The portfolio accompanying the text contains: (1) photostat reproductions of two letters by the author, his manuscript translation of a Spanish manuscript, and a manuscript note by Edw. D. Neill, the originals of all four being now in the Library of Congress; (2) 12 pages of type-written text, with occasional manuscript notes, giving a collation of the "Letters on the events of the revolution in France", information about the author and a transcription of the manuscripts.
