Analisa, na sequência: a regulamentação da Lei nº 12.305/2010, com foco, principalmente, no Decreto nº 7.404/2010; a conformação, as tarefas e os primeiros resultados do trabalho dos entes colegiados criados pelo governo federal para a aplicação da lei; o primeiro Plano Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos e a aplicação da logística reversa, e efetuadas as considerações finais.

[ES] El caserío vasco, a pesar de haber estado sometido a un proceso de cambio constante, de haber superado multitud de obstáculos en su desarrollo, llega hasta nosotros relativamente integro. Vivienda y heredad, sus principales atributos espaciales, se mantienen en similares características un siglo después de que se construyeran los últimos caseríos. La continuidad de la institución, sin embargo, es cuestionada nuevamente. Las últimas investigaciones apuntan su desaparición paralelamente a la progresiva desagrarización que Euskal Herria lleva décadas sufriendo y que, en función de los resultados que vamos a exponer, parece llegar a su culminación definitiva.

综述了利用飞秒激光脉冲在材料表而产生纳米结构现象的最新研究进展,介绍了在飞秒激光烧蚀过程中不同激光参量对纳米结构的影响,总结了纳米结构形成的主要物理机制。

本文提出了一种基于U型塑料光纤和邻啡咯啉钌的溶解氧传感器。光纤传感头放在样品池中,测量了不同氮氧体积比情况下荧光强度和寿命。研究了邻啡咯啉钌的浓度、传感头的退火时间和U型光纤的弯曲半径对系统灵敏度的影响。我们提出了双层模型来解释实验结果不符合S-V方程的实验现象,并用双层模型分析了弯曲半径对系统灵敏度的影响。通过对溶解氧浓度和荧光寿命亚线性曲线的拟合,我们得出敏感层的厚度和S-V系数分别为0.59和0.61。

The dependences of the recording properties of LiNbO3:Fe:Mn crystals on an external electric field (applied in the recording or fixing phase of the nonvolatile holographic recording process) are numerically investigated and the optimal conditions for applying an external electric field in this two-step process of nonvolatile holographic recording are discussed in detail. Significant improvement of the photorefractive performance has been found and experimental verifications using a small external electric field are described. Moreover, direct measures relating to the dominant photovoltaic mechanism in the doubly doped LiNbO3 crystals and the unconventional grating-enhanced fixing are revealed by applying an external electric field in the recording and the fixing phases, respectively.

Nano Y2O3 particles with a spherical shape and narrow size distribution have been prepared by a novel spray combustion method. The experimental procedure is briefly described and the thermodynamical process of the post-heat treatment is investigated in this paper. The precursor fully crystallized when treated at as low as 400 degrees C. Prepared particles showed spherical shape and well dispersibility under different treating conditions. Narrow size distribution of particles was achieved even when the precursor was treated at 1373 K. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
