções entre SAD69 e SIRGAS2000 com o uso de Thin-Plate Splines

Several countries have been passed by change processes in their fundamental geodesic structure with the focus on the adoption of geocentric reference systems. In Brazil, the adoption of the SIRGAS2000 evolves the coexistence of two realizations from the COrrego Alegre system, two realizations from the SAD69 system and one realization from the SIRGAS2000 system. To make use of products in the old reference systems, methods of coordinate transformation between the existent reference frames are necessary. So, in this paper one solution for the transformation between coordinates from different reference frames, based on Thin-Plate Splines (TPS), that allows the estimation of parameters from one linear transformation and also one non-linear model is presented. The TPS model was developed to work with tridimensional coordinates and in this paper the results and analysis are performed with simulated data and also with data from the official Brazilian Geodetic System (SGB). In the check points from SAD69 stations (realization of 1996 - SAD69/96), the values of RMSE obtained were of 78,2 mm in latitude and 67,5 mm in longitude, before the transformation to the SIRGAS2000. In the comparison between the TPS model and ProGriD (Brazilian software provided by IBGE), the statistical indicators were reduced in 97%, by using the TPS model. Based in the obtained results from real dataset, the TPS model appears to be promising, since it allows improving the quality of transformation process with simultaneous distortion modeling.

Valores culturais e organizacionais em transformação: estudo sobre o Programa de Intercâmbio Social da Aiesec

Many young people have chosen go on exchange experiences, expecting to live in a context full of diversity, to know elements in the country they are visiting and also to develop themselves personally and professionally. Organizational and cultural values can be acquired or developed through these professional exchange experiences. This paper aimed to understand the vision of young people who went on the social exchange of AIESEC related to cultural and organizational values in the experience. AIESEC is a global and nonprofit organization formed by university students, with the objective of peace and the fulfillment of the humankind needs. Thus, professional exchanges are the main tool for achieving this goal. The study analyzes the experiences of 15 exchange students as well as the point of view of five managers of the organization in order to gain a broad perspective in relation to exchange experiences to understand how young people understand the concept of culture. The interview results suggest that in labor relations, autonomy and egalitarianism are values that go together, while the harmony could be observed by the fact that the projects deal with the issue of sustainability. Furthermore, responsibility, tolerance and collective were the human values that the exchange students developed the most, indicating that experience enables openness to live the diversity and to the intercultural dialogue in order to value local cultures of the visited countries

A cidade contemporânea à luz do cinema: o virtual e a transformação do espaço urbano

A compreensão da realidade imaginária do cinema e sua ligação com a arquitetura e urbanismo, vão além de representações cenográficas meramente ilustrativas. Mais do que perceber a distinção entre real e imaginário, é necessário entender a relação entre essas duas dimensões, tanto do ponto de vista histórico, como daquele propositivo, do pensar e refletir sobre projeto da cidade contemporânea. Arrisca-se em pensar em uma unidade complexa complementar se tomarmos as tangências históricas e estéticas que permeiam essa relação. Através da análise do espaço apresentado pela indústria cinematográfica a partir dos anos ’80, é possível delinear algumas hipóteses de como se pode indagar sobre o projeto da cidade contemporânea, diante das grandes transformações porque passaram o espaço urbano, a identidade dos lugares, da memória, enfim da cidade através de imagens, tecnologia e dinâmicas de rede e geografias descontínuas. Essa condição pode ser notada, mais especificamente, a partir de três filmes, utilizados neste trabalho como suporte de reflexão: do caos e sobreposição de extratos de alta densidade de peter greenaway, típicos da cidade como palimpsesto da cidade contemporânea, do vazio perturbador de lars von trier na morte do espaço público anunciado por richard sennet, ao o espaço labiríntico de christopher nolan a partir das geografias descontinuas das cidades em redes. A transformação e revalorização do espaço do centro histórico de Santos/SP

The city of Santos always had its importance recognised by the respectful role of flowing off the coffee production between the end of 19th and beginning of 20th centuries. All effervescence of this period brought changes to the central area of the city, located near the port. Beginning in the 1970s, some changes in the politics and in the city's urban space made its cafes, theaters, stores and traditional residencies find itselves in decadence imposed by the negligence of the public power. The Historic Downtown of Santos changed to a forgotten and depreciated space and remained that way for many years, reflecting negatively in the preservation of the arquitetonic heritage of the city. The present project aims to analyse the transformation of the current space of the Hitoric Downtown of Santos from the beginning of the 20th century and its recent revaluation through the public politics of the city

Estudos citogenéticos de mutações na transformação de neoplasias benignas em malignas do sistema musculoesquelético

O câncer tem sido alvo de incessantes pesquisas sobre sua etiologia, desenvolvimento, progresso e tratamentos. Sua importância no campo científico se dá pela sua alta taxa de mortalidade e morbidade. O fato de que seja uma doença genética, que pode ter interferência ambiental e dietética, está cada vez mais elucidado, porém ainda existem muitos mecanismos a serem desvendados. As neoplasias ósseas, benignas ou malignas, e processos inflamatórios ósseos acometem desde crianças até adultos e idosos, podendo causar danos físicos, incapacidade motora e até a morte. Portanto, presumir o potencial de transformação maligna das lesões benignas, agressividade tumoral, capacidade de invasão tecidual, probabilidade de recidiva, propensão ao desenvolvimento de metástases e resposta ao tratamento, é um valioso expediente na escolha da proposta terapêutica. Estudos genéticos e citogenéticos têm ajudado a aumentar o entendimento sobre a carcinogênese, progressão tumoral, prognósticos e diagnósticos. Portanto, este estudo teve como objetivo detectar mutações e marcadores cromossômicos consistentes e recorrentes na transformação de tumores benignos em malignos no sistema musculoesquelético, através de análises com citogenética clássica, e relacionar estes achados com o prognóstico e diagnóstico dos pacientes. Dentre os casos coletados e analisados citogeneticamente, foram selecionados três casos de lesões ósseas benignas e três lesões ósseas malignas tidas como a progressão tumoral dos respectivos casos benignos, para discussão e relato de caso. Os achados citogenéticos relataram consistentes alterações numéricas e estruturais clonais em regiões cromossômicas com genes importantes envolvidos na progressão tumoral. Comunicação no terceiro setor: novos paradigmas para transformação social

This study is the result of a bibliographical research on the performance of the Third Sector in the current society. From references the study tried to locate the sprouting of the Third Sector in the international scene, whit the bankruptcy of welfare state, until its insertion in the Brazilian scene. Following this historical context, the paper of Communitarian Communication, Social Marketing and Communitarian Public Relations is discussed the importance of the communication of this Sector. Moreover, it has the effort of making one brief conceptualization and definition of the present terms. Working whit the concepts of Communitarian Communication and Communitarian Public Relations the study tried to focus the importance of creating a bond whit the development of a new educational model. Finally, the relation and the paper of the Communication in the construction of a new conception of citizenship was discussed. The hypothesis that crossed this study with respect to the potentialities of the Third Sector are considered an answer to the current social economic and political questions. Confiding, thus, a dynamic and stimulating field for the professional of Public Relations that, opposing what some studies had tries to show, are not necessarily the service of the market or private interests, but can collaborate whit its expertise to help to rescues the ethical values capable to change the life into a more solidary society

The mechanical forming processes are the main means of transformation. Among all processes, the most used is rolling and broken down into flat and non-flat products. In the flat products are classified plates, and products no plans bars and profiles. Thus laminating products, mostly, are the raw materials for other processes of transformation, as stamping, forging, machining, bending and more. This work has focused on non-flat products, classified as bars and rods, watching a key point in the proceedings that is the product quality. Análise da recepção de um programa de transformação de cultura organizacional em uma empresa de tecnologia

The Organizational Culture has been in the spotlight in the last 25 years, studies show the influence of the culture in the production processes and in the strategy decisions of the companies. Changes in the organizational culture is necessary in key-moments of the corporation and this transformation moment influences directly the personal life and the professional life of the employees. The objective of this monograph is to verify the application of the “Transformation Program”, which is the changing program of a technology enterprise, and to attest the acceptation degree and the knowledge of the employees about the program, as well the main difficulties found by the company while implementing the project. Using a quantitative pool, the acceptation degree, the knowledge of the employees and their engagement with the Transformation Program were analyzed by checking the favorability of the answers and comparing the percentage of the whole company and its locations, besides with the results an understanding change curve was created, it identifies the stage that he employees are during the changing process. An interview with the actual and the previous program officers and two project managers was done, in order to identify their alignment with the theory and their perception about the difficulties found while applying the program. It was noted that the employees have heard about the Transformation Program and the majority is in the exploration phase of the understanding change curve, although it is necessary an special attention with the leaders, because the researches showed that the leaders are acting like a bottleneck in the communications by keeping the information that should be shared
