Por que os homens são livres? No que consiste a liberdade humana? Como é possível a ação moral? Como um corpo submetido a leis naturais pode ser livre? Para responder perguntas simples como estas e outras não tão simples é que Hélio José dos Santos Souza se dedica a estudar a obra de Kant, especialmente a Fundamentação da metafísica dos costumes. Trata-se de saber se a moralidade e a ética são expressões de um princípio racional incondicionado igualmente presente nas leis imutáveis da natureza, e como é possível nos tornarmos homens melhores apesar de sermos homens. O autor apresenta ainda a discussão destes problemas por alguns dos grandes intérpretes da obra de Kant, o que enriquece filosoficamente a análise e as alternativas pertinentes. Princípio de ação quântica de Schwinger

The Schwinger quantum action principle is a dynamic characterization of the transformation functions and is based on the algebraic structure derived from the kinematic analysis of the measurement processes at the quantum level. As such, this variational principle, allows to derive the canonical commutation relations in a consistent way. Moreover, the dynamic pictures of Schrödinger, Heisenberg and a quantum Hamilton-Jacobi equation can be derived from it. We will implement this formalism by solving simple systems such as the free particle, the quantum harmonic oscillator and the quantum forced harmonic oscillator.

This article aims to discuss the school education and other forms of education at Recovered Factories (RFs) in Latin America, especially in Brazil and Argentina. To achieve our goal, we made a brief assessment of the current historical moment, and then we try to differentiate the anti-capital struggles from the punctual struggles. In the third and fourth sections, we observed RF’s positive aspects (Associated Labor as an educational principle) and the negative ones: the cooptation by the State or the degeneration at the capitalist market. The projects of professional education in RFs, the demands of school contents and form flagged by FRs were exposed in the fifth section.

As possíveis relações entre moralidade e perdão em crianças do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental

This research aims to show how children can learn the meaning of forgiveness in order to build their autonomy and moral . Research is essential to support teachers to work morale within the classroom with their students , so that conflicts a re minimized or even eliminated . Through Piagetian clinical method was observed and interviewed students from the first year of elementary school , trying to identify those who can take a perspective other than you r own . All this in order to inve stigate the possibility of these becoming autonomous and can measure th e consequences of their actions . To develop the moral and intellectual autonomy of the students , Piaget (1994 ) shows the importance of children to act properly by choice , not by pres sure punishments or rewards , and that they have the correct answers , not because someone showed you , but because found . Through research , we found that students are able to forgive, but often requiring that the colleague is also punished in some way. Fo r in fact the children act autonomously it is necessary that the school provides situations where they can experience the cooperation , reciprocity, mutual respect , and thus gradually build their autonomy

Relatos sobre o cotidiano da população pobre e o princípio constitucional da dignidade da pessoa humana

The paper demonstrates the magnitude of the constitutional statement of the dignity of the human person subscribed to the Federal Constitution of 1988 as a fundamental principle. Next, it brings reports on quality of life of residents of Vila Esperança, in the municipality of Cubatão (SP), from an ethnographic approach, descriptive and photographic documentation. We could conclude that the Brazilian legal system is organized hierarchically, so the Principle of Human Dignity cannot be disregard. The vital guarantee of a minimum vital floor is essential for poor people to expand the possibilities for the full exercise of human dignity.
