Esta dissertação discute os efeitos da competição sobre os sentidos que envolvem as políticas afirmativas em prol da igualdade de oportunidades e tratamento entre mulheres e homens no mundo do trabalho formal. Para tanto, toma como objeto de pesquisa o Programa Pró-Equidade de Gênero e Raça, buscando revelar as ideias e ações que estruturam e movem sua intencionalidade na Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres (SPM) do governo federal – instituição responsável pela política. A fonte prioritária das análises aqui produzidas são as narrativas de atrizes-chave que participaram da concepção e da implementação do Programa. Utiliza-se a Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD) como metodologia e o contexto epistêmico de “ações afirmativas” e de “gestão diversidade” para localizar os campos discursivos das narrativas acessadas. A compreensão de sentidos é fundamentada com base em aportes teóricos afeitos ao campo de estudos organizacionais com vistas a revelar a materialidade ideológica por trás dos discursos. Com base no trabalho de Thoenig (2007) analisou-se de que forma a interdependência entre diferentes campos organizacionais internos e externos à SPM mobiliza a construção do padrão que fundamenta o Programa Pró-Equidade de Gênero e Raça. Complementarmente, utilizando as contribuições de Crozier (1967) foram evidenciadas as “zonas de incerteza pertinentes” que pairam sobre o Programa em torno de decisões tomadas pelas gestoras da SPM. O estudo sugere que o Programa Pró-Equidade de Gênero e Raça – tido como solução destacada pela SPM para dialogar com o setor formal a respeito da importância de promover a igualdade de oportunidades e tratamento no mundo do trabalho – agencia o sentido inverso daquilo que se propõe a mobilizar no longo prazo. Entre as razões para isso estão a dificuldade do Programa para incorporar o seu público-alvo prioritário (as grandes corporações) e a sua contribuição para o fortalecimento do discurso de setores contrários à ideologia das políticas de ação afirmativa de gênero e raça no mundo do trabalho.

A divisão sexual do trabalho é algo que ainda predomina no mercado laboral e nas organizações. As diferenças entre os salários pagos a homens e mulheres em funções análogas, a maioria de homens presentes nos altos cargos de liderança e de tomada de decisão, a miséria relacionada à dificuldade de acesso das mulheres à saúde e à educação são alguns fatores que justificam a importância das políticas de empoderamento para as mulheres. Neste sentido, desde 2005 vem sendo implementado o Programa Pró-Equidade de Gênero e Raça, da Secretaria de Políticas para Mulheres, cujo objetivo principal é combater as desigualdades entre os gêneros e as raças, promovendo boas práticas no mundo do trabalho, em organizações públicas e privadas. Essa pesquisa aborda, de forma sucinta, a evolução deste programa por meio da concessão do Selo Pró-Equidade às Organizações Públicas e Privadas, no período de 2005 a 2013.

This study turns possible conclude that the women s participations in productive groups in solidary economical change significantly their life and their family life. The group s organisations process, the training was received, the collective production, the marketing and the mobilized participation to move it all was fundamental for women share with their families partners some homemade and take care with the children. Ce travail se propose de discuter, dans les domaines de la linguistique appliquée, focalisés dans l enseignement-apprentissage de la langue maternelle, les processus didactique-pédagogique avec lesquels se construisent, interactivement, et s organisent les pratiques de lecture et d écoute du genre roman, en tant qu objet enseigné, dans le contexte du cours de langue portugaise. On cherche ici, spécifiquement, à décrire et à interpréter les différentes manières utilisées par l enseignante pour apprendre la lecture et l écoute du roman Le Petit Prince, d Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, et, par conséquent, la réception de ce genre du discours par les apprenants, résultat des échanges interactifs entre l enseignante et les apprenants pris dans le processus de transposition de savoirs à propos de ce genre. La condition d existence de ces échanges se trouve dans les procédures didactiques de l enseignant lorsqu il propose aux apprenants des activités de la lecture et de l écoute des textes. Dans ce contexte, le corpus dont nous nous occupons se constitue des enregistrements en vidéo, audio et prises de notes dans les carnets de classe des cours de Portugais, pour la période scolaire de 2005, avec un groupe de 5ème année de la formation fondamentale d une école publique fédérale de Belém (PA). Du point de vue théorique-methodologique, nous nous inspirons des contributions de Moita-Lopes (2003) et Geertz (2006), surtout à ce qui concerne la conception et les procédures de constitution et traitement des données selon les présupposés de la recherche ethnographique. Encore du point de vue théorique et pour ce qui concerne l analyse des données, nous utilisons les contributions de Bakhtin (2003), sur les études énonciatif-discoursifs sous une conception dialogique du langage, les contributions issues des domaines des études appliquées et des études en didactiques de langues, dans la section de Psychologie et Sciences de l Éducation de l Université de Genève, coordonnée par Schneuwly, Dolz et ses collaborateurs (2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 et 2005) envisageant la construction de l objet enseigné par moyen d instruments didactiques, et, finalement, Rojo (2001 et 2002), et sa discussion sur l apprentissage des capacités de lecture essentielles à la formation du lecteur et producteur à l école. L analyse des données obtenues nous a permis de relever la façon utilisée par le professeur pour enseigner le genre roman, mettant en relief l apprentissage de la lecture par les apprenants à travers les instruments didactiques capables de le faire devenir l objet enseigné

The focus of this dissertation is the study of work activities developed in the context of professional occupations characterized by varied previous schooling levels amongst those that work in them, and, at the same time, a high degree of complexity related to the typical tasks performed in the context of such professional practices. This dissertation intends to investigate the cook s professional activity, based on data from a determined specific professional genre in Natal (RN), in order to establish aspects related not only to the activity performed (activity which manifests itself empirically in registered behaviors), but also related to the real aspects of the work activity, that also compromises the non-realized options of the guiding of professional activity, be it by a matter of choice, be it due to the activity s own impediment. In this context, we tried to evaluate how much the professional activity observed keeps in relation to the reference practices of the professional genre, be it in terms of conformity, be it in terms of innovation (stylization) in relation to this genre. In addition, we tried to verify the contribution of the school and extra-school knowledge to the professional activity observed. Such work plan took on a preliminary step of the description of the socialprofessional profile of a cook in the city of Natal (RN), followed by a step of clinical labor approach, specifically utilizing as a methodological tool the simple and crossed self-confrontation procedure guided by the francophone theoretical referential of the Activity Clinic. The preliminary step in the description of profile of cooks from Natal (RN), of which 138 cooks took part in, evidenced three professional groupings, all predominantly masculine in their composition and fundamentally differentiated amongst each other by the time of professional activity, schooling type and time, work place and salary. The clinical approach step, composed by a pair of cooks, allowed us to verify elements of the cooks subordination to the professional genre, but also evidences of individual innovation (stylization) by these cooks, as well as the predominance of usage of extra-school knowledge when compared to school knowledge. We tried, in this step, to demonstrate how much the inclusion and submission to the genre dynamic, coordinated with the stylization initiatives, was able to contribute to the maintenance and amplification of the cook s power of acting in his professional practice.

The lack of studies aimed at the mental health of the rural population, the social, economic, familial and emotional impact that mental disorders produce and the vulnerability that women have in this context, lead us to believe in the need to investigate the mental health demands of female rural workers, in order to subsidize the development of more effective and culturally sensitive public health programs and policies that take into account the specificities of this population. The present study aims to investigate the prevalence of common mental disorders (CMD) and the possible factors associated with the emergence of such disorders among women living in a rural settlement in Rio Grande do Norte. This survey has a quantitative and qualitative character with an ethnographic approach. As methodological strategies, we made use of an adapted version of the socio-demographic and environmental questionnaire prepared by The Department of Geology/UFRN s Strategic Analysis Laboratory to evaluate the quality of life of the families from the rural settlement and the mental health screening test Self-Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) to identify the prevalence of CMD in adult women from the community. Complementing the role of methodological tools, we use the participant observation and semi-structured interviews with women who presented positive hypothesis of CMD attempting to comprehend the crossings that build the subjective experience of being a woman in this context. The results point to the high prevalence of CMD (43.6%) and suggest the link between poverty, lack of social support, unequal gender relations and the occurrence of CMD. We also verified that the settled women do not access the health network to address issues relating to mental health and that the only recourse of care offered by primary health care is the prescription of anxiolytic medication. In this context, the religiosity and the work are the most important strategies for mental health support among women
