This paper aims to present a study on the development of the real state market in Brazil. The analysis starts from the historical perspective, since the establishment of bases in that market until today's perspective, initial public offering of real state companies. In addition to this analysis, is also intended to discuss the several forms of financing real estate currently available in the Brazilian real estate market. Finally, and perhaps the most important part, analyze the IPO of 15 companies in the industry, held in 2007, notably through comparative graphical analysis, noting the factors that influence stock returns of these companies

Análise de microclima e cobertura de dossel em áreas refloestadas nas estações de chuva e seca no Reservatório de Capivara, Paraná

O estudo das analises microclimáticas foi desenvolvido no Laboratório de Biodiversidade e Restauração de Ecossistemas da Universidade Estadual de Londrina, Paraná, e foramselecionados cinco talhões de reflorestamento de diferentes idades ao longo do Reservatório de Capivara, Paraná. Em cada talhãoforam registrados dados de temperatura, umidade do ar e cobertura de dossel,nos meses de março e agosto, período de chuva (verão) e de seca (inverno), respectivamente.Os dados foram comparados em busca de uma relação entre cobertura de dossel e microclima nos talhões de diferentes idades e nas diferentes estações. As amostragens demonstram que há uma diferença significativa entre as estações considerando as variáveis estudadas e que as variações estruturais do reflorestamento e a arquitetura das diferentes espécies que a compõem resultam em variações na cobertura do dossel, que por sua vez implicam em variações microclimáticas importantes para o processo de regeneração

Comparação entre dossel e sub-bosque de um trecho de floresta ombrófila densa Montana, Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar, Núcleo Picinguaba, SP, Brasil

Estudos a respeito da composição florística e estrutura fitossociológica da vegetação são de grande importância não só para estabelecer parâmetros e associá-los a comunidades semelhantes em diferentes locais ou sob influência de condições ambientais diversas. Também servem para subsidiar medidas conservacionistas diante do cenário atual de intensa fragmentação, aplicáveis sob perspectivas da ecologia da paisagem. Neste estudo, analisamos a composição e estrutura do subbosque de um trecho de Floresta Ombrófila Densa Montana, e comparamos com o dossel. Amostramos todos os indivíduos arbustivo e arbóreos que tiveram altura superior ou igual a um metro e meio e perímetro à altura do peito (PAP) menor que quinze centímetros (H ≥ 1,5 m e PAP < 15 cm) em uma área de 0,4 ha, totalizando 2321 indivíduos. Encontramos 252 espécies, distribuídas em 43 famílias para o subbosque e 583 indivíduos, 129 espécies e 36 famílias para o dossel. Os valores do índice de diversidade de Shannon (H’) foram, respectivamente, 4,13 e 3,94 nat.ind.-1 e os valores de equabilidade de Pielou (J) foram 0,75 e 0,81. As famílias de maior riqueza em comum nos dois estratos foram Myrtaceae, Rubiaceae e Fabaceae. A espécie com o maior valor de importânica do sub-bosque foi Psychotria nuda (VI = 9,33%), abrangendo 12,3% dos indivíduos. Já para o estrato superior, Coussarea accedens foi a que mais se destacou, com VI = 7,94%, (12,5% dos indivíduos amostrados). A comparação entre as parcelas revela similaridade na composição, principalmente entre parcelas pouco distantes geograficamente. Em relação à riqueza, podemos perceber uma diferença significativa entre as parcelas, de forma que a parcela Q2 apresenta maior número de espécies para o sub-bosque. China: uma análise dos fatores do crescimento econômico pós-abertura de 1978

A China têm se destacado entre os países emergentes desde sua abertura comercial, no ano de 1978, pelas altas taxas de crescimento econômico, o que permitiu que o país chegasse a segunda maior economia mundial em 2011. Apesar de ter tido um passado pautado, majoritariamente, na agricultura e no isolamento econômico, com um regime político comunista, no final da década de 1970, a China desenvolveu estratégias de modernização, atraindo Investimento Direto Estrangeiro, seguindo com uma moeda desvalorizada, além do baixo custo de mão de obra que permitiu ao país o desenvolvimento de indústrias, se tornando grande exportador de produtos de alta tecnologia

Análise dos troncos radiculares, abertura da raízes e projeções cervicais de esmalte de furcas de molares superiores e inferiores: Estudo in vitro

Periodontal treatment of teeth with furcation lesions often have unpredictable results due to several factors that may hinder therapy or influence the progress of periodontal disease. Of these, the length of the root trunk may contribute to the early injury of the furcations or even cause complications for the application of the treatment; the opening of the roots can guide the type of treatment to be instituted and cervical enamel projections may hinder the instrumentation of the region or even act as a retention plate niche. Thus, the purpose of this study was measured using a digital caliper, root logs database 400 molar both the 1st and the 2nd and both upper and lower as well as analyze using appropriate index type projection cervical enamel and through appropriate classification the opening of the roots in order to guide the diagnosis and treatment plan. We conclude that there is variation in measures of root trunk between the faces of the teeth examined and that greater cervical enamel projection (ECP) correlates with a decrease in the length of the root trunk in the sample evaluated as the first molars have higher occurrence of roots with a degree of opening larger than the second molars.

Construção de instrumentos técnicos de astronomia para a divulgação científica: telescópio fotométrico de grande abertura e baixo custo

Although the popularization of astronomy in the last decade and the International Year of Astronomy, celebrated in 2009, there's a great lack in respect of quality instruments for astronomical disclosure. Thinking in this research about it, we intend to recuperate and elucidate a technique long forgotten: the metal mirror amateur telescope, once was done in the first reflecting telescopes. However, with the resources available today and given the high purity of the materials, our results were better than that obtained by the pioneers. We developed and built a large aperture telescope (250 mm diameter) and very bright (focal ratio = 4.0), versatile and portable. In our study was described step by step the process to fabricate the telescope. Through its first images captured of the Moon, we can illustrate its versatility both for use in outreach events and for use in amateur astronomy, because it is a primary focus capture system and can run registration of various astronomical events

Parâmetros construtivos de kirigami tridimensional de 90 graus de abertura

Origami folds and kirigami cuts merged in an oriental technique called Origamic Architecture (or 3D kirigami) that has intrinsic relationships with geometry as well as these paper arts. Despite its potential, it is not very used as a didactic resource because of the lack of parameters in its construction. There are many studies about programs development and computational language to help the design of pop-up structures, as origamic architecture is also known. However, there are few studies concerning the study of positioning the lines and creases, which is essential in the process of creating a 3D kirigami design, especially in the development of spatial perception of the figure. Limited to the 90o open type models, this article is about the establishment of some initial guidelines for design of an origamic architecture through visual elements as point, line and shape. It is presented some basic models to illustrate the constructive parameters detected as well as some models elaborated by the author, showing the viability of the guidelines established.

A influência da idade na percepção de dificuldade de abertura de embalagens PET para refrigerantes

Nowadays, there is an increasing demand for subjective aspects of the interface between human beings and the products and systems that surround them, whether in the workplace or at home. This study addresses the association of age and the perception of difficulty during a simulation of opening process PET bottles for soft drinks. During the activities, the subjects exerted their maximum torque forces, trying to open five different models of these packages, and then they assigned scores for perception in a scale. The results indicate that for some models, there were differences between levels of perceived difficulty between age groups.

This work intends to analyze the industrial policy strategies adopted by Brazil after economic liberalization. Initially will be compared the different views around the problem: the liberal model, which advocates less state involvement and horizontal policies, and the model that advocates active industrial policies with participation of the state and that are based on the South Korean model. The South Korean experience will be analyzed, especially for evaluation of consistency between objectives and instruments. Will be analyzed also the liberal strategies implemented by Brazil during the 1990s, and finally, the policies adopted after 2003, highlighting objectives, instruments and results by 2014

Políticas e desenvolvimento do estado de Mato Grosso após abertura comercial: análise da visão de dois empresários atuantes no setor

After realizing two interviews, with distinct managers/businessmen working in the cotton industry, the objective is to put in evidence the political, economical and social factors that contributed to the formation and configuration of the Mato Grosso state, after the trade liberalization that occurred in the early 90's, it's effects and consequences in the eyes of the interviewed. The study of public policies is primordial to the discovery of the configuration of determined place, evaluating advances and possible errors in the social, economical and environmental areas. Through the analysis of the interviews it has been found that the urban centers have been developing with a direct link to the industrial activities related to agriculture and that the labor work force have also been attracted because of these changes, and as a consequence this labor force is now becoming more specialized to be able to accompany the jobs requirements in the industry. Analyzing the interviews, it is possible to highlight some information about the development of Mato Grosso, among those the following factors and public policies. The creation and expansion of the cities in the state are possible through public and private investment in infrastructure the socioeconomic development of the state is linked with the advances made in the private sector that grows because of advances made in crops technology in contrast to the occupation of the cerrado, in relation to the cotton crops. The problems that Mato Grosso is facing are mainly linked to the region infrastructure, that can count on investment plans to transportation and production flow that dates before the globalization era. The pattern that is seen today with top of the line agricultural production, big monoculture with high productivity and the arrival of multinational giants, was implanted because of two important events: the trade liberalization in the 1990's and the cambial depreciation in the 1999's...
