The purpose of this study is to know the route of Special Education in different contexts, the city of Maringa/Brazil and Guadalajara/Spain and analyze the bases underlying the organization, structure and operation of this mode of education having as starting point the process inclusive school. This investigation is based on the theoretical and methodological principles of the historical-cultural notion by Vygotsky. He argues that the existence of fundamental principles underlying the development of children with disabilities. If, on the one hand, the disability imposes limitations on the individual, hindering its development, on the other, just by causing difficulties, enables the movement to compensate, increasing the development of other capabilities. The deficit itself is less. Therefore, it is a field research carried out by means of observations, literature search and document analysis in early childhood education institutions visited in the cities mentioned above. The results showed that there are peculiarities of its path, organization and functioning of Special Education in each of the contexts analyzed. Referentemente the inclusive education movement, it is clear that Spain is a precursor of this process therefore has the right conditions in different ways to conduct the service children with special needs, and on the other hand, schools have the resources and specialized materials they need. While in Brazil the operationalization of these measures occurs more slowly. Thus, we can say that this process of inclusive education does not happen in a linear fashion within mainstream schools and so little action in the different forms of special education in two contexts analyzed.

This article discusses non-daily concept formation in children talking about contributions from historical-cultural theory, highlighting school learning and teaching mediation as effective instruments on the development of these concepts. The goal is to reaffirm the understanding that it is by teaching activity that children acquire cultural concepts that are necessary to their humanization process. It also discusses the opposition established between psychogenic understanding on the formation of non-spontaneous concepts and the perspective in this historical-cultural theory, lines of development of daily concepts and not daily ones, and finally highlights the assumption that school educative practices are universal and necessary forms for this development.

Our propose in this article is to articulate the ways how women that call themselves lesbians, live and consider the masculinities and the femininities. The discourses were obtained through semi-structured interviews with ten women from different ages, who live in different towns in São Paulo and Paraná states. Theoretical references were sought in poststruturalists authors who approach the social construction of gender and sexes as category analysis, necessary for the reflection of the subjectivity processes that are permeated by materiality and transitoriness that are inherent to social, historical, cultural, political and territorial contexts.

The historical analysis of the conception of child is essential to understand the speeches, public policies and actions that are set aside for them. The 20th century ´ social-economic changes and the consequent need for women's work produced a restructuring not only in the family, but also in the care and attention focused on childhood. The present article under the perspective of Cultural-historical approach aims to make a reflection about the conception of child in the educational context, especially in the face of recent public policies that favor education´s advance in state schools. Besides, they also intend to point out some consequences and possible problems that may arise with their implementation and discuss the implications for the teacher´s organization of methodological practice and the relationship between development and learning.
