As fundações de apoio às universidades públicas: efeitos da reforma do Estado na educação superior brasileira

The article discusses support foundations for public universities starting from the effects of State reform on Brazilian higher education in the 1990s. Based on Max Weber’s Comprehensive Sociology and on bibliographical and documentary research, it socio-historically circumscribes the management model of State administration and the concept of foundation. As one identifies the intersections between the guidelines of support foundations and the purposes of managerial administration, one understands the significance of such institutions for university management and the tendency towards commodification of Brazilian higher education.

A escolarização da literatura infantil nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental: um processo subsidiário aos fins pedagógicos

Literature is a treasure for humanity and for the school. It causes psychological function of the individual, inserts it in the context of various cultures and historic moments, and, by having formative nature, School and Literature are intrinsecally related institutions. But literature is not the end of the first teaching, while the school has the purpose of teaching literature. Literature is not a source of good leads standards; have to be educated without this process to misrepresent. Thus, it was estalished is to investigate the inadequacy of schooling of Children's Literature pointed out by Soares in 2006, is still reality that becomes present in school or if there was any change in that status. Specific objectives were established: 1)Scanning separately in each of the books education system, from first to fifth grade of elementary school, according to the following categories involving education of literary reading: selection of genres and authors; presentation of these genres and no change from one genre to another; 2)analyze the way children's literature is presented by note-books analyzed education system develop the sensitivity of the student for pluris-signification and expressiveness of literary language, while fulfilling its social function and knowledge; 3)review the comprehension activities of literary reading proposed by notebooks to seize their educational goals. Therefore, we carried out basic theoretical research, demonstrating the functions of literature and the teaching of literature in school, and documentary research. O lúdico no processo de desenvolvimento humano no ensino fundamental dos anos iniciais

This work was to study how the playful approach occurs in schools in the cycle of Fundamental Education. Know childhood representations from the rise till the present, the importance of playfulness in the formation and development of the child, also investigated the role of schools in the contribution to the process of human development, in view of the process through which pass the grown up most children of the age group studied. The methodology consisted of bibliographical and documentary research on related topics and field research with participant observation with children six years old in the first year of elementary school and conducting semi-structured interviews with teachers of a public school in the city of Bauru. Also analyzes the concepts of teachers on the playful using semi-open interview as the initial resource. We found that 40% of participants are unaware of such term and work with the playful from time to time in the classroom. The introduction of recreational activities in school had a satisfactory repercussion with the entry of other classes in the course of project development. Students were involved, participated in the whole process. However for the playful become effective in school, there must be enough basic training and also continuous education to teachers to break with paradigms crystallized in their teaching practices. Also and above all that, public policies have to consider the children and the children before they become adults as beings with their own identity

E.F. Perus Pirapora: personagens, posicionamentos e conflitos no processo de tombamento estadual (São Paulo/SP)

The process of recognition by the State of E. F. Perus Pirapora records the progress along many different interests and opinions, differences and conflicts unresolved even after the definition of recognition. Different opinions identified and their possible relationships with the subsequent abandonment of the property justify research efforts. Result of discussions over the development of a scientific research about industrial heritage, this article identifies people interested in this subject and conflicts presented in recognition 21.273/80. We understand this identification as possible subsidy for reflections about values, uses and management of the property recognized. Among the methods highlight the documentary research and interviews with the people involved in the recognition of the property. The process 21.273/80 was the focus of our investigation and it has been taken as official record of interests and positions of the people involved. The research concludes that conflicts between requestor and owner limited the effectiveness of the tool of recognition, resulting in abandonment and degradation of the heritage recognized. We also identify the positive presence of the government in this case represented by the Department of Culture of the State of São Paulo and CONDEPHAAT, on the management of the conflicts and the actions to safeguard the E.F. Perus Pirapora.

Triagem interventiva: a caracterização de uma demanda

This paper analyzes the process of sorting through the intervening demand survey that reaches the Center for Research and Applied Psychology (CPPA) “Dr. Betti Katzenstein” UNESP Assis. The objective was to better understand the reality of conflicts that people face and, therefore, to characterize the patients who seek help in CPPA. With greater understanding of demand, it is possible to trace more consistent referrals and tailor the service to the school clinic profile of clients that demand. Recalling that the actual attendance of screening is already a form of interventional care, because it provides patient care from first contact. This was a documentary research, which had collected their data sheets of the CPPA trials conducted in 2011. 394 screenings were performed. We present the distribution of the demand for sex, age and complaint that motivated the search for care. It can be concluded that the characterization allows a customer routing more efficient services offered at the institution, as it contributes to a better understanding delineated in each case and a reduced number of dropouts in the screening process.

Televisão e mídias digitais na América Latina: um cenário em construção

The text is the initial result of a project called Global iTV, Interactive and systems Hybrid TV: a new advanced scheme for future services and applications in a global environment, contemplated by Call MCTI / CNPq 13/2012 – EUBrazil Cooperation Program in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) which has as its central theme the development of a standard that enables interoperability between the various digital TV systems operating jointly, exchanging and using information. Thus, using bibliographical and documentary research, the article goes on to demonstrate how this perspective panorama is drawing from the advent of digital television and the use of technology in Latin America, seeking to identify similarities, differences, problems and solutions arising from the use and consumption of digitizing television signal in the region. The results demonstrate the importance of media convergence, but point out that there are still large sections of the population on the margin of the Digital Society and the benefits provided by digital networks and that poverty and poor education are important contributions to this scenario.

O funcionamento de uma escola de ensino integral no município de Rio Claro

EE Prof. Carolina Augusta Seraphim, School of Basic Education Cycle II, located in the municipality of Rio Claro in São Paulo, adopted the new Model School of Integral Education in 2013 from analysis and studies of state and local experiences, as an alternative to the demands of the public. The objective of the study is to characterize the operation of this new teaching model implemented by the Secretary of Education of São Paulo, based on the experiences gained through this school in the city of Rio Claro. This is a documentary research that was grounded on the content analysis of documents relating to the design of the program and the school to be searched. Having the information gathered will be compiled and analyzed using the theoretical framework as bibliographies of authors related to the topic, resulting in discussions about the recovery and casualization of teaching about this new teaching model
