O funcionamento da referência na perspectiva da análise do discurso : um estudo sobre o discurso do esquizofrênico

O presente trabalho investiga o funcionamento da referência no discurso do esquizofrênico, tomando como arquivo quatro entrevistas com pacientes esquizofrênicos internados nos hospitais Afonso Martins e Espírita. O referencial teórico-analítico para essa pesquisa é a Análise do Discurso de Michel Pêcheux. A fim de estudarmos tal funcionamento, a dissertação será dividida em duas partes. A primeira, que serve de base para a análise, é constituída de quatro capítulos. A segunda, que trata da análise propriamente dita, possui três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo da primeira parte justifica o acolhimento da teoria da Análise do Discurso para a realização da análise proposta. No segundo capítulo, vislumbramos o sujeito singular que será estudado: o esquizofrênico. Para isso, o esquizofrênico é situado nos diferentes tipos de psicose e colocado em oposição à neurose. Como objetivamos estudar o funcionamento da referência no discurso do esquizofrênico, pesquisaremos, ainda no segundo capítulo, a questão da perda da realidade na psicose, a fim de, posteriormente, percebermos como isso influencia o funcionamento estudado. No terceiro capítulo, definiremos noções da Análise do Discurso pertinentes para a análise pretendida. No quarto, estudaremos a metodologia utilizada nas análises que serão desenvolvidas na segunda parte. Nele, estudaremos a constituição do corpus a partir do arquivo utilizado, refletindo sobre o trabalho do analista do discurso frente ao seu objeto de análise. Também refletiremos a respeito do que permite à Análise do Discurso estudar um corpus de discurso de esquizofrênico. Na segunda parte do trabalho, analisaremos três formas de referência, uma em cada capítulo. No primeiro capítulo, estudaremos a referência estabelecida a referentes préconstruídos em formações discursivas que afetam o discurso do esquizofrênico. Pesquisaremos a noção de referência e analisaremos como ela está sendo estabelecida no discurso estudado. No segundo capítulo, estudaremos a referência estabelecida, nesse discurso, a referentes préconstruídos de discurso-outro. Este funcionamento será estudado a partir da questão das incisas e examinaremos como o referido funcionamento ocorre no discurso do esquizofrênico. No terceiro, examinaremos a referência que se estabelece no intradiscurso, a partir do estudo dos elementos fóricos. Para tanto, faz-se necessário estudar, nesse capítulo, a noção de condensação e de deslocamento, porque tais funcionamentos estão presentes na análise em questão. Esta dissertação se encerra com considerações finais, nas quais pensamos a importância da Análise do Discurso para pensar o discurso do esquizofrênico.

Movimento humano em uma perspectiva psicossomática: estudos de Judith Kestenberg

This paper considers Judith Kestenberg's approach to the psychic contextualization of human body movements, presenting: 1) the main movement categories identified by Kestenberg and their meanings; 2) the relations (affinities and shocks) within these movement patterns; 3) the relations between the initial preferences of a child for certain rhythms of movements and his/her movement patterns in adult life. The aim of this research was to present Kestenberg's studies, which offer a necessary knowledge to those willing to comprehend human body movement in a therapeutic context.

TEORIA SINTÁTICA: DE UMA PERSPECTIVA DE -ISMOS PARA UMAPERSPECTIVA DE PROGRAMAS

This paper tries to show that the developments in linguistic sciences are better viewed as stages in a single research program, rather than different ideological -isms. The first part contains an overview of the structuralistas' beliefs about the universality and equivalence of human languages, and their search for syntactic universals. In the second part, we will see that the generative program, in its turn, tries to answer why language is a universal faculty in the human species and addresses questions about its form, its development and its use. In the second part, we will see that the paper gives a brief glimpse of the tentative answers the program has been giving to each of these issues.

A formação humana na perspectiva histórico-ontológica

The theme of human formation is at the centre of the philosophy of education, whose aim is precisely the process of human promotion brought about by education. Starting from the critical vigilance proper to philosophy, the text sketches a phenomenology of the present time, verifying that the ideas prevailing in education at present are centred on the critique of reason and on the notions of truth and objectivity. This neo-pragmatism, which in the attempt to oppose metaphysics becomes deeply metaphysical, reducing everything to language, is contested by the authors with Marx's thoughts as a historicising philosophy that concerns not abstract subjects, but real individuals, historical subjects that are constituted as a synthesis of social relations. To that end, the authors resort to the historical ontological reflection on human formation contained in Marx's Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844. The article concludes by defending the proposition that access to the classics is a necessary condition for human formation.

Modelos organizadores do pensamento: uma perspectiva de pesquisa sobre o raciocínio moral com adolescentes autores de infração

This article has the aim to expand the perspective of research in the field of morality. We present a proposal of morality study of outlaw teenagers according to Thinking Organizer Models Theory. Through the idea of complexity we search to understand the cognitive process in the elaboration of moral reasoning inside situations of conflict. With this perspective, we developed a research that aimed to identify which organizer models were applied by 20 outlaw male teenagers who abide by social punishment to solve the hypothetical moral conflicts. Through interviews we told them a situation of moral conflict that involved friendship relation, physical aggression and steal. We could identified several models which were joined in three categories. Such models reflected the diversity and regularity that are present inside the elaborated reasoning to solve the conflicts shown by us. We conclude that the diversity of organizer models identified shows the importance of the contents in the construction of moral reasoning.

Morfologia alveolar sob a perspectiva da tomografia computadorizada: definindo os limites biológicos para a movimentação dentária

INTRODUÇÃO: a tomografia computadorizada (TC) permite a visualização do osso alveolar que recobre os dentes por vestibular e lingual. OBJETIVO: o propósito deste estudo foi expor e discutir as implicações da morfologia do osso alveolar, visualizado por meio da TC, sobre o diagnóstico e plano de tratamento ortodôntico. MÉTODOS: foram descritas as evidências sobre a inter-relação entre características dentofaciais e a morfologia das tábuas ósseas vestibular e lingual, assim como evidências sobre a repercussão da movimentação ortodôntica sobre o nível e espessura dessas estruturas periodontais. RESULTADOS: pacientes adultos podem apresentar deiscências ósseas previamente ao tratamento ortodôntico, principalmente na região dos incisivos inferiores. Os pacientes com padrão de crescimento vertical parecem apresentar menor espessura das tábuas ósseas vestibular e lingual no nível do ápice dos dentes permanentes, comparados a pacientes com padrão de crescimento horizontal. O movimento dentário vestibulolingual descentraliza os dentes do rebordo alveolar e ocasiona deiscências ósseas. CONCLUSÃO: a morfologia do rebordo alveolar constitui um fator limitante para a movimentação dentária e deve ser considerada, de forma individual, na realização do plano de tratamento ortodôntico.

Ácido clavulânico e cefamicina c: uma perspectiva da biossíntese, processos de isolamento e mecanismo de ação

The present article reviews different aspects of the chemistry of two widely used β-lactam antibiotics Clavulanic Acid and Cephamycin C. The article discusses important details of the biosynthesis of these compounds, their action mechanism and, principally, the methods employed in their isolation and purification, in accordance with the available literature. Despite the large quantity of available articles and patents concerning β-lactam antibiotics, those which describe the isolation and purification of Clavulanic Acid and Cephamycin C are rare. Overall, the intention of this article is to discuss the up-to-date scientific research related to the compounds under review.

Uma perspectiva computacional sobre catálise enzimática

Enzymes are extremely efficient catalysts. Here, part of the mechanisms proposed to explain this catalytic power will be compared to quantitative experimental results and computer simulations. Influence of the enzymatic environment over species along the reaction coordinate will be analysed. Concepts of transition state stabilisation and reactant destabilisation will be confronted. Divided site model and near-attack conformation hypotheses will also be discussed. Molecular interactions such as covalent catalysis, general acid-base catalysis, electrostatics, entropic effects, steric hindrance, quantum and dynamical effects will also be analysed as sources of catalysis. Reaction mechanisms, in particular that catalysed by protein tyrosine phosphatases, illustrate the concepts.

A análise por injeção sequencial (SIA): vinte anos em uma perspectiva brasileira

The year of 2010 marks the 20th anniversary of the development of Sequential Injection Analysis (SIA) by Ruzicka and Marshall. Considered the second generation of the flow injection methods, this article briefly describes the history, the basic principles of the technique and reviews all papers developed by Brazilian scientists aiming the divulgation of this automation technique in Analytical Chemistry.
