ContrlD Aplicació Web de seguiment remot dels autocontrols de malalts diabètics.

Es proposa, amb aquest projecte, dissenyar i implementar un aplicació en la que els pacients puguin introduir aquests valors en un ordinador des de la seva, accedint, per ferho, a una web per a tal efecte. Aquesta mateixa aplicació ha de permetre als metgesconsultar aquests controls i tenir una visió més actualitzada dels controls que es fan elspacients entre visites, i si es necessari, canviar les dosis d'insulina.

Sistema de catalogació edició i publicació en web d'imatges

Es pretén assolir tres grans objectius referits al tractament d'matges els quals són: la catalogació, l'edició i l'intercanvi d'aquestes mitjançant un espai web.

L'objectiu de l'aplicació serà el facilitar i automatitzar en la mesura del possible el treball de les persones que mantenen bases de dades de productes en Internet, encara que es pot estendre en futures versions (i haurà d'estar preparat per a això) per a altres usos com l'actualització de la pàgina web amb informació de tercers en temps quasi-real.

Diseño y Desarrollo de un cliente Web Processing Service (WPS) para gvSIG

Estudi dels estàndards definits per l'Open Geospatial Consortium, i més concretament en l'estàndard Web Processing Service (wps). Així mateix, ha tingut una component pràctica que ha consistit en el disseny i desenvolupament d'un client capaç de consumir serveis Web creats segons wps i integrat a la plataforma gvSIG.

Anàlisi i disseny d'un portal Web per a un club d'escacs

Aquest treball de final de carrera vol fer una anàlisi de les necessitats de publicació de continguts i serveis a Internet d'un club d'escacs. Pel que fa a la implementació, l'objectiu es desenvolupar un portal web base, amb una tecnologia que permeti que el client pugui implementar la totalitat de les funcionalitats previstes en un futur.

BCN­Routing : càlcul web de rutes amb pgRouting, OpenStreetMap i OpenLayers

En aquest projecte s'ha desenvolupat una interfície web per calcular rutes a la ciutat de Barcelona. Les rutes calculades són a peu, entre un punt d'origen qualsevol i un punt d'interès turístic de la ciutat com a destí. Per això s'han extret les dades dels carrers de Barcelona d'OpenStreetMap i s'han insertat a una base de dades postgreSQL/postGIS, juntament amb una capa vectorial de punts d'interès turístic que s'ha creat amb el SIG d'escriptori qGIS. El càlcul de les rutes amb les dades de la base de dades s'ha realitzat amb l'extensió pgRouting, i la interfície web per seleccionar els punts d'origen i destí, mostrar els mapes, i mostrar les rutes resultat, s'ha desenvolupat utilitzant la llibreria OpenLayers.

Usabilitat en les pàgines web

Aquest treball de final de carrera tracta sobre la facilitat d'ús en els llocs web, la importància de tenir en compte aquest aspecte quan es dissenyen llocs i la manera d'avaluar-los. Aquesta avaluació de la facilitat d'ús s'ha centrat en webs de l'entorn d'Humanidades, i concretament en els webs d'acadèmies científiques.

Implementación de un generador de contenido web semántico con posiciones didácticas de ajedrez

Análisis, diseño y desarrollo de un aplicativo que a partir de un fichero con formato "PGN" genere dos tipos distintos de fichero, el primero será una página HTML con contenido gráfico que represente las posiciones, soluciones y datos complementarios de cada posición, y el segundo fichero contendrá una base de conocimiento en formato OWL, ontología compuesta de clases y propiedades, previamente definidas con Protégé, y de individuos que serán creados dinámicamente a partir de la información contenida en el fichero PGN de entrada.

En el present treball es definirà el cicle de vida i la metodologia que s'ha de seguir, segons el disseny centrat en l'usuari, per a un projecte web orientat a continguts específics per a persones de la tercera edat, per a això, es determinarà i justificarà quins mètodes i tècniques d'avaluació de la usabilitat són els més adequats per poder dissenyar un lloc web d'aquest tipus.

An Ontology for Open Rubric Exchange on the Web

While the Internet has given educators access to a steady supply of Open Educational Resources, the educational rubrics commonly shared on the Web are generally in the form of static, non-semantic presentational documents or in the proprietary data structures of commercial content and learning management systems.With the advent of Semantic Web Standards, producers of online resources have a new framework to support the open exchange of software-readable datasets. Despite these advances, the state of the art of digital representation of rubrics as sharable documents has not progressed.This paper proposes an ontological model for digital rubrics. This model is built upon the Semantic Web Standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), principally the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and Web Ontology Language (OWL).

Tècniques de Webmetria : anàlisi de logs i Google Analytics per a la obtenció de variables mètriques del web de la Biblioteca Virtual de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC)

This presentation aims to make understandable the use and application context of two Webometrics techniques, the logs analysis and Google Analytics, which currently coexist in the Virtual Library of the UOC. In this sense, first of all it is provided a comprehensive introduction to webometrics and then it is analysed the case of the UOC's Virtual Library focusing on the assimilation of these techniques and the considerations underlying their use, and covering in a holistic way the process of gathering, processing and data exploitation. Finally there are also provided guidelines for the interpretation of the metric variables obtained.

Hazardous chemical products have to comply with, amongst others, the provisions of a correct classification of danger, labelling and compilation of the safety data sheets. The aim is to protect people's health and the environment from exposure to hazardous chemicals- especially the health and safety of direct users, professionals or not, and the general public, via environmental exposure. This publication is intended to contribute to the knowledge of the objectives and basic aspects of these legal provisions, and thereby increase their degree of compliance in Andalusia and other european regions. This Guide is directed toward those people who, in the development of their professional activities, are in one way or another in contact with dangerous chemical products.

CODAPACK3D. A new version of Compositional Data Package

The statistical analysis of compositional data should be treated using logratios of parts,which are difficult to use correctly in standard statistical packages. For this reason afreeware package, named CoDaPack was created. This software implements most of thebasic statistical methods suitable for compositional data.In this paper we describe the new version of the package that now is calledCoDaPack3D. It is developed in Visual Basic for applications (associated with Excel©),Visual Basic and Open GL, and it is oriented towards users with a minimum knowledgeof computers with the aim at being simple and easy to use.This new version includes new graphical output in 2D and 3D. These outputs could bezoomed and, in 3D, rotated. Also a customization menu is included and outputs couldbe saved in jpeg format. Also this new version includes an interactive help and alldialog windows have been improved in order to facilitate its use.To use CoDaPack one has to access Excel© and introduce the data in a standardspreadsheet. These should be organized as a matrix where Excel© rows correspond tothe observations and columns to the parts. The user executes macros that returnnumerical or graphical results. There are two kinds of numerical results: new variablesand descriptive statistics, and both appear on the same sheet. Graphical output appearsin independent windows. In the present version there are 8 menus, with a total of 38submenus which, after some dialogue, directly call the corresponding macro. Thedialogues ask the user to input variables and further parameters needed, as well aswhere to put these results.
