OS SINAIS NO EVANGELHO DE JOÃO: EXEGESE DE JOÃO 6.1-15

Esta dissertação analisará a recorrência do termo sinal no Quarto Evangelho, tendo como paradigma a exegese de João 6.1-15, perícope denominada como multiplicação dos pães e peixes. O texto da multiplicação dos pães e peixes se insere no Bloco dos Sinais (capítulo 1-12), o qual é marcado por sete sinais, sendo eles: o casamento de Caná (2.1-11); a cura do filho do oficial do rei (4.43-54); a cura de um paralítico de Betesda (5.1-15), a multiplicação dos pães e peixes (6.1-15); andar sobre as águas (6.16-21); cura do cego de nascença (9.1-41) e a ressurreição de Lázaro (11.1-45). A pesquisa revelou, além das peculiaridades narrativas, semióticas e hermenêuticas, próprias do Evangelho de João, que o termo sinal enquadra a narrativa, além de estruturar e proporcionar cadência para o texto joanino. Nota-se tangência e diálogo entre os sinais, de modo que a perícope de João 6.1-15 exerce papel central no Bloco da Paixão por ser um texto identitário dos leitores, bem como da comunidade joanina.

Benthic and substrate cover data derived from photo-transect surveys in Lizard Island Reef conducted on December 10-15, 2011

Underwater georeferenced photo-transect surveys were conducted on December 10-15, 2011 at various sections of the reef at Lizard Island, Great Barrier Reef. For this survey a snorkeler or diver swam over the bottom while taking photos of the benthos at a set height using a standard digital camera and towing a GPS in a surface float which logged the track every five seconds. A standard digital compact camera was placed in an underwater housing and fitted with a 16 mm lens which provided a 1.0 m x 1.0 m footprint, at 0.5 m height above the benthos. Horizontal distance between photos was estimated by three fin kicks of the survey diver/snorkeler, which corresponded to a surface distance of approximately 2.0 - 4.0 m. The GPS was placed in a dry-bag and logged the position as it floated at the surface while being towed by the photographer. A total of 5,735 benthic photos were taken. A floating GPS setup connected to the swimmer/diver by a line enabled recording of coordinates of each benthic photo (Roelfsema 2009). Approximation of coordinates of each benthic photo was conducted based on the photo timestamp and GPS coordinate time stamp, using GPS Photo Link Software (www.geospatialexperts.com). Coordinates of each photo were interpolated by finding the GPS coordinates that were logged at a set time before and after the photo was captured. Benthic or substrate cover data was derived from each photo by randomly placing 24 points over each image using the Coral Point Count for Microsoft Excel program (Kohler and Gill, 2006). Each point was then assigned to 1 of 78 cover types, which represented the benthic feature beneath it. Benthic cover composition summary of each photo scores was generated automatically using CPCE program. The resulting benthic cover data of each photo was linked to GPS coordinates, saved as an ArcMap point shapefile, and projected to Universal Transverse Mercator WGS84 Zone 55 South.

Prevalencia de depresión y factores asociados, en adolescentes de 10 a 19 años de edad de los colegios urbanos de la ciudad de Cuenca, mayo-octubre del 2007

Determinar la prevalencia de depresión y factores asociados en adolescentes de 10 a 19 años de edad de los colegios urbanos de Cuenca, Mayo - Octubre del 2007. Estudio de prevalencia, muestra representativa y aleatoria (264), universo finito N=41270, probabilidad de ocurrencia del 6 por ciento probabilidad de no ocurrencia del 94 por ciento, nivel de confianza (seguridad) del 95 por ciento (1,96); y, error de inferencia del 0,03 (3 por ciento). Levantamiento de los datos con cuestionario y test de depresión de Hamilton, información analizada mediante Epi Info. El 32.7 por ciento (88/269) de los casos presentan depresión mayor, de éstas 10.4 por ciento (28/88) han sufrido alguna enfermedad grave en el pasado. Existió asociación estadísticamente significativa OR 1.81, IC 95 por ciento (1,02-3,23) p=0.041. El 33.2 por ciento (88/265) casos de depresión mayor, 3.8 por ciento (10/88) sufren alguna enfermedad grave en la actualidad. Se encontró asociación estadisticamente significativa OR 4.41 IC 95 por ciento (1,45 - 13.34) p=0.004. Se presentó 32.7 por ciento (89/272) de presión mayor, de éstos el 8.8 por ciento (24/89) toma alcohol. Se encontró asociacion estadisticamente significativa OR 3,01 IC 95 por ciento (1,55 - 5,81) p= 0.0008. Se presentó 32.6 por ciento (89/273) de casos de depresión mayor, de éstos el 51.7 por ciento (46/89) pertenecen a la etapa media: 14-16 años. Se encontró asociación estadísticamente significativa p=0.016. Chi2 Pearson = 8.26

Kinetic study of goethite dehydration and the effect of aluminium substitution on the dehydrate

Goethite and Al-substituted goethite were synthesized and were characterized using XRD and XRF. The kinetic study of goethite dehydrate was investigated by TG and DTG at different heating rates (2, 5, 10, 15, 20 ◦C/min) and the effect of Al substitution for Fe on dehydrate was studied. The results showed that two types of absorbed water with the same Ed values of 3.4, 6.2 kJ/mol were confirmed on goethite and Alsubstituted goethite. Three types of hydroxyl units were proved, one being on the surface and the other two being in the structure of goethite. The substitution of Al for Fe in the structure of goethite decreases the desorption rate of hydroxyl, increases the dehydroxylation temperature, broadens the desorption peaks in DTG curves, and improves the Ed values from 19.4, 20.4, 26.1 kJ/mol to 21.6, 30, 33.6 kJ/mol when Al substitution comes to 9.1%.
