Intervenções farmacêuticas na atenção à saúde mental: Uma revisão

Uma revisão dirigida foi realizada nas bases de dados IBECS, LILACS e MEDLINE, até fevereiro/2011, para identificar intervenções farmacêuticas (IF) na atenção farmacêutica em saúde mental e os seus resultados. Para a busca utilizaram-se os descritores em saúde: Pharmaceutical Care, Pharmaceutical Services, Medication Adherence, Pharmacists, Mental Health, Mental Health Services, Mental Health Assistance, Community Mental Health Services, Mentally Ill Persons andMental Disorders. Identificaram-se 1686 publicações, das quais 21 contemplaram os critérios de inclusão. Após exploração do material, apenas cinco estudos tratavam-se de IF. Todos foram conduzidos no nível secundário de atenção, com abordagem individual, por meio do acompanhamento da terapia (3), intervenção educativa por cartas a médicos e pacientes (1), aconselhamento farmacêutico presencial e remoto e inserção de terapia com sistema transdérmico de nicotina (1). Os resultados, tais como promoção da adesão e resolução de problemas relacionados a medicamentos foram positivos para a terapêutica. No entanto, é necessário que as IF monitorem os parâmetros clínicos, as mudanças de hábitos, a melhora na qualidade de vida e os aspectos farmacoeconômicos a fim de avaliar os seus impactos. ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical interventions in mental health services: a review A directed review was performed in IBECS, LILACS and MEDLINE databases, until February/2011, in order to identify the studies which developed pharmaceutical interventions (PI) in pharmaceutical care in mental health services and estimated their results. The search was carried out using the follow health science descriptors: Pharmaceutical Care, Pharmaceutical Services, Medication Adherence, Pharmacists, Mental Health, Mental Health Services, Mental Health Assistance, Community Mental Health Services, Mentally Ill Persons andMental Disorders. It was identified 1686 manuscripts, of whose 21 contemplated the inclusion criteria. After the content analysis of the eligible manuscripts, only five developed PI. All of them were conducted in the second level of health care, with individual approach, through: therapy follow-up (3), educational interventions by letters to physicians and patients (1), presence or remote pharmaceutical counseling and inclusion of therapy with nicotine transdermal patch (1). The data, such as adherence promotion and solving drug related problems, were positive for the therapeutic. However, it is necessary that the PI monitor the clinical parameters, the habit changes, the improvement in the quality of life and the pharmacoeconomic aspects, in order to assess their impacts. Arenas de produção de políticas públicas: a nova Política Nacional de Atenção à Saúde Mental no período de 1989 a 2001

A interação entre os Poderes Executivo e Legislativo no processo de produção de políticas públicas apresenta contornos diversificados, que variam segundo as regras inerentes ao sistema político, as estratégias adotadas por esses atores políticos e a capacidade dos grupos sociais organizados de influenciar as decisões políticas relativas a políticas públicas. Não há, portanto, um padrão único de interação entre esses Poderes no processo decisório de políticas públicas. No sistema político brasileiro o Executivo e o Legislativo são os responsáveis diretos pelo encargo estatal de editar políticas públicas, daí o objetivo deste trabalho de investigar, sob o enfoque neoinstitucionalista, as bases da interação entre esses Poderes na produção da nova política nacional de saúde mental, no período de 1989 a 2001, seu período de consolidação normativa, em meio à correlação de forças que se costuma estabelecer entre eles no processo decisório de políticas públicas. A Constituição Federal de 1988, que estabelece como um dever do Estado a formulação de políticas públicas que promovam, protejam e recuperem a saúde das pessoas, fortaleceu o papel do Congresso enquanto arena decisória de políticas públicas, mas o Executivo acaba por imprimir uma dinamicidade própria ao processo de produção de políticas públicas, fazendo uso de instrumentos institucionais diversos que podem até excluir o Parlamento do processo decisório.

This study focuses on the importance of the professional nurse in the exercise of extended care under the Mental Health of assistance provided by ESF. Aims to identify the difficulties experienced by nursing staff for assistance to people affected by mental illness. Inserts on the assumptions of qualitative research, and data collection used the semi-structured interviews and analyzed the material obtained through the thematic analysis. From the interviews the subjects were apprehended training/capacity building, intersectoral and little bias. These professionals have demonstrated that lack of skills to deal with the subjectivity of care, there is a failure in coordination among sectors of the area and that prejudice is still present in professional practice

Saúde mental do idoso: percepções relacionadas com o envelhecimento em interface com o atendimento de saúde na atenção básica

Worldwide, growth is seen in the elderly population, which has prompted the use oftechnologies of care that include all stages of life and for that use, it is necessary toprepare professionals to meet this growing demand population. This work aims to understand how old people feel by their condition and identify how old people perceive this treatment in the Family Health Unit. The research is characterized asqualitative and Minayo second analysis was used Bardin. After, thematicinterviews, it was possible to appreciate the topics: Good, dissatisfaction through the life and likes / dislikes of the service unit. This work can be seen that the elderlywho were well, allied to good living with this family, with spouses, autonomy, respect they encounter in society. And when compared with those who have a complaint, we find that lack of family and age restrictions and diseases are the main complaints

Atenção Psicossocial e Psicologia: um mapeamento da produção científica

By the end of the 1970´s, begins the Psychiatric Reform Movement, whose development was the beginning of the construction of a new model, here termed Psychosocial Attention, to substitute the traditional psychiatric model. As such, aspires to be a process of paradigm shift and, therefore, requires transformations in the fields: theoretical-conceptual, technical-assistance, legal-political e sociocultural. This qualitative study composes a research which sought to ascertain the scientific production on the topic conducted by psychology, from the implementation of the Brazilian National Health System and the creation of new services to mental health care. In this sense, it proposed to investigate how the papers published in journals of psychology found in the database LILACS, since 1990, contribute to the process of building a new model that actually replace the so-called traditional psychiatric model.

A arqueogenealogia como ferramenta de pesquisa no campo da atenção psicossocial

The aim of this paper is present the archeogenealogy perspective, inspired on Michel Foucault’s theoretical-philosophical proposal, as a research tool for social psychology, more speciically for the ield of Psychosocial Attention. For that, we carry out a theoretical-conceptual problematization about the main concepts that sustain this research perspective, namely: history, power, knowledge and truth. We also present some possible articulations with the Psychosocial Attention proposals. Thus, we aimed, to strengthen the epistemological research with an important tool for the problematization of absolute truths, the hegemonic discourses, the stigma and bias that compose the social imaginary on the mental health ield and of psychological suffering.
