Selecció dels paràmetres de fabricació per CN per obtenir acabats òptims mitjançant una eina CAM

L’ús dels sistemes CAD/CAM s’ha fet un lloc important a les indústries en què intervenen els processos de mecanització, ja que aquests softwares redueixen el temps per crear un programa de control numèric i permeten mecanitzar superfícies complicades de dues i tres dimensions. La introducció en el mercat d’aquests sistemes de fabricació assistida per ordinador ha fet que apareguessin un elevat nombre de paràmetres de control associats a cada un dels cicles de mecanització. L’elecció del cicle i dels paràmetres repercuteix també en el temps de tall, l’acabat superficial, la vida i el desgast de l’eina, i en el preu final de la peça entre d’altres. L’equip d’investigació del GREPP (Grup de Recerca en Enginyeria de Procés, Producte i Producció) va fer un estudi previ de diferents paràmetres, controlant quatre estratègies de mecanització i tres paràmetres de procés, del sistema CAM per tal d’obtenir el millor acabat superficial. L’objecte del projecte final de carrera és fer noves experimentacions de la investigació iniciada pel grup de recerca del GREPP, ampliant les geometries i algun factor de control per tal de tenir un major nombre de dades i així, poder saber el comportament que tenen aquests factors en el temps de tall i la rugositat superficial

Web-palveluiden turvallisuus tietojärjestelmien välisessä integraatiossa

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena oli tutkia liiketoiminnallisessaympäristössä olevia Web-palvelu -teknologialla toteutettujen integraatioprojektien tietoturvaa. Web-palvelut ovat SOAP-muotoisia HTTP-protokollalla välitettäviä viestejä, joilla voidaan välittää tietoa tietojärjestelmästä toiseen tai suorittaa liiketoiminnan tapahtumia. Työssä käsiteltiin erilaisia tietoturvallisuuteen vaikuttavia osa-alueita ja niiden sopivuutta Web-palveluihin. Tietoturvaa on käsitelty enimmäkseen liiketoiminnallisesta näkökulmasta. Työssä havaittiin tietoturvan koostuvan monesta osa-alueesta. Osa-alueista muodostuutietoturvallinen kokonaisuus, jossa on mukana valitut teknologiat, haluttu tietoturvallisuuden taso, integroitavat tietojärjestelmät sekä näiden yhteenliittäminen ja prosessit. Jokaisen integraatioprojektin ollessa oma kokonaisuutensa, on yleispätevän tietoturvan rakentaminen vaikeaa. Tämän seurauksena tietoturvaa tulee käsitellä jatkuvasti integraatioprojektin eri vaiheissa tietoturvan vaatimusten mukaan.

Highly Available Enterprise-level Application Server Architecture

Korkeasaatavuus on olennainen osa nykyaikaisissa, integroiduissa yritysjärjestelmissä. Yritysten kansainvälistyessä tiedon on oltava saatavissa ympärivuorokautisesti, mikä asettaa yhä kovempia vaatimuksia järjestelmän yksittäisten osien saatavuudelle. Kasvava tietojärjestelmäintegraatio puolestaan tekee järjestelmän solmukohdista kriittisiä liiketoiminnan kannalta. Tässä työssä perehdytään hajautettujen järjestelmien ominaisuuksiin ja niiden asettamiin haasteisiin. Esiteltyjä teknologioita ovat muun muassa väliohjelmistot, klusterit ja kuormantasaus. Yrityssovellusten pohjana käytetty Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) -teknologia käsitellään olennaisilta osiltaan. Työssä käytetään sovelluspalvelinalustana BEA WebLogic Server -ohjelmistoa, jonka ominaisuudet käydään läpi hajautuksen kannalta. Työn käytännön osuudessa toteutetaan kahdelle erilaiselle olemassa olevalle yrityssovellukselle korkean saatavuuden sovelluspalvelinympäristö, joissa sovellusten asettamat rajoitukset on otettu huomioon.

Factores de explotación asociados a la duración del anestro postparto en vacas nodrizas de razas Parda de Montaña y Pirenaica

Para determinar los factores de explotación relacionados con la reactivación ovárica postparto en vacas nodrizas se realizó un análisis global de una serie de indicadores productivos y la duración del anestro postparto (APP) de 549 vacas explotadas en condiciones extensivas. Debido a la naturaleza multifactorial del proceso en estudio se eligió la metodología estadística multivariante (Análisis Factorial de Correspondencias Múltiples y Análisis Cluster). La duración del APP estuvo asociada a cuatro factores que explicaron el 59% de la heterogeneidad inicial de la muestra y que se definieron como: «Alimentación preparto» (19% de la inercia), «Alimentación postparto-Edad» (16.4%), «Manejo del ternero» (13%) y «Dificultad al parto» (10.5%). Estos factores se introdujeron en un Análisis Cluster que identificó cinco grupos de vacas con características productivas y reproductivas diferentes, y que denominamos como: «Primíparas», «Acceso restringido», «Acceso Libre-Parda de Montaña», «Parto de otoño» y «Parto de primavera». La raza no estuvo relacionada con la duración del APP, aunque el análisis Cluster asoció los largos APP inducidos por la crianza libre con la raza Parda de Montaña. En la raza Parda de Montaña, la duración del APP fue mayor en primavera que en otoño debido a diferencias nutricionales más que a un efecto estacional en sí. El parto de otoño se adaptó mejor a las condiciones de montaña seca.

Disseny i desenvolupament d’un sistema tecnològic de fabricació de “stents” cardiovasculars mitjançant làser

Els stents són unes pròtesis endovasculars. L’objectiu del projecte és el disseny i desenvolupament d’un utillatge que permeti la seva fabricació per tall làser. S’utilitzarà el làser del GREP (Grup de Recerca en Enginyeria de Producte, Procés i Producció) de la Universitat de Girona, el qual està instal•lat sobre el capçal d’un centre de mecanitzat convencional

Toimintajärjestelmien harmonisointi kansainvälisessä rakennustuotealan yrityksessä

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena on määritellä ja antaa suuntaviivat yhtenäisen, harmonisoidun toimintajärjestelmän luomiseksi kansainvälisessä rakennustuotealan yrityksessä. Toimintajärjestelmä tarkoittaa tässä työssä laatujärjestelmän ISO 9001 sekä ympäristöjärjestelmän ISO 14001 muodostamaa kokonaisuutta. Lähtökohtaisesti yrityksessä on useita hajautettuja toimintajärjestelmiä. Tarkoituksena on antaa kehitysehdotus yhtenäisen kokonaisratkaisun toteuttamisesta järkevässä mittakaavassa. Työssä tutkitaan, millainen toimintajärjestelmä soveltuisi parhaiten yrityksen toimintaan tällä hetkellä ja lähitulevaisuudessa. Tutkimus on tehty sisäisen ja ulkoisen esikuva-analyysin sekä yrityksen sisällä luotujen toimintajärjestelmävaihtoehtojen avulla. Sisäinen esikuva-analyysi toteutettiin yhteistyössä kahden sisäisen yksikön kanssa. Ulkoisessa esikuva-analyysissä oli mukana neljä ulkoista yhteistyökumppania. Yrityksen sisällä luodut toimintajärjestelmävaihtoehdot käsittelevät erilaisia sertifiointiratkaisuja ja vaihtoehtoja arvioidaan SWOT-analyysillä yhdessä ulkoisesta esikuva-analyysistä saatujen tuloksien avulla. Työssä otetaan lisäksi kantaa toimintajärjestelmän dokumenttien hallintaan ja toimintajärjestelmän kehittämiseen. Työn tulosten perusteella voidaan nähdä, että toimintajärjestelmän sertifiointi tulevaisuudessa tapahtuisi parhaiten liiketoimintaryhmittäin. Toimintajärjestelmän sähköistä dokumenttien hallintaa tulisi tehostaa ja toimintajärjestelmästä tulisi olla liityntäpinta yrityksen toiminnanohjausjärjestelmään. Toimintajärjestelmän dokumenttien siirrettävyys eri organisaatiotasoille tehostuu yhtenäisen sähköisen järjestelmän myötä ja yrityksen virallisen kielen käyttämistä voitaisiin laajentaa toimintajärjestelmädokumentaatiossa. Järjestelmän rakenteellinen kehittäminen toteutettaisiin kehittämistoimenpiteinä organisaatiossa alhaalta ylöspäin, konsernitason ohjeistus huomioiden.

Tietovarastokantaa käyttävän inventaariraportin kehittäminen osaksi integroitua tietojärjestelmää, case-tutkimus

Työn tavoitteena oli kehittää uuteen integroituun tietojärjestelmään luotettava raportti, joka korvaa olemassaolevan inventaariraportin sekä taulukkolaskentaohjelmassa manuaalisesti tehtävän varaston arvostuksen. Tutkimuksen taustalla on Stora Enson Imatran tehtaille perustettu inventaariraportin kehittämisprojekti. Tutkimus on vahvasti empiriaan pohjautuva tapaustutkimus ja se seuraa toiminta-analyyttista tutkimusotetta. Työssä keskityttiin tarkastelemaan integroituja tietojärjestelmiä ja tietovarastoja sekä tähän ympäristöön luotavaa raportin kehittämisprosessia. Työssä huomioitiin käyttäjänäkökulma ja analysoitiin erityisesti raportin luotettavuutta varmistava testausvaihe. Kehittämistyön tuloksena Fenixin inventaariraportoinnin alle muodostui kolme erillistä raporttia: inventaariraportti valinnan mukaan, joka voidaan ajaa määrittäin tai arvoittain, inventaarin hinnoitteluraportti sekä inventaarikorjausraportti. Naista inventaarimääräraportti tulee korvaamaan vanhan inventaariraportin ja yhdessä näiden raporttien avulla saavutetaan työlle asetetut tavoitteet.
