Meeting on BOBLME engagement in the International Indian Ocean Expedition 50th anniversary initiative (IIOE-2), Bangkok, Thailand, 17-18 March, 2015

Objectives included; a contribution to understanding large-scale processes affecting the Bay of Bengal Large Marine Ecosystem Project (BOBLME) and it's living resources; and to align with International Indian Ocean Expedition (IIOE-2) (2015-2020) which will extensively explore and study the Indian Ocean to improve understanding of the ocean and coupled climate processes.

A 660MHz ZVS DC-DC converter using gate-driver charge-recycling in 0.18μm CMOS with an integrated output filter

The design and manufacture of a prototype chip level power supply is described, with both simulated and experimental results. Of particular interest is the inclusion of a fully integrated on-chip LC filter. A high switching frequency of 660MHz and the design of a device drive circuit reduce losses by supply stacking, low-swing signaling and charge recycling. The paper demonstrates that a chip level converter operating at high frequency can be built and shows how this can be achieved, using zero voltage switching techniques similar to those commonly used in larger converters. Both simulations and experimental data from a fabricated circuit in 0.18μm CMOS are included. The circuit converts 2.2V to 0.75∼1.0V at ∼55mA. ©2008 IEEE.

长吻和异育银鲫对玉米淀粉利用差异的比较研究

在同一实验条件下,通过8周生长实验比较研究了不同玉米淀粉含量的饲料对长吻和异育银鲫生长、饲料利用和鱼体组成的影响,以探讨肉食性和杂食性鱼类对玉米淀粉利用的差异。长吻的实验饲料是5种等氮等脂、玉米淀粉含量分别为0、5%、10%、15%和20%的半精制饲料。异育银鲫的实验饲料是5种等氮等脂、玉米淀粉含量分别为6%、12%、18%、24%和30%的半精制饲料。每天饱食投喂鱼两次。实验结果表明:对于长吻,玉米淀粉含量为5%和10%饲料组的特定生长率显著高于另外3组(Duncan s多重比较,P<0.05)。

对武汉东湖三个采样点的颗粒有机碎屑现存量进行了测定,三个站的平均量(以dmm~3/l表示)分别为72,505、18,125和52,398,其现存量与湖水的pH值无关;与水温有一定的正相关,但这种关系是间接的。

16 chip, 18 Gchips/s walsh-code implementation of an ECDMA access network using two time-shifted FIR filters

We demonstrate for the first time an electronically processed Walsh Code with 16 chips at 18Gchip/s. An auto-cross correlation ratio of 18.1dB is achieved between two orthogonal codes after transmission over 10km of SMF. © 2009 OSA.
