It also proposes a reflection on the philosophies and formats of management that fits with the desire to meet the needs of society through the expansion of quality - now a reference for the production processes and management systems. The work highlights the relations between communication and quality, pointing them as fundamental to the use of fissures on the evolution of the capitalist system in developing programs, philosophies and management systems. The objective of this study was to compare different resins and determine their matching color with Vita shade, also investigating the possibility of substitution among them and the correlation between the visual and spectrophotometry methods of color selection. The composite resin Tetric N-Ceram® shade A1 was used as light-control and color A4 as dark-control. For each material were prepared five 10 x 2 mm disks. Analyses were performed in a metamerism box by volunteers who ordered the specimens from the lightest to the darkest. The spectrophotometry was carried out using the spectrophotometer Vita Easyshade®. ∆E values were subjected to analysis of variance with 5% significance level. The Fisher exact test showed that there was no color match among the materials and the reference Vita shade. The possibility of substitution among the composites could not be established. The two methods are able to correctly differentiate the control resin A4 as distinct from the other resins shade A2.

This work aims to assess a case ofwaterproofing pathology, from the presentation of the pathological manifestations, thecharacterization and quantification of negotiationsproposals. With these data, graphs were elaborated with thepurpose ofemphasizing the cost increase from the time of intervention, to give an increase of 1,429.00 % inthe presented study. Also show the proportion of spending on finishes and waterproofing,demonstratingthe greatinfluence of the finishes in the composition of the treatment costs. Inthisstudy, it was foundthat these finishes made up89% of the total cost. In the bibliographic reference, presented to the active mechanisms, the characterization of waterproofing systems and the most common pathologies. It follows the importance of sealing to ensure integrity of a construction

This monograph presents the main objective of analyzing the redundancy protection systems of protection for redundancy and block of energies against accident in presses and rotating equipment. After understanding two specific goals, on this case, show the systems of protection against accidents in rotating equipments, presses and similar; and discuss the vulnerabilities of current systems of protection against accidents in presses and similar, we will propose a system of autonomous redundancy of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operating simultaneously taking online in the event of failure of one of the two. The methodology was worked through a revision of a variety of bibliography, and interpretation of national and international standards as well as access to research on systems, practices used in industrial and companies supplying products and of companies and energy blockages solutions

Elaboração de diagnósticos e intervenções à luz de diferentes sistemas de classificações de enfermagem

Este estudo faz uma análise sobre o uso de diferentes sistemas de classificação e o atendimento aos padrões estabelecidos pela ISO 18.104:2003 a partir de uma situação clínica fictícia. Foram elaborados diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem utilizando a NANDA-I, NIC e CIPE®, e analisou-se a correspondência terminológica destes sistemas de classificação ao modelo proposto pela norma ISO 18.104:2003. Para a construção de diagnósticos de enfermagem, a NANDA-I e a CIPE® adequando-se à norma ISO 18.104:2003. Para a construção das intervenções de enfermagem, a CIPE® atende ao modelo de referência terminológica proposto pela ISO 18104:2003. Por sua vez, a NIC não propõe um modelo de referência terminológica combinatória. A unificação das terminologias de enfermagem depende da revisão, padronização e teste dessas classificações para o estabelecimento de uma linguagem comum e sólida da profissão.
