Elaboració i experimentació d'alguns dels instruments per bastir un dispositiu pedagógic d'avaluació formadora dels alumnes, a l'área de matemátiques de l'ensenyament secundari obligatori. 'Elaboración y experimentación de algunos de los instrumentos para poner en marcha un dispositivo pedagógico de evaluación formadora de los alumnos, en el área de matemáticas en la enseñanza secundaria obligatoria'.

Conjunto de instrumentos para la enseñanza de matemáticas en la ESO, elaborados y experimentados previamente y que pueden servir como elemento de evaluación. Se han experimentado en la Escuela Joan de la Cierva y la Escuela J.M. Zafra. Presenta los test de evaluación. Otro objetivo es crear unos pequeños dossieres documentales que ponen al alcance del profesor algunas investigaciones e innovaciones educativas especialmente en el área de matemáticas. Contienen un nucleo de artículos y libros seleccionados y algunos comentados y una bibliografía complementaria.

Towards closure between measured and modelled UV under clear skies at four diverse sites

The purpose of this work is determine the extent of closure between measurements and models of UV irradiances at diverse sites using state of the art instruments, models, and the best available data as inputs to the models. These include information about aerosol optical depth (unfortunately not extending down as far into the UVB region as desirable because such information is not generally available), ozone column amounts, as well as vertical profiles of temperature. We concentrate on clear-sky irradiances, and report the results in terms of UV Index (UVI)

Aplicació de tècniques geofísiques electromagnètiques a la localització de zones afectades per abocaments incontrolats de residus

Increase of the metropolitan area of cities provoking a progressive settlement of zones that previously had a different territorial use. These zones are usually located within city houndaries and for many years have been affected hy the waste of many kinds of residues. Qualitative analysis of the electrical behaviour of soil, based on maps and cross sections of apparent conductivity, allows us to locate anomalies generated by the wastes. Moreover, the electrornagnetic techniques (EM-31 and EM-34 Geonics devices) are cheaper than other survey methods. Two examples in the campus of the University of Girona, in the southern area of Girona city, illustrate the environmental problem and the applicability of the geophysical method

The implications for the EU and national budgets of the use of EU instruments for macro-financial stability. CEPS Special Report, 4 September 2012

The euro crisis has forced member states and the EU institutions to create a series of new instruments to safeguard macro-financial stability of the Union. This study describes the status of existing instruments, the role of the European Parliament and how the use of the instruments impinges on the EU budget also through their effects on national budgets. In addition, it presents a survey of other possible instruments that have been proposed in recent years (e.g. E-bonds and eurobonds), in order to provide an assessment of how EU macro-financial stability assistance could evolve in the future and what could be its impact on EU public finances.

This CEPS Special Report analyses the proposed expansion of innovative financial instruments in the EU Multiannual Financial Framework for the 2014–20 period. It presents the economic rationale, governance principles and criteria that these instruments should follow and compares these with proposals from the European Commission. Based on this assessment, it makes recommendations for the proposed instruments.
