Mercado Público em Presidente Prudente

A cidade de Presidente Prudente conta com um pequeno mercado público de difícil acesso e poucos usuários, em um espaço que surgiu como um local provisório. Após 20 anos o edifício se encontra no mesmo lugar para a insatisfação dos comerciantes e usuários. O trabalho propõe a criação de um novo mercado público próximo ao Centro Cultural Matarazzo e IBC, criando um eixo cultural para a cidade, na região da linha férrea. O novo edifício integra com o antigo silo das Indústrias Anderson Clayton, cria praças com parque infantil, academia da terceira idade, teatro arena, ponto de ônibus, mesas e bancos. O projeto se fundamenta em metodologias visando criar espaços públicos bem sucedidos, ressaltados pelos benefícios dos mercados públicos na atualidade. Degradação ambiental e qualidade de vida na microbacia do Córrego do Gramado – Presidente Prudente/São Paulo

The late industrialization, together with other factors, ended up directing much of the rural population to cities, without adequate planning, resulting in high density and irregular settlements in risk areas to low-income population. The man settled in the urban site to break environmental laws that eventually causing an imbalance in the natural environment, causing or exacerbating the shortage in availability of water resources. This situation also happened in Presidente Prudente, especially in the east, the focus of this research. Therefore, this study aims to understand the causes of degradation of waterways in urban areas, focusing on society's relationship with nature and its consequences on environmental quality and quality of life of urban population located in the watershed of stream of Gramado, Presidente Prudente - São Paulo. In this catchment there is the irregular deposition of solid waste in the valley, remnants of old pollution release of domestic sewage and industrial (currently collected and intended for treatment), accelerated processes of erosion in some areas of intensive use of the relief and consequently, the bed siltation of streams that are part of the basin. The quality of urban life was seen through socioeconomic and environmental indicators, which were identified through questionnaires to residents, according to local residence in the landscape, divided into three segments: the tops 60 residents, 90 residents and 112 residents in the areas in valley bottoms. With these data we can relate them to the degradation of the basin and aggregate them to the quality of life of residents. Field studies were needed to visualize the changes that occurred in the watershed over the past three years, with the implementation of works aimed at improvements to the community as the conduit stream of Gramado and construction and operation of Sewage Pumping Stations... Território da atenção básica em Presidente Prudente: do espaço da norma ao território de fato

Este trabalho tem como finalidade discutir a atenção básica no município de Presidente Prudente, entretanto esclarecendo como funciona as normatizações e ações práticas. Assim, verificamos o território da Estratégia de Saúde da Família do Parque Alvorada e se existe um vínculo entre a norma e o fato, possibilitando que a população previna ou trate doenças através da porta de entrada preferencial do SUS, além de alcançar o bem estar. Para consolidar este trabalho foi necessário uma pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e a análise empírica. A análise empírica permitiu verificar essa nuances no território e coletar dados para discussão, sendo uns dos principais fatores da pesquisa, pois mostra a realidade vivenciada pela população inserida naquela território. Diante dessas práticas, percebemos que existem alguns pontos negativos, pois muitas pessoas que estão inseridas nesse território não tem um acesso facilitado a sede da ESF do Parque Alvorada. Assim, se o território fosse delimitado de uma outra forma, porém considerando a participação social, ou seja, ouvindo as pessoas que vivem no local, qual suas dificuldades e desejos, o programa atenderia toda população que faz parte daquela área de abrangência com mais eficácia

O trabalho dos catadores de materiais recicláveis de Presidente Prudente, São Paulo: um estudo aplicado na COOPERLIX e na coleta seletiva municipal

This work focuses on analyzing the organization of the Workers Cooperative Recyclable Products of Presidente Prudente (COOPERLIX) and selective collection of municipal service. Aiming to analyze the issue of solid waste and the work of collectors of recyclable materials in an organized Economic Development Outreach (ESS). Throughout the work was carried out theoretical approaches on the issue of solid waste, the precarious work of scavengers, some laws, among others, were conducted several field studies over the years 2011 and 2012 in COOPERLIX, with the realization meetings and debates on various subjects; tools were also used Geographic Information Systems mainly in the production of selective collection of municipal map, now at 100% of the urban area of Presidente Prudente. Finally, we carried out a comprehensive analysis of the situation of the productive and financial COOPERLIX during those two years, checking their capability and weaknesses

This final work graduation presents a proposal model Seniors Center Day in the city of Presidente Prudente. The municipality has local (private and public) with socialization activities and some medical treatments for the elderly, but the attendance capacity is not sufficient and in some places the infrastructure is not adequate, as in Case Study Centro de Referência do Idoso Feliz Idade maintained by Presidente Prudente Prefecture. From projective references created the model Centro da Atividade that integrates users in the city through the spatial continuity (main architectural party) and physical and psychological comfort of the elderly. The space designed has strong links with the external environment, creating relationships of older people with nature through living spaces to free up and the psychological comfort (and the relation with nature) is present in the project through spaces with elements that make part of the affective memory of users
