O presente estudo tem por objetivo realizar um diagnóstico da capacidade de gestão pública local dos municípios dependentes da atividade de extração mineral em Minas Gerais, a fim de avaliar seu nível de qualificação, identificar limitações ao fortalecimento institucional da gestão e investigar como a gestão municipal tem evoluído a partir do recebimento dos recursos da Compensação Financeira pela Exploração de Recursos Minerais (CFEM). A variável “capacidade de gestão” foi operacionalizada a partir da metodologia “Government Performance Project” (GPP), que propõe cinco dimensões de análise, a saber: gestão financeira, gestão de capital, gestão de pessoas, gestão de tecnologia da informação e gestão por resultados. Busca-se responder às seguintes questões: nas cidades mineiras dependentes economicamente da atividade de extração mineral, o poder público municipal demonstra capacidade de gestão adequada no desempenho de sua função? O recebimento dos recursos extras tem propiciado a melhoria da qualidade de gestão municipal? Para o desenvolvimento do estudo, realizou-se um estudo de casos múltiplos, tendo sido selecionados três municípios mineiros dependentes há vários anos da atividade de extração mineral: Mariana, Catas Altas e São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com técnicos, secretários municipais, prefeitos e cidadãos, buscando investigar a capacidade de gestão do poder público local nessas cidades. Embora os três municípios apresentem características comuns, como dependência da atividade mineral, proximidade territorial, contexto econômico e níveis de arrecadação elevados, nota-se que tais municípios representam três realidades diferentes, com níveis de desenvolvimento distintos. Foi possível identificar que os municípios estudados, sobretudo Catas Altas e São Gonçalo do Rio Abaixo, adotam boas práticas na gestão municipal. O município de Mariana apresentou recentemente boas iniciativas de mudança na gestão, entretanto, as mudanças políticas têm impedido que estas sejam concretizadas. Além das dimensões de análise do GPP, foi possível identificar outros fatores relevantes para o fortalecimento institucional da gestão, tais como, planejamento, perfil do gestor e contexto político. Verificou-se ainda que os impactos da mineração não se restringem à cidade mineradora, mas também às cidades localizadas no entorno da mina.

Este estudo, por meio de uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e explicativa, buscou identificar os riscos associados ao processo de mudança na implantação de um novo modelo de gestão de operações denominado gerenciamento integrado de operações (GIOp), considerando novos processos e tecnologias na área de negócio de E&P da Petrobras. Utilizando como referência o modelo proposto por Kotter (1996), no qual identifica oito passos para a gestão de mudança em uma organização, e com base na aplicação do questionário proposto por Cohen (2005) denominado “The Change Readiness Assessment”, que permite aferir dentro dos oito passos onde estão localizados potenciais riscos e ameaças, este estudo apresenta reflexões sobre as percepções de quatro categorias de trabalho (executivos, gerentes, técnicos e equipe de projeto) da UO-ES, e de que forma impactam na prontidão para a mudança. O estudo trata também da importância do papel fundamental desempenhado por líderes neste processo, que asseguram o patrocínio necessário para a sustentabilidade do projeto. O resultado dos questionários demonstra uma percepção de risco considerável em todas as categorias. O único passo que não foi abrangido na área de risco é o senso de urgência (passo 1), que apresentou baixo risco. Como a mudança não se sustenta somente no passo 1, é importante que se reúnam os indivíduos, no sentido de buscar desenvolver uma avaliação compartilhada das questões relativas ao processo de mudança (problemas, oportunidades) entre os grupos envolvidos, objetivando um clima de confiança e de comunicação acerca do projeto, para assegurar que os resultados sejam atingidos. Nesse contexto, o sentido de urgência serve como força motriz para acelerar e dinamizar os passos seguintes.

o presente estudo é o resultado da pesquisa feita durante o Mestrado em Gestão Empresarial da Escola de Administração Pública e de Empresas, da Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Este trabalho buscou compreender a produção espacial da cidade de Belém, precisamente sobre a Vila da Barca, situada às margens da Baia do Guajará, região que teve alguns de seus moradores remanejados para o Projeto de Habitação e Urbanização do local como parte da política pública habitacional da área, realizada pelo Governo Municipal em parceria com o Governo Federal. Este projeto habitacional é gerenciado pela Secretaria Municipal de Habitação - SEHAB. O objetivo principal deste estudo voltou-se para a avaliação do Projeto de Habitação da Vila da Barca no sentido de identificar como se efetivou o processo de concepção, remanejamento e reinstalação das famílias do setor analisado. Além disso, buscou-se conhecer o que foi feito em relação ao desenvolvimento desse espaço urbano. A metodologia se desenvolveu em duas fases: aplicação de questionários aos moradores e, de entrevistas aos técnicos envolvidos (Gerente de Desenvolvimento Urbano (GIDUR); Técnico Social e Engenheiro, funcionários da Caixa Econômica Federal em Belém). A pesquisa procurou demonstrar a opinião dos envolvidos no processo de efetivação dessa política pública, compreender a produção desse espaço urbano em suas diferentes dimensões e perceber os aspectos positivos e negativos do projeto, verificando alguns elementos de construção desse espaço. Como conclusão, percebe-se que é preciso construir formas atuais eficazes de exercer por parte da sociedade o controle social sobre o poder do Estado e sobre os mecanismos que controlam o mercado. Esse é o desafio maior da contemporaneidade

A prestação do serviço de acolhimento institucional para crianças e adolescentes ainda é um grande desafio para as organizações que realizam este trabalho, não só pelas atuais mudanças do perfil dos abrigados, que passa a exigir novas respostas institucionais, com pela fragilidade da estrutura de financiamento público. Desse modo, o presente trabalho tem como propósito identificar as principais fragilidades da estrutura de financiamento público desse serviço, a partir do estudo de caso do Programa Abrigos Solidárias da Liga Solidária, organização social sem fins lucrativos que mantém três abrigos via convênio firmado com a Secretaria Municipal de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social de São Paulo (SMADS). Para tanto, foi realizada pesquisa qualitativa baseada em entrevistas semi estruturadas junto a gestores e técnicos da Liga Solidária, bem como uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os principais marcos da Política Nacional de Assistência Social, referências sobre a Reforma Gerencial do Estado e o funcionamento básico do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Com base nos dados encontrados na pesquisa, foi possível realizar um diagnóstico da atual estrutura de financiamento público e complementar que subsidiou a elaboração de uma proposta integrada de aperfeiçoamento da estrutura de financiamento desse serviço respaldado por uma análise comparativa com o SUS e resgatando as propostas de contratualização previstas na Reforma Gerencial do Estado de 1995.

This thesis aims to identify how teams of at job municipality Natividade influence in raising funds through projects. Was employed research descriptive, explanatory literature and content analysis focused on a qualitative approach, which led to the interpretation of elements detected in field research, aligning them with researched theoretical material . The survey results indicate that the municipal administrators in their departments work of non-integrated form, complicating and compromising the execution of agreements and contracts and causing delays in the progress of processes. It was found that it is necessary investment in technical training, preventive actions and daily monitoring, targeting the correct fulfillment of the requirements for capturing public resources. It is essential to adopt the merit of legitimacy organizational as a mechanism to be able to retain, develop, attract and motivate city officials to work in Project Teams. The main contributions of this study are to provoke reflections on the dynamics of raising public resources for development projects and programs. Was identified a lack of trained technicians and municipal managers to present suitable projects, to identify problems in the implementation of agreements and correct irregularities pointed out in the Ancillary Service Information for Voluntary Transfers - Cauc. It was found that managerial failure causes impacts both in teams of job, as in the progress of the municipality. Keywords: work teams, fundraising, projects.

Esta pesquisa tem como objeto a análise do inventário da festa de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, do Morro da Conceição, Rio de Janeiro, realizado por mim para a Superintendência do Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional no Rio de Janeiro (IPHAN-RJ) entre julho de 2009 e março de 2010. Através de uma metodologia que envolve pesquisa documental e etnografia, estabeleço uma comparação entre o que é determinado oficialmente para a realização de um inventário de referências culturais e o que, na prática, é feito pelos técnicos e pesquisadores em relação à pesquisa e às demandas das comunidades. O trabalho engloba não apenas a investigação do processo de pesquisa do inventário, mas também os objetivos do referido instituto e as contrapartidas para a comunidade envolvida. Ainda, permite compreender as táticas utilizadas pela comunidade para alcançar seus objetivos frente ao IPHAN-RJ e aos pesquisadores e, em contrapartida, as estratégias desenvolvidas pela instituição e seus representantes para que seus intuitos políticos fossem alcançados.

O presente trabalho apresenta a experiência das escolas comunitárias da favela da Rocinha, durante o período de 1968 a 1986, e a analisa a partir de duas vertentes: - a questão urbana - a escola comunitária enquanto uma forma de organização popular, que aliada aos outros grupos comunitários da Rocinha, questiona a alocação desigual de recursos públicos e luta pela melhoria das condições de vida na favela. A questão educacional - a prática pedagógica dessas escolas junto às crianças, jovens e adultos; a busca de uma metodologia e de conteúdos que partam da realidade dos alunos e dos objetivos do trabalho comunitário. O estudo de caso foi elaborado a partir de entrevistas (realizadas junto a lideranças, educadores, pais, alunos, agentes externos e técnicos), de fontes documentais e da participação da autora no trabalho comunitário da favela, iniciada em 1976. Procurou-se apreender a origem dessa experiência junto à precariedade/ineficácia do sistema oficial de ensino e ao processo de reorganização das classes populares, e perceber também a relação entre as diferentes conjunturas e a configuração que as escolas comunitárias foram assumindo ao longo dessa trajetória.

This thesis aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Food Acquisition Program(PAA) through CONAB RN in the period of 2003-2010 with the perception of all agents involved in the implementation of the government program.For the methodological trajectory it was adopted a descriptive bibliographical and documentary approach with triangular qualitative and quantitative, also called evaluative research.The theoretical model was supported by the authors Draibe (2001), Aguilar and Ander-Egg (1994) and Silva(2001), among others, that focused on family farming and evaluation of implementation of public policy having as a category of analysis the size implementation of policy and the latter divided into 10 theoretical dimensions.The universe consisted of three groups: the first were the managers and technicians from CONAB(RN and Brasilia), totaling 15 subjects. The second group was of associations/cooperatives that participated in the programin 2010, totaling a sample in each access of 15 representatives. The third group of subjects totaled with 309 representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations that received donations of food for the same period. Semi-structured interviews and forms were adopted as instruments of data collection.The data were processed qualitatively by the analysis of content (interviews and documents) and quantitatively by means of statistical tests that allowed inferences and adoption of frequencies. Among the key find ingests that the program is not standing as a structure supported by planning. The interests of the performers do not necessarily converge with the objectives of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA). A shockof goals was identified (within the same program) when comparingthe financial agent (Ministry of Rural Development and of Social Development and Fight Against Hunger Ministry r) and the executor, CONAB/RN. Within the assessed dimensions, the most fragileis the sub-managerial decision-making and Organizational Environment and internal assessment, still deserves attention the sizeof logistical and operational Subsystem, as this also proved weak.The focusin the quest toexpand thequantificationof the resultsof theFood Acquisition Program (PAA)by CONAB/RN does forget a quality management focused on what really should be:the compliance with the institutional objectives of the government program.Finally, the perspective for the traded implementation should be re-examined because excessive discretion by managers along with technical staff has characterized there al role of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) as public policy. We conclude that the implementation model, which apparently aggregates values to the benefitted citizens, has weakened the context of work on family farms having the management model of the implementation process be reviewed by the Federal Government and point too ther paths, which have as a guide line the emancipation and developmentof the field or in the field andat the same time enables the reduction of nutritional deficiency of beneficiaries in a balanced and coherent way

In recent decades the public sector comes under pressure in order to improve its performance. The use of Information Technology (IT) has been a tool increasingly used in reaching that goal. Thus, it has become an important issue in public organizations, particularly in institutions of higher education, determine which factors influence the acceptance and use of technology, impacting on the success of its implementation and the desired organizational results. The Technology Acceptance Model - TAM was used as the basis for this study and is based on the constructs perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, when it comes to integrated management systems due to the complexity of its implementation,organizational factors were added to thus seek further explanation of the acceptance of such systems. Thus, added to the model five TAM constructs related to critical success factors in implementing ERP systems, they are: support of top management, communication, training, cooperation, and technological complexity (BUENO and SALMERON, 2008). Based on the foregoing, launches the following research problem: What factors influence the acceptance and use of SIE / module academic at the Federal University of Para, from the users' perception of teachers and technicians? The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of organizational factors, and behavioral antecedents of behavioral intention to use the SIE / module academic UFPA in the perspective of teachers and technical users. This is applied research, exploratory and descriptive, quantitative with the implementation of a survey, and data collection occurred through a structured questionnaire applied to a sample of 229 teachers and 30 technical and administrative staff. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling with the technique of partial least squares (PLS). Effected primarily to assess the measurement model, which were verified reliability, convergent and discriminant validity for all indicators and constructs. Then the structural model was analyzed using the bootstrap resampling technique like. In assessing statistical significance, all hypotheses were supported. The coefficient of determination (R ²) was high or average in five of the six endogenous variables, so the model explains 47.3% of the variation in behavioral intention. It is noteworthy that among the antecedents of behavioral intention (BI) analyzed in this study, perceived usefulness is the variable that has a greater effect on behavioral intention, followed by ease of use (PEU) and attitude (AT). Among the organizational aspects (critical success factors) studied technological complexity (TC) and training (ERT) were those with greatest effect on behavioral intention to use, although these effects were lower than those produced by behavioral factors (originating from TAM). It is pointed out further that the support of senior management (TMS) showed, among all variables, the least effect on the intention to use (BI) and was followed by communications (COM) and cooperation (CO), which exert a low effect on behavioral intention (BI). Therefore, as other studies on the TAM constructs were adequate for the present research. Thus, the study contributed towards proving evidence that the Technology Acceptance Model can be applied to predict the acceptance of integrated management systems, even in public. This thesis aims to identify how civil servants perceive changes made inthe carrying out of their work after their taking part in the Course forTechnicians in Public Management of the Government of Rio Grande do NorteState. As for the methodological procedures, an exploratory-descriptivequantitative research has been carried out through structured questionnaires appliedto 118 civil servants from the first groups of the Course for Technicians, thusshowing a margin of error of 4.18% to 95% of confidence, according to theprocedures of finite sampling. The table processing and analysis rested uponthe Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS and was carried outthrough univariate, bivariate and multivariate techniques with emphasis on thetechnique called Factor Analysis. It was possible to identify that the level ofsatisfaction of the students was high and there was a clear perception by themthat the course assisted to changes in their work. Through Factor Analysis itwas verified that the factors that may be related to changes in the work of thecivil servants are "Contribution to Society", "Efficiency andEfficacy in the Work Environment", "Applicability of Contents"and "Capacitating for Leadership". The conclusion of the studyindicates that the factors obtained are directly related to the basis of thenew public management by means of guidance toward efficiency and efficacy in aperspective of leadership, the contents of the course being thus made into newattitudes toward work which end up yielding better results for society

Due to the appreciation of family farming by the Brazilian Federal Government, the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension was induced to restructure and act in a more participative way, culminating in the National Policy of Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (PNATER), changing the profile of technology transfer and knowledge (diffusionism) for an action that uses participatory methodologies focused on exchange of knowledge between farmers and technicians. The process of discussion of the trends of ATER brought the New ATER , with the recognition of agroecology as the main guidance. This research aimed to analyze methods of public ATER developed by institutions of Rio Grande do Norte, under the guidance of New ATER. The research is qualitative. Secondary data were collected through documental research and literature. Primary data were collected through a set of interviews applied to representatives of public institutions ATER, namely EMATER-RN, Diaconia and AACC and representatives of organizations that receive public ATER. The research showed the difficulties of EMATER-RN in implementing of New ATER due to lack of infrastructure and low adherence of the new form of technical assistance and rural extension. It was shown also that the AACC and Diaconia act with ATER through projects with implementation deadlines set, often interrupting ATER while communities are still in need of assistance

The necessity of the insertion of the capital of Rio Grande do Norte in the world-wide commercial scene and its claim as the seat of political power, in ends of nineteenth and beginning of twentieth century, determined the direction of urban interventions undertaken by government to restructure the city. In that matter, there were several actions of improvements and embellishment in Natal, which had, as a starting point, the adequacy works of the port, located in the Ribeira quarter, with the aim of ending the physical isolation that reinforced its economic stagnation. Besides the problems faced in the opening bar of the Potengi River, and would complement the required improvements, other barriers demonstrate the tension established between the physic-geographic field and the man: the flooded and slope which connected Cidade Alta and Ribeira the first two quarters of the city.The execution of these works demanded knowledge whose domain and application it was for engineering. But, how the actions done for the engineers, in sense to transform natural areas into constructed spaces made possible the intentional conformation of the quarter of the Ribeira in a commercial and politician-administrative center, in the middle of the XIX century and beginning of the XX? Understand, therefore, the employment effects of technology on the physical-geographical Ribeira, is the objective of this work that uses theoretical and methodological procedures of Urban Environmental History, by analyzing the relationship between the environment and the man, mediated by knowledge and use of technologies. The documental research was used, as primary sources, the Messages of the Provincial Assembly Government that later became the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Norte reports and articles on specialized publications, in addition to local newspapers. The work is structured in five chapters. First, some comments about Urban Environmental History (Chapter 1) supplemented with analysis of the conceptual construction of nature in the Contemporary Era and its application in the city (chapter 02), the following chapters (03 and 04) deal with the rise of engineers as a active group in the Brazilian government frameworks and their vision about the nature inside the urban environment and it is studied how the professional technicians dealt with the improvement work of the harbor and in the shock with the natural forces. Other works that would complement this "project" of modernization and had had natural obstacles to be removed the Ribeira flood and slope constitute the subject of the fifth chapter. Finally, some final considerations retake the initial discussions aiming an association between the technique and the nature as junction elements inside the process of constitution of a Modern Natal

This research deals with the evaluation of the Programa do Governo Federal para Urbanização de Favelas Habitar Brasil(1993) carried out in the Africa slum - Redinha neighbourhood in Natal-Rn. This study carried out in period from 2005 to 2006 searches to identify the effects of the actions proposed by Program in 1993-1994 about the current urbanistic configuration of the Africa community. It analyzes the effectiveness in the process of achievement of the considered objectives to habitation, communitity equipments, infrastructure and agrarian regularization. On the evaluation process, it has been as reference the works developed by Adauto Cardoso (2004), Blaine Worthen (2004), Ronaldo Garcia (2001) and Rosângela Paz (2006). About the Habitational Policy with approach to the Urbanistic Right and the right to the housing, the reflections by Raquel Rolnik, Nabil Bonduki, Ermínia Maricato, Saule Júnior, Betânia de Moraes Alfonsin and Edésio Fernandes are main references. To gauge the execution of the objectives proposed by Habitar Brasil in 1993, it has searched in the documentary data of the time and in information gotten in interviews with technicians that had participated of the program, consistent references on what was considered, what was executed and the process of the intervention of Habitar Brasil in the Africa community. The area analysis in 2005-2006 has developed on the base of the urbanistic survey of the current situation from the four performance lines of the Program: habitation, infrastructure, community equipments and agrarian regularization, with a current urbanistic evaluation of Africa considering the intervention carried out in 1993 and 1994. The study points out the context of Brazilian Habitational Policy where the Programa Habitar Brasil was launched, explaining the main principles of the Program. In terms of local, it empahsizes the administrative-political factors that had contributed so that Natal-Rn city has been pioneering in the resources captation of Habitar Brazil (1993). Considering Habitar Brazil in Africa, the work argues and presents the intervention diagnosis and the proposal, developed by Program in 1993 evidencing the local problem of the time. After that, it makes a current reading of the area, identifying in 2006 representative elements of Habitar Brasil (1993-1994) for the Africa community. It identifies significant advances in the constitution of the institucional apparatus of the plaining system of Habitation of Social Interest for the city of Natal and points the fragilities in the implementation of the urban infrastructure actions and above all in the achievement of the objectives of the agrarian regularization

It is a Cross-sectional and multi-disciplinary study whose population selection was made by department of human resources (composed by a Manager, an Oncologist and a Psychologist) from the hospital where this research was realized. They also collaborated with important information about the work of that professionals in the hospital. We also counted on a Statistic who made study design calculating the sample and analyzing data. This research issued Evaluating health professionals anxiety levels who care for cancer terminally ill and their feelings about that work as well as identifying the factors which have influence on it. 100 health professionals from the Hospital which is a reference on cancer caring in Brazil situated in the city of Natal, state of Rio Grande do Norte, participated of this research. There was a sample loss of 21%. Data were collected through a questionnaire and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Results showed that 15% of the professionals have low State Anxiety levels, 70% Medium State Anxiety levels and 15% high State anxiety levels. The Number of Patients and Working in another Institution have interfered in the anxiety levels. Doctors and Nursing Assistants and Technicians have got the highest high State Anxiety percentage (25%). 73% of them declare to feel some sort of different behavior and/or feelings in caring for terminally ill. The most remarkable professionals feelings were Suffering and Sadness, and Terminally ill Children was the most difficult age group to care for. We conclude that work overload and having more than one job can interfere in professional stress levels and anxiety. Dealing with terminally ill, specially children one, can cause on the professionals psychological suffering. It s recommended the development of supporting and training strategies to reduce and/or to prevent Stress and Anxiety high levels

The study aimed to analyze the influence of chronic health conditions (CHC) on quality of life (QOL) of UFRN servers assaulted by CHC. It is a descriptive and cross-sectional study with prospective data and quantitative approach, accomplished in the ambulatory clinic of the Department of Server Assistance (DSA) of the Pro-Rectory of Human Resources, during three months. The sample was composed by accessibility, totaling 215 people, being 153 active and 62 inactive servers, in chronic health condition. The data were collected through the application of the sociodemographic characterization, health, environmental and laboral form, the Medical Outcome Study 36-Item Short Form (SF-36). The study was evaluated by the HUOL Ethics Committee (CAAE no. 0046.0.294.000.10), obtaining assent. The results were analyzed in the SPSS 15.0 program through the descriptive and inferential statistics. It was identified servants predominantly male (59,1%), under 60 years old, married or in stable union, Catholics, brown color, living in the capital and residents in own home. Regarding labor issues, there was a predominance of active servers technical-administrative with intermediate and medium level positions and small proportion of docents. Among the CHC, the non-communicable diseases - NCDs (95.8%) had a higher frequency, followed by persistent mental disorders - PMDs (18.6%) and, finally, the continuous and structural physical deficiency - CSPD (16.9 %). The QOL of servers was considered good, with a mean score of 72.5 points in the total score, with the most affected domains: physical (59.1), general health (66.2), bodily pain (66.3) and functional aspects (72.0). The mental health dimension (76.5) had a better average than the physical dimension (68.0 points). It was found that the decrease in QOL scores is significant statistically related to higher number of CHC (ρ <0.001), with no statistical significance regarding the functional situation (p = 0.259). The administrative technicians of elementary, primary, secondary levels and docents had the worst QOL scores. After the correlation analysis of CHC with the domains and dimensions of the SF-36, there was statistically significant, negative and weak correlation of the domains: functional aspect (ρ = 0.002, r = -0.207), physical aspects (ρ = 0.007; r = -0.183), vitality (ρ = 0.002, r = -0.213), social function (ρ = 0.000, r = -0.313), emotional aspects (ρ = 0.000, r = -0.293), mental health (ρ = 0.000 , r = -0.238), physical health dimension (ρ = 0.002, r = -0.210) and mental health dimension (ρ = 0.000, r = -0.298). The presence of PMD isolated or together, contributed to a lower SF-36 scores, being the domains variation of mean significant, except for bodily pain, general health and physical aspects. By correlating the categories of CHC and QOL, there was a weak correlation (r ≤ -0.376) and significant (ρ ≤ 0.011), mainly related to the NCD, PMDs and NCD + PMD, affecting the mental health, social function, emotional aspects, vitality and functional aspect domains. Front of the results, it was concludes that the servers quality of life is influenced by the CHC. Thus, it was inferred that the presence of CHC causes a negative effect on quality of life, leading the active and inactive servers to exposure their overall life activities and work over the years, due to the morbidity affected, mainly related to NCDs and PMDs.
