Der CampusSource Workshop fand vom 10. bis 12. Oktober 2006 an der Westfälischen Wilhelms Universität (WWU) in Münster statt. Kernpunkte der Veranstaltung waren die Entwicklung einer Engine zur Verknüpfung von e-Learning Anwendungen mit Systemen der HIS GmbH und die Erstellung von Lehr- und Lerninhalten mit dem Ziel der Wiederverwendung. Im zweiten Kapitel sind Vorträge der Veranstaltung im Adobe Flash Format zusammengetragen. Zur Betrachtung der Vorträge ist der Adobe Flash Player, mindestens in der Version 6 erforderlich

一. 通过对黄瓜类囊体及其基粒片层、间质片层、PS II放氧颗粒和LHC II 复合体脂类成分的分析,得 到以下结果:各膜区均含有类囊体膜的五种脂类成分,在类囊体及其基粒片层、间质片层和PS II放氧颗粒中,MGDG含量最高,分别为42.5%、40.5%、46.3%、和35.7%,其次是DGDG,含量在31-35%之间。值得注意的是黄瓜类囊体间质片层MGDG含量高于基粒片层,而且DGDG/DGDG分子比也较高。这在其它植物材料中还未见报道。在黄瓜LHC II中,PG含量最高,为35.5%,约是类囊体膜PG含量的3倍。从基粒片层、PS II放氧颗粒到LHC II, PG含量呈逐渐增加的趋势,而在间质片层中,PG含量最低。SQDG除在LHC II中含量稍低外,在其它膜区中的分布没有明显的差异。脂类脂肪酸组成分析结果表明:MGDG主要含亚麻酸,含量在90%以上。DGDG也主要含亚麻酸,含量在90%左右,DGDG所含棕榈酸多于MGDG中的含量。SQDG中主要脂肪酸组分为棕榈酸和亚麻酸。不同膜区MGDG、DGDG和SQDG脂肪酸组成没有明显差异在PG中含量最高的脂肪酸是叶绿体特有的反式十六碳一烯酸(trans-16:1)。此外,PG还含有较多的棕榈酸、硬脂酸和油酸。在不同膜区PG的脂肪酸组成有较明显的差异。 根据以上结果,我们推测脂类除了形成膜的流动性基质外,还可能选择性地结合在膜蛋白周转形成特 异的脂质微区,通过膜脂膜蛋白的相互作用,以行使其特殊的生理功能。 二、通过比较两种不同抗寒性小麦品种在低温锻炼前后类囊体脂类及其脂肪酸成分、LHC II复合体及类囊体吸收光谱、低温荧光发射光谱,发现经低温锻炼后:(1)抗寒与不抗寒小麦品种类囊体PG的trans-16:1含量均明显降低,抗寒品种类囊体MGDG/DGDG比值也明显降低,而不抗寒品种这一比值变化不明显。(2)抗寒品种脂/色素比值明显增高,而不抗寒品种滑明显增加。(3)抗寒与不抗寒品种LHC II宏聚体含量均降低而单体含量增加。(4)抗寒与不抗寒品种类囊体吸收光谱四阶导数光谱A_(683)/A_(652)比值均升高。(5)不抗寒品种低温荧光发射光谱F_(685)/F_(738)比值上升,而抗寒品种这一比值没有变化。通过对上述结果的分析,我们认为低温锻炼过程中类囊体膜流动性增强是使抗寒品种抗寒力增强的主要原因之一,此外,MGDG含量降低对膜的稳定性可能起重要作用。trans-16:1含量的降低和LHC II寡聚体解聚可能是植物对于低温的一种适应性反应。

BACKGROUND: Only about 15% of donor lungs are considered suitable for transplantation (LTx). Ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) has been developed as a method to reassess and repair damaged lungs. We report our experience with EVLP in non-acceptable donor lungs and evaluate its ability to recondition these lungs. METHODS: We studied lungs from 16 brain-dead donors rejected for LTx. After harvesting, the lungs were stored at 4 degrees C for 10 hours and subjected to normothermic EVLP with Steen Solution (Vitro life, Goteborg, Sweden) for 60 minutes. For functional evaluation, the following variables were assessed: partial pressure of arterial oxygen (Pao(2)), pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), and lung compliance (LC). For histologic assessment, lung biopsy was done before harvest and after EVLP. Tissue samples were examined under light microscopy. To detect and quantify apoptosis, terminal deoxynucleotide transferase-mediated deoxy uridine triphosphate nick-end labeling assay was used. RESULTS: Thirteen lima donors were refused for having impaired lung function. The mean Pao(2) obtained in the organ donor at the referring hospital was 193.7 mm Hg and rose to 489 mm Hg after EVLP. During EVLP, the mean PVR was 652.5 dynes/sec/cm(5) and the mean LC was 48 ml/cm H2O. There was no significant difference between the mean Lung Injury Score before harvest and after EVLP. There was a trend toward a reduction in the median number of apoptotic cells after EVLP. CONCLUSIONS: EVLP improved lung function (oxygenation capacity) of organs considered unsuitable for transplantation. Das Interesse an Online-Vorlesungen, -Vorträgen oder -Präsentationen für E-Learning hat deutlich zugenommen. Hierfür gibt es eine Reihe von Gründen, die mit neuen Formen der Produktion und Distribution von Online-Vorlesungen zusammenhängen. Mit der Verfügbarkeit von Rapid-Authoring-Werkzeugen wird der Workflow für die Erstellung und den Einsatz von Online-Vorlesungen erleichtert und flexibilisiert. Hierbei ist zu beobachten, dass durch die Vielzahl der Möglichkeiten im Workflow zunehmend individuelle Rahmenbedingungen und Anforderungen berücksichtigt werden können. Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt diese Veränderungen. Er fasst die Optionen im Prozess der Produktion und Distribution von Online-Vorträgen im Internet zusammen. Ein solcher Überblick über das Themengebiet ist erforderlich für das Herausarbeiten eines individuellen Workflows. Hierzu werden Entscheidungskriterien für die Auswahl von Werkzeugen und Plattformen dargestellt und die mediendidaktischen Implikationen diskutiert.

Quality of education is often related to possibilities for active learning and individual facilitation. This paper deals with the question how high-quality learning within oversized courses could be enabled and it presents the approach of e-flashcards that enables active learning and individual facilitation within large scale university courses.

Today, pupils at the age of 15 have spent their entire life surrounded by and interacting with diverse forms of computers. It is a routine part of their day-to-day life and by now computer-literacy is common at very early age. Over the past five years, technology for teens has become predominantly mobile and ubiquitous within every aspect of their lives. To them, being online is an implicitness. In Germany, 88% of youth aged between 12-19 years own a smartphone and about 20% use the Internet via tablets. Meanwhile, more and more young learners bring their devices into the classroom and pupils increasingly demand for innovative and motivating learning scenarios that strongly respond to their habits of using media. With this development, a shift of paradigm is slowly under way with regard to the use of mobile technology in education. By now, a large body of literature exists, that reports concepts, use-cases and practical studies for effectively using technology in education. Within this field, a steadily growing body of research has developed that especially examines the use of digital games as instructional strategy. The core concern of this thesis is the design of mobile games for learning. The conditions and requirements that are vital in order to make mobile games suitable and effective for learning environments are investigated. The base for exploration is the pattern approach as an established form of templates that provide solutions for recurrent problems. Building on this acknowledged form of exchanging and re-using knowledge, patterns for game design are used to classify the many gameplay rules and mechanisms in existence. This research draws upon pattern descriptions to analyze learning game concepts and to abstract possible relationships between gameplay patterns and learning outcomes. The linkages that surface are the starting bases for a series of game design concepts and their implementations are subsequently evaluated with regard to learning outcomes. The findings and resulting knowledge from this research is made accessible by way of implications and recommendations for future design decisions.

Today, Digital Systems and Services for Technology Supported Learning and Education are recognized as the key drivers to transform the way that individuals, groups and organizations “learn” and the way to “assess learning” in 21st Century. These transformations influence: Objectives - moving from acquiring new “knowledge” to developing new and relevant “competences”; Methods – moving from “classroom” based teaching to “context-aware” personalized learning; and Assessment – moving from “life-long” degrees and certifications to “on-demand” and “in-context” accreditation of qualifications. Within this context, promoting Open Access to Formal and Informal Learning, is currently a key issue in the public discourse and the global dialogue on Education, including Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Flipped School Classrooms. This volume on Digital Systems for Open Access to Formal and Informal Learning contributes to the international dialogue between researchers, technologists, practitioners and policy makers in Technology Supported Education and Learning. It addresses emerging issues related with both theory and practice, as well as, methods and technologies that can support Open Access to Formal and Informal Learning. Under the brand name “sciebo – the Campuscloud” (derived from “science box”) a consortium of more than 20 research and applied science universities started a large scale cloud service for about 500,000 students and researchers in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s most populous state. Starting with the much anticipated data privacy compliant sync & share functionality, sciebo offers the potential to become a more general cloud platform for collaboration and research data management which will be actively pursued in upcoming scientific and infrastructural projects. This project report describes the formation of the venture, its targets and the technical and the legal solution as well as the current status and the next steps.

3,5-Diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine (DDC) is a porphyrinogenic agent and is a powerful inducer of δ-aminolaevulinate synthetase, the first and rate-limiting enzyme of the haem-biosynthetic pathway, in mouse liver. However, DDC strikingly inhibits mitochondrial as well as microsomal haem synthesis by depressing the activity of ferrochelatase in vivo. The drug on repeated administration to female mice has been found to elicit hypertrophic effects in the liver microsomes initially, but the effects observed at later stages denote either hyperplasia or increase in polyploidal cells. The microsomal protein concentration shows a striking decrease with repeated doses of the drug. The rate of microsomal protein synthesis in vivo as well as in vitro shows an increase with two injections of DDC but decreases considerably with repeated administration of the drug. The activities of NADPH-cytochrome creductase and ribonuclease are not affected in the liver microsomes of drug-treated animals when expressed per mg of microsomal protein. DDC has also been found to cause degradation of microsomal haem, which is primarily responsible for the decrease in cytochrome P-450 content. The drug also leads to a decrease in mitochondrial cytochrome c levels due to inhibition of haem synthesis and also due to degradation of mitochondrial haem at later stages. The biochemical effects of the drug are compared and discussed with those reported for allylisopropylacetamide and phenobarbital.

An enzyme which cleaves the benzene ring of 3,5-dichiorocatechol has been purified to homogeneity from Pseudomonas cepacia CSV90, grown with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) as the sole carbon source. The enzyme was a nonheme ferric dioxygenase and catalyzed the intradiol cleavage of all the examined catechol derivatives, 3,5-dichlorocatechol having the highest specificity constant of 7.3 μM−1 s−1 in an air-saturated buffer. No extradiol-cleaving activity was observed. Thus, the enzyme was designated as 3,5-dichlorocatechol 1,2-dioxygenase. The molecular weight of the native enzyme was ascertained to be 56,000 by light scattering method, while the Mr value of the enzyme denatured with 6 M guanidine-HCl or sodium dodecyl sulfate was 29,000 or 31,600, respectively, suggesting that the enzyme was a homodimer. The iron content was estimated to be 0.89 mol per mole of enzyme. The enzyme was deep red and exhibited a broad absorption spectrum with a maximum at around 425 nm, which was bleached by sodium dithionite, and shifted to 515 nm upon anaerobic 3,5-dichlorocatechol binding. The catalytic constant and the Km values for 3,5-dichlorocatechol and oxygen were 34.7 s−1 and 4.4 and 652 μM, respectively, at pH 8 and 25°C. Some heavy metal ions, chelating agents and sulfhydryl reagents inhibited the activity. The NH2-terminal sequence was determined up to 44 amino acid residues and compared with those of the other catechol dioxygenases previously reported.

Asystematic study on the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) for 3,6-bi-2-pyridyl-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (bptz) adsorbed onto citrate-modified gold nanoparticles (cit-AuNps) was carried out based on electronic and vibrational spectroscopy and density functional methods. The citrate/bptz exchange was carefully controlled by the stepwise addition of bptz to the cit-AuNps, inducing flocculation and leading to the rise of a characteristic plasmon coupling band in the visible region. Such stepwise procedure led to a uniform decrease of the citrate SERS signals and to the rise of characteristic peaks of bptz, consistent with surface binding via the N heterocyclic atoms. In contrast, single addition of a large amount of bptz promoted complete aggregation of the nanoparticles, leading to a strong enhancement of the SERS signals. In this case, from the distinct Raman profiles involved, the formation of a new SERS environment became apparent, conjugating the influence of the local hot spots and charge-transfer (CT) effects. The most strongly enhanced vibrations belong to a(1) and b(2) representations, and were interpreted in terms of the electromagnetic and the CT mechanisms: the latter involving significant contribution of vibronic coupling in the system.
