As políticas de formação do arte educador no século XXI: o caso da UNESP no Estado de São Paulo

This paper deals with the training of art educators, focusing on the courses offered at public universities in the state of São Paulo, where, specifically the pedagogical approach of training curricula of grades offered at UNESP, campus of São Paulo and Bauru. In the current situation have been proposed, from training in undergraduate courses, new tasks and responsibilities to work teaching the teacher in order to develop this educational increasingly effective so as to ensure efficient productivity autonomous learner in the process cognitive development in basic education, the teacher being assigned the task of stimulating that process and manage situations of educational work as a way of systematizing knowledge. The research consisted of questioning whether that teacher training allowed contact with the educational resources necessary for teaching, under current conditions assigned by the neoliberal conjuncture educational work of art educator with a view to the formation of aesthetic sensibility of the students from the class working, privileged pupils of public schools, to contribute to establishing the apprehension about the pedagogical training of art educators to confront the reality school, considering the specificity of action of these teachers. Therefore we conducted a desk study of existing legislation and the National Curriculum Guidelines that guide teacher training, correlating them to Pedagogical Policy Projects and curricula of undergraduate courses in Arts Education and / or Visual Arts courses UNESP. Avaliação das ocorrências de nitrato e fluoreto nas águas subterrâneas do Estado de São Paulo

Concerns about the quality of groundwater have been continuously rising, considering its importance for the public water supply in the State of São Paulo, and even more due to the impact that anthropic action has been causing to the original quality of that natural resource. It is extremely relevant to identify the contamination focuses along the aquifers of the State of São Paulo. This report aims to evaluate nitrates and fluorides concentrations along the aquifers present in the state, in order to identify places where change in the quality of groundwater is observed, through the comparison between measured concentrations and reference values, such as: “Intervention Value” (maximum allowed value) and “Alert Value” (attention required value). To perform this research, a full compilation and organization has been done on chemical analysis data from the “Sistema de Informações de Águas Subterrâneas - SIDAS”, made available by the “Divisão de Procedimentos de Outorga – DPO” of the “Departamento de Água e Energia Elétrica – DAEE”. This work has made possible the build-up of a database composed by 6,860 wells, with analytical data ready to be interpreted, containing information about water pH, electrical conductivity, hardness and chloride, iron, fluoride, nitrogen, nitrates and total dissolved solids concentrations. This database shows concentration data for nitrates (6,157 wells) and fluoride (3,316 wells). From this information, maps for nitrates and fluorides concentration distributions have been made, by each aquifer and each “Unidade de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos – UGRHI”, which has enabled the identification of wells where the concentrations of these chemical compounds exceeds the reference values. This research aims to identify elements that show how management influences and is present in modern Brazilian soccer, the competition and rivalry between the soccer teams, especially in the state of São Paulo, have increased considerably and consequently causing the search for efficiency to advance even more. The research was based on how close a relationship between management and soccer could influence it. Is the management so significant for the outcome of soccer match? The clubs with the best results are always those who apply best management models? Data that enabled the determination of financial indicators was collected from those who are considered the four major clubs in the state of São Paulo (SC Corinthians Paulista, SE Palmeiras, Santos FC and São Paulo FC ). With the data, the indicators and events that occurred with the clubs in the period 2010-2012, it was possible to demonstrate the influence of management in soccer, both good and bad, and see that even with the immediate results that soccer requires, managers should invest in some long-term measures to improve the structure of the clubs they represent

Economia criativa no Estado de São Paulo: sua importância no desenvolvimento econômico

The present study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the Creative Economy and Traditional Economy, highlighting the importance of each one on the economic development of the state of São Paulo. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the performance of the key sectors that comprise these economies, between the years 2002 and 2012, using data collected in the Annual Report (RAIS) and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE ). The information obtained is related to the share of each sector in formal employment, average and generated in each sector worker remuneration, qualification worked as the level of education acquired, the distribution of workers according to gender in each economic sector among others. The use of these factors are of great importance because trends characterize the current situation of the labor market. Analysis of the share of each sector of the creative economy and also the Traditional Economy in the economic development of the state of São Paulo is constructed through graphs and tables and the results show a difference in the training of workers in both economies, as well as a difference in their incomes
