O papel do léxico na estrutura e funcionamento da língua; seu lugar nos estudos da linguagem. Descrição de pesquisa realizada pela Universidade de Lisboa para obtenção de um vocabulário fundamental do português. Discussão dos conceitos e da terminologia técnica em Lexicologia. Procedimentos utilizados na identificação das unidades lexicais; será o dicionário um parâmetro confiável para a identificação dos lexemas? Comentários críticos sobre os resultados da pesquisa de Lisboa, particularmente dos dados do Inquérito da Disponibilidade. Considerações sobre a especificidade e o generalismo no vocabulário. Um vocabulário fundamental para o português do Brasil.

As duas primeiras seções deste artigo tratam de nomes que ocupam a segunda posição em grupos N1 N2 do português do Brasil. Investigamos um corpus de 224 ocorrências extraídas de amostras de literatura romanesca, jornalística, dramática, técnica e oratória. O objetivo era uma proposta de tratamento lexicográfico para tais nomes num dicionário de usos do português. Tentamos responder a questões sobre a classificação e as funções de N2, com base nas seguintes características: função qualificadora; possibilidade de gradação; coordenação com adjetivos; ausência de função temática; concordância. Utilizando essas propriedades, estabelecemos uma hierarquia para a classificação de N2: os que exibem a maior parte das propriedades acima seriam classificados como adjetivos; os demais mantêm o estatuto de substantivo. Na terceira seção discutimos a análise de 372 nomes do inglês (extraídos de jornais e revistas), de acordo com os mesmos critérios, e concluímos que, embora a maioria dos substantivos adnominais do inglês não possa ser classificada como adjetivo, alguns substantivos qualificadores sofrem a conversão. Os adjetivos não predicativos, porém, nunca mudam de categoria. A comparação entre o inglês e o português, na seção 4, mostra que o comportamento dos nomes não predicativos difere quantitativamente, mas não qualitativamente, nas duas línguas.

O estudo trata do valor polissêmico dos verbos modais em português. Os licenciamentos de interpretação conferidos pela predicação modalizada com verbos modais são estudados tendo em vista, particularmente, a tarefa de elaboração de dicionários.

Este artigo expõe uma visão panorâmica sobre dicionários no mundo latino, focalizando a produção lexicográfica em Língua Portuguesa, particularmente os dicionários gerais da língua. Depois de historiar rapidamente os primórdios da dicionarística na tradição ocidental, descreve, em linhas gerais, as primeiras grandes obras lexicográficas em Português. Discorre, a seguir, sobre o início da produção lexicográfica no Brasil. No último item, este estudo examina a lexicografia em língua portuguesa na contemporaneidade, analisando e criticando quatro dicionários gerais do Português contemporâneo, sendo três brasileiros - o Aurélio (FERREIRA, 1999), o Houaiss (2001), o Dicionário de usos (BORBA, 2002) - e um português, o Dicionário da Academia de Ciências de Lisboa (DICIONÁRIO..., 2001).

A presente monografia teve como objetivos recoletar, com metodologia diferenciada, itens lexicais referentes a aves em juruna, uma língua indígena brasileira, e iniciar a análise lexicológica desses nomes, com vistas à aplicação em estudo lexicográfico, que prevê a elaboração de um dicionário juruna-português. Alloy Al-7%Si-0,3Mg (AA356), having an excellent combination of properties such as low solidification shrinkage and good fluidity, good weldability, high wear resistance, high strength to weight particularly in the automotive and aerospace engineering. The refinement of the structure aluminum silicon eutectic alloy is a fairly common practice in the casting, through the treatment knows as modification. You can get the modification for the addition of chemicals and rare earths, these have the ability to modify the structure of the eutectic, but only sodium and strontium produce a strong action modifier when used in low concentrations. The modifying effect of silicon grain turns into a fibrous form branched and enveloped by the metal matrix in the form of a composite structure that has the highest limit of tensile strength, ductility and machinability. This work will be obtained AA356 alloy ingots using two different types of molds: metal mold and sand mold. Macrographs will be made in ingots obtained for observation of the macrostructures obtained in both types of ingots. Will be sampled at strategic locations of the ingots to correlate microstructure and cooling rate. The results showed that the material of the ingot has a strong influence on the resulting micro-andmacrostructure

The production of a dictionary always generates controversy about decisions to be taken by the lexicographer. They are based – a priori – in previous theoretical and methodological choices. What we mean by dictionary? Why making certain choices rather than others? How to reconcile (if there is a reconciliation) the different approaches to describe the lexicon? The objective here is to contribute with theoretical and methodological reflections related to the Juruna Lexicography (Yudjá), as well as for lexicographical studies camp. This text addresses critical points of dictionaries production processes – if we may so call it – the history of the act of making a dictionary, so we can discuss choices to be taken to the entries of verbs in the Juruna-Portuguese bilingual dictionary assembly provided as a long term project result, in which some collaborators are working, including community’s indigenous. The work contains sections that will raise historical and linguistic discussions about the compilation of a dictionary and how this act binds to the applicability for the subjects that use this instrument firming / mobilizer of the lexicon visions. The focus here will be to discuss the verbs entries in the Juruna dictionary (stemming), taking lexicographical history as a contributor to certain choices of dictionaries production nowadays, whether for mother tongue, for foreign language, specialized lexicons, semantic groups, and systematizations for languages that are starting/beginning a first publication of dictionaries

The macrostructure of an alloy solidification in the raw state is of utmost importance due to its influence on mechanical properties. A structure showing columnar grains is generally undesirable in most applications of cast products and grain refining aims to suppress the formation of these grains and get a fine-grained equiaxed structure that improves the supply of liquid metal and the mechanical properties, as yield strength and tensile strength limit, as well as the tendency of formation of hot cracks. The type and size of grains formed are determined by chemical composition, cooling rate and the use of inoculum for grain refining. Titanium and boron are the major refiners in the aluminum industry and can be added to the molten metal in the form of alloys such as Al-Ti, Al-Ti-B or Al-B. In this paper we will discuss the information obtained from cooling curves and first derivative of the cooling curve to obtain the thermal parameters that influence the process of grain refining alloy AA 356.0

The AA356 alloy is an alloy widely used in the automotive industry and aerospace due to its excellent mechanical properties. Refining the structure of eutectic silicon aluminum alloys is a fairly common practice in the foundry through treatment known as modification. This can be achieved by modifying agent adding chemicals such as contained in groups I and IIa of the periodic table and rare earths (europium, céreioi, praseodymium, neodymium, etc.). Has the ability to modify the structure of the eutectic, but only sodium and strontium produce an action modifier strong when used in low concentrations. The modifying effect of the shafts turn silicon into a fibrous form and branched surrounded by metallic matrix in the form of a composite structure that has the highest limit of tensile strength, ductility and machinability. In this work will be obtained ingots with and without the modifier type Al-10% Sr, made in sand molds and are generated and analyzed cooling curves and also the study of the macrostructure and microstructure of the solidified material. It was found that by adding the Al-Sr made shorten the solidification time and lower the grain size

Dans l‟“A historia de Lina et Lélio, le troisième récit de Corpo de baile, l‟oeuvre de Guimarães Rosa, Lélio arrive à la ferme Pinhém à la recherche de l'amour, de la paix d'esprit et de l'auto-connaissance, mais il n'a pas la claire conscience de cela. Dans cette trajectoire, on peut voir le poids des femmes: bien que Lélio soit le protagoniste de cette histoire, les personnages féminins présentent des différents profils et sont construites sur des aspects mythiques et archétypiques, qui ont des influences directes sur le destin de ce personnage masculin. On cherche, donc, comprendre comment l‟auteur fait la caractérisation mythique et archétypique des personnages féminins, voir l'influence de celles-ci sur la suite du récit ainsi que dans la construction du protagoniste. De la même façon, on veut vérifier comment les autres catégories du récit – telles que le temps, l'espace, le narrateur et la focalisation – peuvent contribuer à cette caractérisation. Cette recherche est développée à travers des lectures, des notes et des discussions autour du corpus, en s'appuyant sur une base théorique déterminée en trois dimensions : a) des essais critiques à propos de l‟oeuvre de l'auteur, en particulier au sujet en cause, comme celui dans l‟A raiz da alma, de Heloisa Vilhena Araujo, b) des études sur le mythe, comme celles de Ernest Cassirer, dans le Linguagem e mito et Antropologia filosófica, et les propositions de Meletínski dans l‟A poética do mito et dans l‟Os arquétipos literários et, encore, c) des textes théoriques sur les catégories du récit, présentées dans le Dicionário de teoria da narrativa, de Reis et Lopes, et des études sur l'espace, comme celui d'Antonio Dimas, Espaço e romance, et sur le temps, de Benedito Nunes, O tempo na narrativa. The present work aims to study the characteristics of the alloy Al - 7 % Si - 0 , 3Mg ( AA356 ) , more specifically characterize the macrostructure and microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy ingots AA356 obtained in metal molds and sand molds for power studying the structures through the difference of cooling rates . This alloy is explained by the fact of referring league has excellent combination of properties such as low solidification shrinkage and good fluidity, good weldability , high wear resistance , high strength to weight ratio, has wide application in general engineering , and particularly in the automotive and aerospace engineering . In this work we will verify this difference in properties through two different cooling rates . We monitor the solid solidification temperatures by thermocouples building with them the cooling curve as a tool that will aid us to evaluate the effectiveness of the grain refining because it achieved with some important properties of the alloy as the latent heat of solidification fraction the liquid and solid temperatures, the total solidification time, and identify the presence of inoculants for grain refinement. Thermal analysis will be supported by the study of graphic software “Origin “will be achieved where the cooling curve and its first derivative that is the cooling rate. Made thermal analysis, analysis will be made in macrographs ingots obtained for observation of macrostructures obtained in both types of ingots and also analysis of micrographs where sampling will occur in strategic positions ingots to correlate with the microstructure. Finally will be collecting data from Brinell hardness of ingots and so then correlating the properties of their respective ingots with cooling rate. We found that obtained with cast metal ingots showed superior properties to the ingots obtained with sand mold

The aim of this study is to characterize the macrostructure and microstructure of Al - 1%Si alloy obtained in sand and metallic molds. Aluminium has good mechanical properties, but adding silicon, even in small quantities, can change the microstructure and improves mechanical behavior. Workpieces were castings in metallic and sand molds and one can see a difference in their cooling curve, macroscopic and microscopic structures. The sand mold casting has lower cooling rate and so its grains are larger. Due to the lower concentration of grain boundary, the hardness is lower compared to that found in metallic molds, which has smaller grains and a higher hardness. Therefore, it can be concluded that the cooling rate and alloying elements affect the final microstructure of the workpiece
