No Brasil ocorrem aproximadamente 20.000 acidentes ofídicos anuais, sendo um grande problema de Saúde Pública. As serpentes do gênero Bothrops são responsáveis por aproximadamente 90% dos casos, destacando-se a espécie Bothrops jararaca, responsável por aproximadamente 93% dentre os acidentes botrópicos. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo caracterizar o perfil epidemiológico dos acidentes causados por B. jararaca e avaliar possíveis influências das variáveis biológicas encontradas nos exemplares que causaram acidentes no Estado de São Paulo. Para realização desse estudo foram tomadas como base espécimes de Bothrops jararaca que causaram acidentes nos períodos de 1959 a 2011 preservadas na Coleção Vital Brasil do Instituto Butantan. Essas serpentes (N=1526) foram dissecadas e analisadas. Dados relativos à epidemiologia dos acidentes, período de atividade sazonal, processos reprodutivos e dieta foram coletados. O levantamento e análise dos dados dos acidentes mostraram que 71% dos acidentes são causados por filhotes, enquanto apenas 29% são causados por adultos. Análises preliminares mostraram que fêmeas causaram mais acidentes do que machos independente de serem filhotes ou adultos. O padrão sazonal dos acidentes foi diferente entre os filhotes e adultos de B. jararaca, o que deve estar relacionado às atividades de forrageamento, termorregulação e principalmente aos eventos reprodutivos. O perfil epidemiológico dos acidentados apontou uma maior incidência de acidentes em situações de trabalhos rurais, no caso, a maioria dos acidentados são homens jovens que foram atingidos nas mãos durante o dia

This study sought to raise the water issue is addressed in the teaching of chemistry in public schools through the notebooks Curricular Proposal of the State of Sao Paulo. First we tried to do a survey of knowledge related to construction of the concept of historical perspective, the physical and chemical properties, their importance to man and the particulars of the national curriculum for this subject. The methodology used was qualitative, descriptive and documentary. We analyzed the books for the first, second and third marking periods and the three series (the 4th book had not yet been distributed). As expected the first scenario, the proposed curriculum addresses the topic in greater depth in only one of the notebooks of the second year of high school. The approaches are no longer linked to health issues and the environment, cross-cutting issues considered by the NCP and important for students to make associations between the chemical content and their daily lives. We conclude that the contract should be evaluated by teachers and that their use should be involved in drawing up a plan that takes into account the aspects that seem incomplete. We also emphasize that although the proposal is interesting from the standpoint of teaching, teachers need training to its full use in the classroom

With increasing frequency and intensity of climate disasters in Brazil, it is necessary studies on mitigation measures. From this spatialization of areas considered risk becomes essential to assist the public in preventive plans. Floods and flooding are the main types of climatic disasters that hit our country, especially the state of Sao Paulo, mainly by self degree of urbanization. From the data provided by the State Civil Defense was possible to create a database with the localities georelacional occurrences of flooding in the state in which through techniques of GIS (Geographic Information System) enabled the interrelationship and spatialization occurrence of areas affected This will help to determine potential areas of risk and different ways to prevent these disasters

This paper deals with the training of art educators, focusing on the courses offered at public universities in the state of São Paulo, where, specifically the pedagogical approach of training curricula of grades offered at UNESP, campus of São Paulo and Bauru. In the current situation have been proposed, from training in undergraduate courses, new tasks and responsibilities to work teaching the teacher in order to develop this educational increasingly effective so as to ensure efficient productivity autonomous learner in the process cognitive development in basic education, the teacher being assigned the task of stimulating that process and manage situations of educational work as a way of systematizing knowledge. The research consisted of questioning whether that teacher training allowed contact with the educational resources necessary for teaching, under current conditions assigned by the neoliberal conjuncture educational work of art educator with a view to the formation of aesthetic sensibility of the students from the class working, privileged pupils of public schools, to contribute to establishing the apprehension about the pedagogical training of art educators to confront the reality school, considering the specificity of action of these teachers. Therefore we conducted a desk study of existing legislation and the National Curriculum Guidelines that guide teacher training, correlating them to Pedagogical Policy Projects and curricula of undergraduate courses in Arts Education and / or Visual Arts courses UNESP. Concerns about the quality of groundwater have been continuously rising, considering its importance for the public water supply in the State of São Paulo, and even more due to the impact that anthropic action has been causing to the original quality of that natural resource. It is extremely relevant to identify the contamination focuses along the aquifers of the State of São Paulo. This report aims to evaluate nitrates and fluorides concentrations along the aquifers present in the state, in order to identify places where change in the quality of groundwater is observed, through the comparison between measured concentrations and reference values, such as: “Intervention Value” (maximum allowed value) and “Alert Value” (attention required value). To perform this research, a full compilation and organization has been done on chemical analysis data from the “Sistema de Informações de Águas Subterrâneas - SIDAS”, made available by the “Divisão de Procedimentos de Outorga – DPO” of the “Departamento de Água e Energia Elétrica – DAEE”. This work has made possible the build-up of a database composed by 6,860 wells, with analytical data ready to be interpreted, containing information about water pH, electrical conductivity, hardness and chloride, iron, fluoride, nitrogen, nitrates and total dissolved solids concentrations. This database shows concentration data for nitrates (6,157 wells) and fluoride (3,316 wells). From this information, maps for nitrates and fluorides concentration distributions have been made, by each aquifer and each “Unidade de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos – UGRHI”, which has enabled the identification of wells where the concentrations of these chemical compounds exceeds the reference values. Concerning nitrates, these analysis indicated the existence of contamination sources from rural and urban zones, mostly present in the west region... A preocupação com a conservação da cobertura vegetal, já há algumas décadas, tem sido objeto de amplos debates no meio científico, bem como a eficácia dos projetos de reflorestamento com espécies nativas, no estado de São Paulo, considerando-se o contexto histórico sobre questões envolvendo legislação, planejamento e análise de parâmetros ambientais, tendo-se como meta a produção de reflorestamentos de qualidade, procurando garantir a conservação da biodiversidade e a sustentabilidade das florestas implantadas. O presente estudo teve como objetivo a compilação de trabalhos pertinentes à recuperação florestal de áreas degradadas no estado de São Paulo, relatando os modelos implementados, bem como a sua efetividade, no processo de enriquecimento e manutenção da paisagem. Foi dado destaque para as práticas adotadas no processo de restauração da cobertura florestal, sendo agregados comentários respectivos aos componentes do ambiente físico, a estrutura da comunidade vegetal, bem como aos grupos sucessionais de espécies introduzidos. Para isso, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico da literatura produzida nos últimos 15 anos (1999-2013), envolvendo o tema em questão e divulgada em veículos técnico/científicos, tais como as publicadas em anais, sites, periódicos nacionais e internacionais, relatórios técnicos, bem como aquelas apresentadas em eventos científicos. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade da integração entre aspectos teóricos e práticos e o estabelecimento de parâmetros de avaliação e monitoramento que sejam capazes de verificar verdadeiramente a qualidade dos reflorestamentos heterogêneos

Este estudo está vinculado ao Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Política Educacional, GREPPE (grupo interinstitucional) – Seção Rio Claro, mais precisamente ao Projeto de Pesquisa intitulado “A oferta educacional na educação infantil: arranjos institucionais entre o público e o privado”, coordenado pela Profª Drª Raquel Fontes Borghi que trata sobre a oferta de vagas das escolas de Educação Infantil no estado de São Paulo. O presente estudo pretende analisar as relações entre o público e o privado, buscando perceber se o repasse de subsídios às instituições conveniadas (com ou sem fins lucrativos) pelas prefeituras municipais representa uma política pública educacional efetiva para a oferta de vagas na Educação Infantil. Para o estudo serão analisados os municípios denominados “muito pequenos”, com população máxima de até 10 mil habitantes. A pesquisa será qualitativa, bibliográfica e documental, realizada através de entrevista previamente estruturada em forma de questionário, anexo ao final deste relatório, por meio de telefonemas e e-mails e referendado por outros estudos já concluídos no GREPPE. Após a coleta de dados, os mesmos serão analisados através de bases teóricas relacionadas ao assunto e convertidos no relatório de pesquisa para o Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso

This research aims to identify elements that show how management influences and is present in modern Brazilian soccer, the competition and rivalry between the soccer teams, especially in the state of São Paulo, have increased considerably and consequently causing the search for efficiency to advance even more. The research was based on how close a relationship between management and soccer could influence it. Is the management so significant for the outcome of soccer match? The clubs with the best results are always those who apply best management models? Data that enabled the determination of financial indicators was collected from those who are considered the four major clubs in the state of São Paulo (SC Corinthians Paulista, SE Palmeiras, Santos FC and São Paulo FC ). With the data, the indicators and events that occurred with the clubs in the period 2010-2012, it was possible to demonstrate the influence of management in soccer, both good and bad, and see that even with the immediate results that soccer requires, managers should invest in some long-term measures to improve the structure of the clubs they represent

The present study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the Creative Economy and Traditional Economy, highlighting the importance of each one on the economic development of the state of São Paulo. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the performance of the key sectors that comprise these economies, between the years 2002 and 2012, using data collected in the Annual Report (RAIS) and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE ). The information obtained is related to the share of each sector in formal employment, average and generated in each sector worker remuneration, qualification worked as the level of education acquired, the distribution of workers according to gender in each economic sector among others. The use of these factors are of great importance because trends characterize the current situation of the labor market. Analysis of the share of each sector of the creative economy and also the Traditional Economy in the economic development of the state of São Paulo is constructed through graphs and tables and the results show a difference in the training of workers in both economies, as well as a difference in their incomes
