Aquest quadern està adreçat als professionals de medi obert que intervenen amb joves que presenten una problemàtica de violència cap als pares. És un resum del document que es va lliurar durant la segona jornada de gestió del coneixement el 29 de novembre de 2007. Volem que sigui un instrument més de comunicació entre tècnics, motiu pel qual trobareu una part final on podeu anotar els suggeriments que vulgueu fer arribar per a futures revisions del quadernet. Per tant, hi trobareu: - Una breu explicació sobre a què ens referim quan parlem de violència fills-pares - Una exposició esquemàtica i exhaustiva d’objectius, actuacions i recursos, que té el suport en el coneixement dels professionals sobre la pràctica diària. - Una part final d’observacions i suggeriments, on s’espera la vostra aportació per millorar el dossier 2007 i la nostra intervenció vers els casos de violència fills–pares.

L’assoliment de l’Espai Europeu d’Educació Superior implica nous rols per a professorsi alumnes i la introducció de noves metodologies docents. En aquest article es presenta unaexperiència d’innovació en la docència de la Psicologia consistent en l’assaig de la tècnica detreball cooperatiu del trencaclosques. Aquesta tècnica s’ha aplicat en una classe de teoria del’assignatura troncal i anual “Avaluació Psicològica” de segon curs de la llicenciatura dePsicologia. S’exposa el procediment i s’analitzen els pros i els contres de l’ús d’aquestametodologia segons la perspectiva de la professora i segons el punt de vista dels alumnes

Els alumnes elaboren produccions de qualitat superior quan treballen en parelles que quan ho fan individualment. Sota aquesta màxima, l’estudi demostra que quan els alumnes escriuen textos científics descriptius, justificatius i descriptius-justificatius en parella milloren aspectes relacionats amb determinades habilitats inherents a qualsevol tipus de text, com l’estructuració de la informació i l’adequació del llenguatge al context, i d’altres específiques de textos descriptius i justificatius. És sorprenent constatar que aquesta millora es dóna en tot tipus d’alumnes, tant aquells amb hàbits d’estudi superiors com aquells amb dificultats d’aprenentatge, i que els avantatges d’aquesta metodologia de treball no es circumscriuen tan sols a l’àmbit acadèmic; els alumnes prefereixen treballar en parella perquè els permet compartir punts de vista i ajudar-se mútuament. Per tant, els resultats demostren que complementar les classes de ciències amb el treball en parella possibilita assolir amb més garanties l’aprenentatge significatiu dels nostres alumnes.

En aquest informe es detallen els elements fonamentals d’una recerca duta a terme en tres universitats catalanes respecte dels continguts formatius en matèria de gènere del Grau en Treball Social. Recerca que parteix de la hipòtesi de que realitats de gènere no normatives, que requereixen ser abordades des de l’exercici professional del Treball Social, no tenen presència en els currículums formatius. Els continguts temàtics de les guies d’aprenentatge de les assignatures que conformen els plans d’estudi, i una enquesta als estudiants al final del seu procés formatiu vers als seus coneixements en matèria de gènere, són els dos eixos d’anàlisi que han permès arribar a unes primeres conclusions de caràcter preliminar, les quals conformen un escenari global caracteritzat per una presència residual d’aquestes realitats de gènere no normatives, i que planteja la necessitat de dur a terme una reflexió i revisió acadèmica al respecte.

La implementació dels nous graus requereix la integració dels conceptes i metodologies relacionades amb la seguretat, la prevenció de riscos laborals i la protecció del medi ambient. En aquest context, un equip de professorat de les facultats de Belles Arts (UB, UPV, UCLM) ha desenvolupat un projecte d'innovació docent, una de les parts fonamentals del qual, ha estat la ideació i la creació d'un model de procediment normalitzat de treball (PNT) i la seva aplicació en experiències pilot realitzades en diverses pràctiques als tallers i laboratoris. El PNT s'ha mostrat com una eina bàsica per a l'autoaprenentatge, que, així mateix, garanteix l'adquisició de les competències transversals relacionades amb la seguretat i la sostenibilitat.

Tort claims resulting from alleged highway defects have introduced an additional element in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of highways. A survey of county governments in Iowa was undertaken in order to quantify the magnitude and determine the nature of this problem. This survey included the use of mailed questionnaires and personal interviews with County Engineers. Highway-related claims filed against counties in Iowa amounted to about $52,000,000 during the period 1973 through 1978. Over $30,000,000 in claims was pending at the end of 1978. Settlements of judgments were made at a cost of 12.2% of the amount claimed for those claims that had been disposed of, not including costs for handling claims, attorney fees, or court costs. There was no clear time trend in the amount of claims for the six-year period surveyed, although the amount claimed in 1978 was about double the average for the preceding five years. Problems that resulted in claims for damages from counties have generally related to alleged omissions in the use of traffic control devices or defects, often temporary, resulting from alleged inadequacies in highway maintenance. The absence of stop signs or warning signs often has been the central issue in a highway-related tort claim. Maintenance problems most frequently alleged have included inadequate shoulders, surface roughness, ice o? snow conditions, and loose gravel. The variation in the occurrence of tort claims among 85 counties in Iowa could not be related to any of the explanatory variables that were tested. Claims appeared to have occurred randomly. However, using data from a sub sample of 11 counties, a significant relationship was shown probably to exist between the amount of tort claims and the extensiveness of use of warning signs on the respective county road systems. Although there was no indication in any county that their use of warning signs did not conform with provisions of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (Federal Highway Administration, Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C., 1978), many more warning signs were used in some counties than would be required to satisfy this minimum requirement. Sign vandalism reportedly is a problem in all counties. The threat of vandalism and the added costs incurred thereby have tended to inhibit more extensive use of traffic control devices. It also should be noted that there is no indication from this research of a correlation between the intensiveness of sign usage and highway safety. All highway maintenance activities introduce some extraordinary hazard for motorists. Generally effective methodologies have evolved for use on county road systems for routine maintenance activities, procedures that tend to reduce the hazard to practical and reasonably acceptable levels. Blading of loose-surfaced roads is an example of such a routine maintenance activity. Alternative patterns for blading that were investigated as part of this research offered no improvements in safety when compared with the method in current use and introduced a significant additional cost that was unacceptable, given the existing limitations in resources available for county roads.
