Com a crescente e constante mudança da competitividade no ramo da construção civil, a velocidade com que novas tecnologias vêm sendo disponibilizadas, a quantidade e o acesso rápido a informação caracterizam um ambiente turbulento que requer uma grande capacidade de adaptação e aprendizagem nas organizações. Estas mudanças no cenário da engenharia civil e, consequentemente da gestão da produção das obras, exigem um engenheiro com perfil diferente do tocador de obras. Diante deste cenário, algumas alterações ocorreram, provocando mudanças neste novo perfil profissional dos engenheiros civis. Essa nova conjuntura exige um perfil mais apurado de tais profissionais, onde, o domínio sobre inovação, foco no cliente, planejamento, conhecimento de sistemas de gestão da qualidade, sustentabilidade e uma visão humanista se tornam vertentes indispensáveis. A pesquisa tem como foco de estudo a análise do desenvolvimento de competências do engenheiro civil gestor de obra. O objetivo principal da pesquisa foi: analisar, compreender e avaliar os resultados do processo de desenvolvimento de competências gerenciais de engenheiros civis gestores de obra, através da implantação em uma empresa construtora do modelo da Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas adaptado ao contexto organizacional. A estratégia de pesquisa adotada foi à pesquisa-ação, pois contou com o trabalho em equipe e o comprometimento de mudança de todos os envolvidos. Os resultados alcançados analisaram o desenvolvimento das competências relacionadas ao contexto organizacional, à aprendizagem individual, coletiva e organizacional, além de, apontar problemas e possíveis soluções de gestão na empresa.

Vários autores reconhecem a importância de jogar com regras para o desenvolvimento infantil. Poucos estudos têm analisado a construção de conhecimentos no contexto das interações sociais, em jogos específicos. O presente estudo documentou as mudanças no desempenho de crianças pré-escolares jogando dominó, considerando: o seguimento das regras do jogo, o domínio dos conceitos implícitos nelas e as interações entre os participantes. Ao longo de um ano, vinte pré-escolares jogaram quatro tipos de dominó com dificuldades conceituais crescentes. Apesar de não terem tido experiências prévias com este jogo, o percentual de erros por tipo de dominó foi sempre inferior a doze por cento das jogadas e foram corrigidos em proporção semelhante pelas crianças e pelo pesquisador. As interações propiciaram momentos de transmissão e de construção de conhecimentos compartilhados.

As mudanças no cenário da engenharia civil e consequentemente da gestão da produção das obras exigem um engenheiro com perfil diferente, resultando na necessidade novas competências, relacionadas a inovação, foco no cliente, planejamento e controle, sistemas de gestão da qualidade, sustentabilidade e uma visão humanista. O objetivo principal deste artigo é identificar as competências desenvolvidas em uma empresa construtora com o processo de implantação da Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas adaptado ao contexto organizacional. A estratégia de pesquisa adotada foi a pesquisa-ação, na qual a equipe de pesquisa atua com profissionais para melhorar a forma como estes entendem e resolvem problemas. Os resultados alcançados envolveram o desenvolvimento de competências relacionadas ao contexto organizacional, à aprendizagem individual, coletiva e organizacional, apontando problemas e possíveis soluções de gestão na empresa. Através do desenvolvimento de competências gerenciais, foi estimulada uma visão humanística, sustentável, com foco no cliente, além de um melhor sistema de gestão da qualidade. Identificaram-se problemas no sistema de gestão organizacional, ficando evidente a necessidade da criação de um ambiente propício para troca de informações entre diferentes setores da empresa.

Currently with the context of the Internet, especially on online social networks, it is observed that people and companies are establishing relationships both online and offline. The new digital culture and the competitiveness of the market are making companies change the way they communicate with their customers, providing a broader and more participative communication with their stakeholders. This resear chaims to understand the relation of corporate communication and Public Relations and from the conceptualization of the trials will detect the relationship processes of companies and their public in online social networks. Understand this type of relation ship is interesting because that, it is the field of the Public Relations professional. An area that grows in importance in today's market, since Facebook is being used as a channel of communication and relationship with consumers. The methodology used is exploratory research, in which, it aims to familiarize themselves with the subject and the possibility of analyzing three examples of relationships and engagement in the corporate communications field. In this case, the ranking of the top three companies, Coca-Cola, Guaraná Antarctica e Mc Donald's, in the Top Facebook Posts Brazil in January 2015. It is important that to have a Public Relations Professional that is able to create an open channel of communication on social networks with the purpose of detecting the characteristics of the target public and promote the participation of such public in the building of content and the innovative organization process. The IT capability is a organizational ability to perform activities of this role more effectively and an important mechanism in creating value. Its building process (stages of creation and development) occurs through management initiatives for improvement in the performance of their activities, using human resources and IT assets complementary responsible for the evolution of their organizational routines. This research deals with the IT capabilities related to SIG (integrated institutional management systems), built and deployed in UFRN (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte) to realization and control of administrative, academic and human resources activities. Since 2009, through cooperative agreements with federal and educational institutions of direct administration, UFRN has supported the implementation of these systems, currently involving more than 30 institutions. The present study aims to understand how IT capabilities, relevant in the design, implementation and dissemination of SIG, were built over time. This is a single case study of qualitative and longitudinal nature, performed by capturing, coding and analysis from secondary data and from semi-structured interviews conducted primarily with members of Superintenência de Informática, organizational unit responsible for SIG systems in UFRN. As a result, the technical, of internal relationship and external cooperation capabilities were identified as relevant in the successful trajectory of SIG systems, which have evolved in different ways. The technical capacity, initiated in 2004, toured the stages of creation and development until it reached the stage of stability in 2013, due to technological limits. Regarding the internal relationship capability, begun in 2006, it toured the stages of creation and development, having extended its scope of activities in 2009, being in development since then. Unlike the standard life cycle observed in the literature, the external cooperation capability was initiated by an intensity of initiatives and developments in the routines in 2009, which were decreasing to cease in 2013 in order to stabilize the technological infrastructure already created for cooperative institutions. It was still identified the start of cooperation in 2009 as an important event selection, responsible for changing or creating trajectories of evolution in all three capacities. The most frequent improvements initiatives were of organizational nature and the internal planning activity has been transformed over the routines of the three capabilities. Important resources and complementary assets have been identified as important for the realization of initiatives, such as human resources technical knowledge to the technical capabilities and external cooperation, and business knowledge, for all of them, as well as IT assets: the iproject application for control of development processes, and the document repository wiki. All these resources and complementary assets grew along the capacities, demonstrating its strategic value to SINFO/UFRN

A percepção e intervenção no espaço histórico, enquanto arquétipo cultural, constituíram o mote enquadrador do presente trabalho, merecendo amplo tratamento no primeiro capítulo. O segundo capítulo é dedicado ao estudo do palacete dos condes de Sampayo, elemento patrimonial de elevado valor significativo e que aqui se apresenta como objecto de tratamento central. O espólio consultado relativo ao arquivo da casa de Sampayo, permitiu-nos claramente fazer recuar no tempo a construção original do palacete, num percurso temporal análogo ao contíguo moinho de maré, ambos implementados no núcleo histórico de Alhos Vedros. Igualmente clarificou como, quando e de que forma a casa da Cova, dos Mendonça Furtado, convergirá com a casa dos Sampayo, num contexto socioeconómico específico em que a estruturação interna da nobreza se escorava nos sistemas de parentesco para consolidação do seu poder e para o fortalecimento e manutenção das casas titulares. Os modelos comparativos são tratados no capítulo três e surgem na figura das pousadas, valorizadoras dos edifícios com valor histórico e indutoras de sinergias locais. Por último, o capítulo quatro é totalmente dedicado à conceptualização de um projecto para a funcionalização do palacete como pousada. A perspectiva da sustentabilidade na fundamentação patrimonial do projeto, inscreve-se no programa de requalificação da frente ribeirinha do concelho da Moita e ancora numa perspetiva de âmbito mais alargado, inerente às políticas da administração do território e turismo da Grande Área Metropolitana de Lisboa. ABSTRACT; The perception and action in space history, as cultural archetype, constituted the framed motto of this work deserves wider treatment in the first chapter. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the palace of the Counts of Sampayo, of its assets in high-value significant and presented here is treated as central. The stock found on the file's house Sampayo, allowed us to clearly back in time the original construction of the palace, a temporal course similar to the adjacent tidal mill, both implemented in the historical center of Plantsville. He also clarified how, when and how the pit house, the Mendonca Furtado, converge with the house of Sampayo, specific socio-economic context in which the internal structure of the nobility was underpinned in kinship systems to consolidate its power and the strengthening and maintaining the homes owners. Comparative models are treated in chapter three, appearing in the picture of the holiday, not value of buildings of historic and inducing local synergies. Finally, chapter four is devoted entirely to the conceptualization of a project to re-functionalization of the mansion and guesthouse. The perspective of sustainability in the grounds of equity of the project is part of the program of the riverfront redevelopment of Moita and grounded on a broader scope, inherent in the policies of the planning and tourism Greater Metropolitan Area of Lisbon.
