A imprensa em Lins: análise das dinâmicas sociais e urbanas em O Progresso, 1925-1927 O Linense, 1928-1929

O trabalho de conclusão de curso, que tem por tema “A imprensa interiorana: análise das dinâmicas sociais e urbanas em O Progresso, 1925-1927 e O Linense, 1928-1929”, visa analisar os periódicos aqui apontados, enquanto representativos dos jornais circulantes no interior paulista do início do século XX, inseridos dentro de um contexto de urbanização das cidades do noroeste do estado de São Paulo, mais especificamente, Lins. Esses periódicos serão, portanto, objeto de estudo e, concomitantemente, as principais ferramentas de pesquisa sobre a cidade aqui estudada e de identificação das temáticas relativas ao assunto cidade/urbano. Este trabalho serve como um complemento à pesquisa de iniciação científica “A Imprensa em Lins: temas da cidade e do urbano em O Progresso, 1925-1927 e O Linense, 1928-1929”, que teve como proposta fazer o levantamento de temas sobre a vida, as transformações e as dinâmicas urbanas de Lins, município do oeste paulista, mapeando diversas dimensões da cidade publicadas nos jornais O Progresso, do período de 1925 a 1927 e O Linense, de 1928 a 1929. Dessa maneira, o trabalho visa contribuir para os estudos sobre as cidades da Zona Noroeste paulista e, a partir da análise dos jornais, realizar uma leitura da imprensa interiorana do início do século XX em São Paulo. Cabe salientar que a pesquisa está vinculada ao Projeto Temático “Saberes Eruditos e Técnicos na Configuração e Reconfiguração do Espaço Urbano – Estado de São Paulo, séculos XIX e XX (processo 05/55338-0)”, com coordenação do grupo de professores da Faculdade de Arquitetura, Artes e Comunicação da UNESP-Bauru. O subtema desse projeto, sob a responsabilidade específica do orientador Célio José Losnak, chama-se “As dimensões política e cultural da circulação dos saberes nas cidades do oeste paulista: legislação, processos decisórios... Cultura em excesso?: uma investigação dos dispêndios com cultura nos municípios fluminenses

A monografia apresenta um breve panorama dos aspectos econômicos do Estado do Rio de Janeiro com o intuito de destacar o papel da indústria do petróleo na economia do mesmo, assim como as rendas provenientes dos pagamentos de royalties e participações especiais aos municípios produtores. O fato é que enormes recursos são entregues a esses municípios, o que torna extremamente importante a investigação da qualidade da alocação destes. Ambiciona-se por meio deste trabalho a análise das despesas culturais dos municípios fluminenses com o propósito de identificar se as cidades que mais recebem royalties gastam relativamente mais nesta área comparado a outras. Este exame é relevante, principalmente pela dificuldade de definição do conceito de cultura e por as contas culturais municipais não serem auditadas pelos Tribunais de Contas, o que favoreceria um possível canal de desvio de verbas públicas

The objective of this project is to foment and promote the themes related to the Hip Hop movement through a product, the H2 Magazine. Based on several forms of journalism, like photos, reports and interviews, we intend to demonstrate the use of Hip Hop as a vindicatory tool for young people living in the outskirts of towns. Moreover, we seek showing distinct visions and develop the issues in a broad and comprehensive way. H2 is an open space for reflections about Hip Hop, a cultural movement present in Bauru, as well as your importance in the social and cultural development of the citizens

In the course of this research, we evaluate the issue, through a quantitative survey and qualitative survey of the entity as well as demographic information query the database of public agencies that, shielded by the literature of the subject of the work, explain some features of reality these young people, for example, the conditions they face in search of his achievement as a worker in the learning situation

Da questão agrária brasileira: uma análise sobre o debate da década de 60 e 70

This monograph object of analysis is the agriculture modernization in Brazil between 1960 and 1980, highlighting the discussion of the economic and politic ideas around the Brazilian agrarian question. The first parte presents an introduction about this issue and the theoretical positions, as well as social and economic implications for the development of the productive forces on rural areas. Nevertheless, reflections of its development to the economy as a whole, highlighting the way the income distribution and concentration was realized. On the second part its presented the agriculture modernization Project on the centralized militar government point of view, by the propositions of that time Agriculture Minister, Antônio Delfim Netto. The approach is made through the proposals precreeded by the Rural Worker Statute and the Land Statute, before the Military Coup, with its news counterpoints settled in law by the Agriculture Modernization Project installed in 1964; the concessions of funding grants and subsidized credits; the relationship between the authoritarian State and the militarization of the land conflicts. The third part deals with the salary dinamics, income and profit on the modernized rural economy created by the agroindustrial productions system. Lastly the conclusion cross the economic and social results of the agrarian question evolution, to the Brazilian agriculture modernization on income distribution

A construção da notícia no portal choike.org: comunicação alternativa na internet

This project aims to study the influence of information technology in the construction of new forms of citizenship. A large space as possible by the Internet allows the emergence of alternative news sources, as opposed to the means of mass communication. The research will take from the study of the news portal Choike.org. Maintained by civil society representatives, the website has a proposal to address topics that are infrequent in the media hegemony. To facilitate the study, we established a cut. Let's look at five bulletins Choike.org portal between the years 2005 and 2010 that address the issue of agrarian reform in Latin America, especially in Brazil. The issue is discussed by the media in general, however has more emphasis between the means of alternative journalism. For Choike.org portal, agrarian reform this intrinsically linked to social development. Therefore, this analysis seeks to highlight the role of new technologies as an important tool to aid discussion of the issue in the media as having specific focus to the issue of land reform

Evolucionismo linguístico: um paralelo entre evolucionismo biológico e mudança linguística

The comparison between linguistic change and biologic evolution is a subject that has caused and still causes much controversy among linguists and other academics that see, in this parallel, problems related to similar attempts in the nineteenth century by Social Darwinism, which approached the biological evolution with social and cultural development of a people. However, this paper aims to show that today this parallel is not built in the same way as was done before. Names like William Labov, Salikoko Mufwene, Jonathan West and Hildo Honorio do Couto in linguistics; Charles Darwin in biology; and Tom Ingold and Clifford Geertz in anthropology, showed that areas of Humanities, such as linguistics and anthropology, and of Biological Sciences, as phylogeny and genetics, are likely to be worked together by the great similarities between processes that compose them. Thus, based on the writings of these authors and some others, this paper presents this theme’s controversy; it shows the similarities between characteristics of languages and species; it seeks through the concepts MA Mental, MA Social and MA Natural of the languages (coined by Couto on Linguística, ecologia e ecolinguística: contato de línguas) to develop ideas of how it is possible to think the language change in the light of Darwin's concept, Natural Selection; and finally, it shows that the parallel theme is rather productive, based on the texts and discussions presented in the whole paper, and that the controversy has been being dissolved with more and more people working on the parallel between language and species

Análise das matrizes sobre associativismo civil norteadoras da formação de trabalhadores para Ongs

This article presents research that aimed to discuss the theoretical frameworks about civil associativism prescribed by the trainers of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) workers. The requirements for civil associations made by trainers were analyzed based on two data and reference categories, named empirical and analytical. The empirical categories emerged from the data collected by means of interviews with trainers and also examining the documents that guided the course. The analytical categories were constructed from the literature review on the approaches of civil associations, which are: North American Third Sector Approach; Critical Approach to the Third Sector and Social Local Development (DSL in the Portuguese acronym). The study presents indications that could support the development of other research on the topic and, mainly academic knowledge for further development of new training processes for NGO workers.
