A institucionalização da agricultura familiar no mercosul

The Mercosul project, signed in 1991, represents the union of a political project, characterized by a democratic agreement among its members, with an economical project characterized by the trade liberalization among its regional members and among these with the global economy. So, it was constituted, with the aim to expand the national trades by the integration, to increase the economic development process with social justice. However, the Mercosul follows the historical trajectory of Latin America integration, characterized by models that aimed the economical development from the strengthening of the industry. According to that, the Mercosul politics are priority for economic issues, focused in the industrialization and trade relations, giving less priority to the social demands. In opposition to such ideas, in 2004 was created the Especialized Meeting about Family Farm (Reunião Especializada sobre Agricultura Familiar - REAF) in the Mercosul, that aim to strengthen the public policies of the sector, to promote the commercialization of the family farm products in the region. So, the family farm, a sector historically marginalized from the integration projects, it is institutionalized in the Mercosul. In that way, the aim of this research is to discuss the reasons that leaded to the family farm institutionalization, and also to analyze the advances and problems of the Especialized Meeting about Family Farm

This academic work has as its objective to demonstrate the fundamental role of communication as a tool towards implantating an environmental management project in organizations, aswell as familiarizing with the complex relashionship be-tween green businesses and its publics. The concern involving environmental prob-lems are increasing and it directly affects the consumer’s choice and their requests on organizations’ behavior. The integration with all sectors of economy is necessary as a part of a developing process that has as its main objective the environmental conservation and therefore the quality of human life on planet. There is also the question of how in the process of communication there is not an only way of interven-tion, but a continuous reciprocal action. Rafard (SP) e a cultura da cana-de-açúcar: considerações sobre a urbanização e as relações sociais

We intend to expose this paper a brief review about the social factors that include the capitalist system. Having the city of Rafard as our focus of study, we are going to analyze how agribusiness and migration have great political significance in this small town, and still are determining factors for socio-cultural training of its citizens, as well the formation and economic development of their own city. We are going to observe how a town with only 8.599 inhabitants is subjected to the laws dictated by capital through the interference of a large sugarcane agro industrial production unit present in its territory

Habitação social e parcelamento urbano em Presidente Prudente - SP

Este trabalho discute sobre como a habitação social vem sendo desenvolvida no Brasil e apresenta uma proposta de loteamento urbano para as classes sociais menos favorecidas economicamente na cidade de Presidente Prudente. A idéia do projeto é a de comparar um loteamento com vias ortogonais, lotes privados e espaços de lazer públicos bem separados, com uma proposta cujas unidades habitacionais estariam dispostas de forma a criar áreas verdes integradas ao convívio social. Para isso foram considerados aspectos sociais, econômicos, formais e funcionais. A elaboração do trabalho começou com estudos sobre o tema e com levantamento bibliográfico, quando nasce essa inquietação sobre habitação social no Brasil, verificou-se a carência de bons projetos arquitetônicos em uma relação quantitativa. A partir daí, foram analisadas diversas pesquisas e propostas que relacionam a urbanização brasileira e a forma como ela se apresenta com relação a unidades habitacionais, com interesse social, ou seja, para pessoas de baixa renda, com foco na cidade de Presidente Prudente (São Paulo). De acordo com esses estudos, foi feito um levantamento de possíveis áreas de implantação de um loteamento onde foi constatada a existência de um terreno não edificado, em uma área com infra-estrutura e dentro do perímetro urbano. Esta área de aproximadamente 100 mil metros quadrados foi escolhida para a realização do trabalho de comparação das diferentes formas de produção do espaço urbano
